Abbiamo trascorso solo due notti a Medjugorje e siamo stati molto contenti di aver scelto questo hotel che è vicino a tutto. La collina delle apparizioni può essere raggiunta passando dietro l'hotel (piuttosto che seguendo le indicazioni) - chiedete al personale informazioni su come fare. Dragana e tutto il personale sono stati meravigliosi e molto disponibili. Il Wi-Fi era veloce e siamo riusciti a usare un tavolo al piano di sotto tra un pasto e l'altro per alcuni impegni di lavoro che dovevamo svolgere. Le camere sono piccole ma molto pulite e confortevoli.

On a parish pilgrimage and the hotel was great. Easy walking distance to the entire village/town and food was very nice. Bar service impeccable each evening and drinks very reasonably priced. What sets this hotel apart, from many I’ve stayed in across the world, was the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Consistently went above and beyond. Anything you need help with, they’ll sort it.

Bellissimo hotel molto grande ...le camere erano davvero spaziose pulite ordinate ....la colazione favolosa c era di tutto dolce e salato....il personale gentilissimo disponibile...spazi comuni comodi dentro e fuori ...parcheggi anche coperti...lo consigli e ci tornerò sicuramente.

Positivo di questo hotel che ha parcheggio gratuito ed è vicino al centro . Alla reception personale carino . Discreta la colazione a buffet . Pessimo il ristorante , cena in hotel .. nonostante fossimo soltanto io e mia moglie e 2 tavolate di messicani, arrivi alla sala ristorante piano -1 , vedendo soltanto delle lunghe tavolate con tovaglia sotto e sopra pellicola trasparente , vino in tutti i tavoli con arrotolato al collo della bottiglia pezzo di Scottex già sporco di rosso ,, vino senza etichetta , assaggiato sia il rosso sia il bianco .. sembrava aceto … un menu a dir poco da ospedale a mio avviso , cameriere distratto alle prime esperienze e non adatto a mio Avviso e alla domanda cosa ci fosse come dessert , rispose che era una sorpresa ( chiesto perché la cena era stata un disastro ) ci portò frutta fresca alla fine ; ok che è in aggiunta la cena a solo 15 euro a testa ; piuttosto farei pagare qualcosa in più ma con un menu decente per un hotel a 4 stelle , non avendo scelta di ordinare quello che vuoi e pagare anche qualcosa in più . Consiglio soltanto colazione e pernottamento … la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere in un ristorante dell’hotel ; riferito alla reception che tutto bene tranne la cena che non si è mangiato bene ; la risposta è stata con un sorriso … mahhhhhh

We have stayed here many times, and it is one of my top destinations. We stay in the suites, which are separate houses, and are very comfortable. We have stayed in the other rooms before and again, it is great. The breakfast has improved and will suit all guests. The restaurant menu has been changed, and has less of the traditional dishes, pity the platter is gone, as it was a favourite of mine. The biggest change is the pool, being closed to day trippers and now only for hotel guests. This is a bold move and I think it is a brilliant decision. The pool is by far the best I have ever been in. It was always too busy, but now it is tranquil. Amazing place to come and stay. You will not regret it.

UUtente ospiteOn a parish pilgrimage and the hotel was great. Easy walking distance to the entire village/town and food was very nice. Bar service impeccable each evening and drinks very reasonably priced. What sets this hotel apart, from many I’ve stayed in across the world, was the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Consistently went above and beyond. Anything you need help with, they’ll sort it.

Pessimo il ristorante , cena in hotel .. nonostante fossimo soltanto io e mia moglie e 2 tavolate di messicani, arrivi alla sala ristorante piano -1 , vedendo soltanto delle lunghe tavolate con tovaglia sotto e sopra pellicola trasparente , vino in tutti i tavoli con arrotolato al collo della bottiglia pezzo di Scottex già sporco di rosso ,, vino senza etichetta , assaggiato sia il rosso sia il bianco .. sembrava aceto … un menu a dir poco da ospedale a mio avviso , cameriere distratto alle prime esperienze e non adatto a mio Avviso e alla domanda cosa ci fosse come dessert , rispose che era una sorpresa ( chiesto perché la cena era stata un disastro ) ci portò frutta fresca alla fine ; ok che è in aggiunta la cena a solo 15 euro a testa ; piuttosto farei pagare qualcosa in più ma con un menu decente per un hotel a 4 stelle , non avendo scelta di ordinare quello che vuoi e pagare anche qualcosa in più . Consiglio soltanto colazione e pernottamento … la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere in un ristorante dell’hotel ; riferito alla reception che tutto bene tranne la cena che non si è mangiato bene ; la risposta è stata con un sorriso … mahhhhhh

UUtente ospiteWe have stayed here many times, and it is one of my top destinations. We stay in the suites, which are separate houses, and are very comfortable. We have stayed in the other rooms before and again, it is great. The breakfast has improved and will suit all guests. The restaurant menu has been changed, and has less of the traditional dishes, pity the platter is gone, as it was a favourite of mine. The biggest change is the pool, being closed to day trippers and now only for hotel guests. This is a bold move and I think it is a brilliant decision. The pool is by far the best I have ever been in. It was always too busy, but now it is tranquil. Amazing place to come and stay. You will not regret it.

Abbiamo trascorso solo due notti a Medjugorje e siamo stati molto contenti di aver scelto questo hotel che è vicino a tutto. La collina delle apparizioni può essere raggiunta passando dietro l'hotel (piuttosto che seguendo le indicazioni) - chiedete al personale informazioni su come fare. Dragana e tutto il personale sono stati meravigliosi e molto disponibili. Il Wi-Fi era veloce e siamo riusciti a usare un tavolo al piano di sotto tra un pasto e l'altro per alcuni impegni di lavoro che dovevamo svolgere. Le camere sono piccole ma molto pulite e confortevoli.
