Questo è un bel ristorante. L'interno è molto pulito e grande. Il letto è comodo e il bagno è buono con i jacuzzi. Vederete cangurosi e cocktail fuori dal cottage in mattina e sera. I miei figli godono molto del soggiorno. Tuttavia, è necessario cucinare i propri pasti o andare a mangiare. La guida è circa 15 minuti.

We had a 2 night stay at Chateau Yering as a catch up for old work colleagues. There were some initial problems ( very poor attitude and communication from one reception staff member who caused issues with our booking and meals ). These were quickly rectified quickly by Vince & his colleagues. He and the dark haired front of house person were excellent . So too were the restaurant and bar staff. However, the place is very very run down . It was very disappointing . The cost per night was $400 (inc breakfast only ). It is more expensive that the 5 star hotels in the city but is no where near the standard. It is the frayed couches, worn out mechanics and dated interiors that results in the place not making the grade any longer and needs a huge revamp . The computers were not working the entire time we were there despite many staff doing their best to repair the system . It meant that staff were diverted from doing their proper roles and the service suffered as a result ( I stress staff were not to blame but were in fact trying their hardest to sort out ongoing problems that were just beyond their control). We ordered the degustation menu with matching wines . As a result of staff being called to do other roles i.e.fix computer system, our wines did not match the course and arrived late , leaving us with cold food while we waited for the wine . Further , the TV in my room did not work properly, I also felt that the breakfast was a disappointment. Usually I would expect a buffet of fruit, cereal , juice, toast and bakery items and then also have a hot selection to order as part of the breakfast ( the cost was listed as $35 pp) . However it was one section of breakfast item and one hot drink according to the menu .That was all. We were offered juice but it was unclear if this would be extra or included . A similar issue happened with the second coffee . There were no newspapers on the first day but some on the weekend day. The food was mostly very good especially from Eleanor's restaurant . A charcuterie board that we ordered was quite lean in the quantity and some of the meats were not very nice ( this was the order that was messed up ) and required additional items to be ordered . In short great staff ( except for the cranky blonde woman on reception ) , nice food that was a bit light on in serving sizes, but terrible surroundings .

I apologize for this delayed review, as we had a fabulous time here! Our Hosts and staff were brilliant and so accommodating from beginning to end! We stayed for a long weekend in September 2023 to accommodate our large family staying for my sons wedding in the area. The accommodation was terrific and catered for all family members with the separate Managers House perfect for families, and the balcony rooms grouped around the upstairs balcony, perfect for chats with a lovely leafy view. The rooms are substantial with lovely outlooks and comfortable beds. The Tower suite has amazing views of the district, over 3 levels! The ambiance of the entire hotel is lovely with amazing decor throughout, and caters to all interests. Whether it be friendly pool competitions in the front bar, afternoon tea in the tea rooms, playground entertainment, watching the footy on the big screen, or watching the world go by from the front balcony. Excellent coffees and fresh pastries were enjoyed with breakfast. Great food and service! A brilliant location in the Yarra Valley!

Love, love, love this boutique hotel. It's brand new, but the winery has been here a while. The hotel opened December 2023, I believe. We LOVED it. It was exactly what we were looking for in Yarra Valley. The accommodations were AMAZING. The hotel bathroom was the most luxurious we've ever experienced. We loved the wine tastings at the winery and the dinner at the hotel was one of the best of our entire trip. We'd come back in a heartbeat, and know this is a small business/family business, so it's worth supporting.

We stayed in the luxury safari tent for (2) nights and had a wonderful time. Even in the midst of Winter the tent was very warm. With a nice, comfortable bed, great pillows, sizeable room and a view across the vineyards, it was fantastic. The I have to add, the wine tasting experience was fantastic. When we stayed last year the experience was awful, chaotic and unappealing. Balgownie have done a complete 180 here and now it’s a highlight! Good on you for recognising the deficiency, remedying it and delivering a great product. It was truly the highlight for us.

Rieducato in contatto e andare e non disturbare la ricetta. In questo momento, questi prezzi non sono eccessivamente elevati - per un stabilimento ragionevole. Anche se nella stanza le basi erano ragionevoli, la stanza aveva un tostapane e microonde, ma non ci sono piatti di pane o cuttery, solo piccole bowling. Chiesto al ricevimento e si è dato qualche cucina e bolle di pasta.Grande per il toast! A quanto pare la gente continua a rubarli o a romperli. Quindi, caricali e avere qualcosa di ragionevole per la gente ragionevole! La porta non si stava aperta nemmeno senza un colpo con la spalla e poi si era catturata solo per millimetri. La catena era in piedi e le sedie erano in posizione, non preoccupatevi. La stanza era servita solo una volta durante il nostro soggiorno dopo che abbiamo chiesto. Il furgone di bagaglio è arrivato a 4.00Am o così e ha svuotato molteplici sbarre appena vicino (in loco) con tutte le pressioni e il supporto, il grilletto idraulico e il rospo diesel, probabilmente avresti accettato a $120 strani dollari a notte, ma davvero? Il mio partner era pronto a camminare nei primi cinque minuti con il suo abuso di solito della mia miseria.Come avresti potuto immaginare, la questione dei prezzi è quello che si fa davvero in alto. Il resto che si aspetta e accetta per un affare più economico. Ma la prossima volta che siamo vicini a Lilydale, possiamo pagare $189, ma cercheremo un valore $189.

We were very impressed with the following: The room was spotless and huge. Everything was in its place and the room was bright airy and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone smiles and greets you. They made us feel very welcome. Always polite and eager to help. Quite a rarity these days. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and presented. I especially loved the scrambled eggs and the bacon. So tasty! Compliments to the chef (s). Our stay at the Yarra Valley Lodge was stress free. The check-in process was easy and car park to lift to room was uncomplicated and quick. You couldn’t get lost there if you tried. Everything was very logically set out. The hotel and its surrounds has such a tranquil ambience. One hardly heard the neighbours or cars etc. The only time this tranquility was disturbed was on early Friday morning when a groundskeeper decided to use his very loud blower at around 7 am. This is the only negative I can think of. All in all our stay at the Yarra Valley Lodge was way beyond our expectations. It has a luxurious country club atmosphere with sterling quality staff, accommodation, food and amenities. A credit to management and the floor staff. We will definitely return in the near future.

We were guests at a wedding in a nearby winery and stayed here one night. We were pleased with our choice. The room was a little worn, but room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Despite being close to the highway, the room was very quiet (I have excellent hearing!). The bed was super comfy and the linens good quality. We slept very well. Wifi worked well. Keep up the good work, Yarra Valley Motel!

The location is great, within the vineyard and surrounded by wonderful scenery. very spacious and activities for children and family. peaceful and quiet as well. very helpful host. Will definitely come again.
