Molto utile receptionist! La stanza era pulita e temperata, anche incredibilmente grande! La posizione era facile accesso alla stazione ferroviaria con treni che vanno a est e in città. Sicuramente consiglia!

Very bad check in experience when I checked in the airport hotel. I booked the hotel and all the room fee is pre paid online through the agent Ctrips. I was asked for a 300dollar pre-authorization with credit card. I tapped my phone with Apple Pay but it went wrong somehow. The lady in reception asked duty manager for help. Anny or Anne couldn’t remember but she was so rude and was like I did not wanna pay for the preauthorization. And she was so impatient to try to figure out what the technical problem was. I was told I cannot cancel the room and I could not stay with the hotel, which is so ridiculous for a traveler that has to catch the early morning flight. I was lucky that the payment was successful with last try. But this terrible experience told me no more this hotel next time when I’m in Sydney again. And I would not recommend this place in all my social media apps and lower rating for the hotel on my travel agent apps.

I had a hard time,I was being ripped off by pay it double the price for a room, In which I pay it online,when I reached there,the lady I think she’s Asian who was giving me a death look was not aware that I payed the room. Customer service was not good, I reckon they had to take a course of knowing how to greet guests with smiles,management should look on this,and to insert that the room that was given to us was (unclean) I checked the toilet pans & the bowls (poops) was still seen around it. Pathetic! Pathetic hotel I ever booked 🤮

La camera più piccola che abbia mai soggiornato. Sono rimasto qui solo per la comodità di poter camminare direttamente all'aeroporto, quindi resta solo se è importante

My husband and I stayed at the General Gordon only one night on a quick overnight trip to Sydney. I was travelling in a moon boot and with a knee scooter and crutches after recent foot surgery, so we booked the queen accessible room. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the large bathroom was well equipped with a walk-in shower including a fold down bench, toilet grab rails and plenty of bench space at the right height. The room itself was fresh, modern and quiet except for the occasional plane on the overhead flight path (which you will definitely hear) and the bed was comfortable, but we did notice a couple of surfaces that had not been cleaned before we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, so overall a really good experience.

Sono felice di dire che mi sono divertito le mie vacanze il personale era fantastico e le strutture sono raggiungibili soprattutto il mac Donald’s 24/7 proprio dietro l’hotel .

Ho soggiornato a Grand hotel rockdale da 01/03/23 a 04/03/23 come ero a Sydney per motivi medici. Ho chiesto una stanza lontano dalle principali scale (come ho bisogno di riposare) che l'hotel ha ospitato e sono grato per. Era una camera decente per un alloggio di bilancio e la stanza era servita. Tuttavia il bagno nella stanza (303) veniva fuori dal muro che doveva essere riparato. E' evidente che era una questione di salute e sicurezza. Non sono sicuro perché i puliziani non hanno riferito alla custodia/gestione approfondita. Mi preoccupavo di usarla o di appoggiarla, perché potrebbe cadere sui miei piedi. Questo bacino deve essere fissato. Il cortile non era neanche molto pulito (piastre bianche come calce), ma era un buon soggiorno, un buon sonno e un letto confortevole.

Molto vicino alla stazione Mascott, che è a soli due stazioni dalla stazione centrale. Ci sono negozi di forniture locali e ristoranti vicino e una comunità tranquilla.

Mi sono divertito il mio soggiorno a Stamford, che ho soggiornato una notte per volare la mattina. Il personale è utile e amichevole. C'è un ristorante all'hotel che mi permette di mangiare senza dover andare fuori, che è conveniente. Ho ordinato qualcosa dalla barbecue per cena, che è bello. Prenotare la navetta da hotel all'aeroporto è facile e l'auto arriva puntuale. Stamford ha tutti gli elementi che ho aspettato come hotel aeroportuale, penserà di rimanere di nuovo per il mio se avessi bisogno da qualche parte vicino all'aeroporto.
