Poiché c'è un hotel a piedi da casa degli amici e solo questo hotel, ho soggiornato per un totale di 4 notti in 2+1+1. Il primo giorno di soggiorno ha ricevuto una tassa di soggiorno e un'offerta di 100 Macao. Il quarto giorno è andato alla ricezione per rinnovare la ricetta (non posso aprire la porta) La ricetta ha saputo che è un ordine prepagato e ha chiesto se era un pagamento per la carta di credito originale (la quarta notte ha cambiato il nome della prenotazione ma non ha cambiato la stanza e ha prenotato un soggiorno di estensione). Penso che l'hotel potrebbe avere bisogno di un nuovo deposito dopo il prepagato per cambiare il nome della prenotazione, Tornai ”sì”, e poco dopo, la reception ha versato 157 Macao di nuovo sulla carta di credito. La notte sono tornata all'hotel per chiamare la reception. La reception ha detto che potrebbe essere in ordine di chiamare il manager per l'oro domani. Il giorno dopo, la reception è stata presa in ufficio. Il breve messaggio e l'hotel di consultazione hanno detto che ho fissato due camere, Ho prenotato la stanza di Trip.com una volta e poi due ore dopo. Sono tornato a casa. Ho prenotato la stanza di Trip.com una notte prima di prenotare. Il giorno dopo sono andato a rinnovare la scheda di stanza di Trip.com a più di nove. Comunicazione senza frutto per trovare Trip.com. Se Trip.com intende inviare una lettera di reclamo online ufficiale dell'hotel senza frutto. Comunicazione ripetuta e ripetuta attraverso Trip.com. L'hotel ha detto che ”errore di comunicazione” ha accettato di restituire. Si consiglia ai suoi concittadini di guardare più i messaggi della carta di credito quando escono, difendere i loro diritti e interessi legittimi in tempo e di lasciare il cane T M intorno a tutto.

Stayed here for a business trip. Has been a great place to stay, nice English/European traditional decor and furniture, very clean room near to everything. Room has all the amenities: iron, ironing board, hair dryer, lots of towels, chairs, table, desk, arm chair, comfortable bedding and pillows, air conditioning, free wifi. Function rooms look great. Near shopping centres and restaurants

This place is a pit,When we arrived they gave us the wrong room,so after sorting out that mistake my wife and i finally checked in,and when i walked through the door i said to my wife ”what the f@#k have we just walked in to ,the place was dirty and smelly had a very musty smell,the carpets were dirty,shower dirty,toilet was dirty the lounge had stains all over it,the coffee table had looked like it was picked up of the side of the road from a rubbish pile avoid at all cost its dirty the pictures don't match the property in saying this i will give credit where it's due it was a quiet location and convenient and the staff are good but thats it,it's ashame as this place has good business potentinal with some elbow grease,new carpets and fresh paint but obviously they dont care so better to avoid at all cost

We stayed here for a night's business in Ringwood, Vic. The room was super spacious and the shower had great hot water with good pressure. I slept so well, and what else could you ask for in a hotel? Oh wait, it was also an amazing price and included parking. I absolutely recommend staying here if you have business in this end of the city.

Era quello che mi sarei aspettato da un motel vecchio davvero, avrebbe potuto essere un po' più pulito. La camera che ho ricevuto era un po' datata, il divano/divano letto era molto scomodo per sedersi ed era molto attento. Ma il letto in sé andava bene. C'erano alcuni involucri di gomme da masticare e cose che erano state perse dagli addetti alle pulizie sotto l'area del divano. La porta sul retro e la finestra sul patio erano tutte completamente chiuse e impossibilitate ad aprirsi e le persiane un po' scalcinate e difficili da usare. Non ero sicuro se il bagno fosse sporco o fosse solo l'aspetto delle piastrelle, avrebbe potuto essere un po' di entrambi. Vorrei aver scattato delle foto perché, guardando le foto online, non ho potuto vederne una che assomigli alla stanza che ho avuto. alcune delle foto sembrano che alcune camere siano state aggiornate. Ho avuto la camera più economica possibile però. Se c'è un affare e il prezzo è sceso sotto i $90 per una camera singola di base, probabilmente tornerò ma senza lo sconto ci sono alcuni posti più carini in giro.

Il design è buono, ma la disposizione della stanza è sproporzionata. Lo specchio è in direzione del letto, il colore è ancora scuro. Soprattutto insoddisfacente è la disposizione del tubo d'acqua. Puoi sentire il rumore dell'acqua brusca ogni notte e non puoi dormire normale!

The one bedroom apartment is quite big. There's TV in the bedroom & living room. Love the washing machine & dryer & the kitchen. I don't understand why they didn't use the key card to get in to the floor you sleep in. So a stranger can get to the lift and to any floor. Same with the parking, anyone can park their car without paying. And go straight to any floor they want.

The room was clean. However there was no microwave and no plates or cutlery. The bathroom needs a working exhaust fan. The queen bed had only two pillows with one extra in the cupboard. The pillows were very flat and each person really needed two pillows. It was quite hot and we would have loved to sit by the pool but there was no shade. However we heard no road noise and enjoyed pleasant sleep.

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona, le strutture sono anche buone, l'hotel è in generale pulito e igienico, l'ambiente è migliore.C'è un supermercato vicino all'hotel, un hotel, il cibo è molto conveniente, c'è l'opportunità di scegliere qui.

I had a 7 week stay at Ringwood Royale and it was just like home. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and daily living. Loved having an oven to cook, even able to make a birthday cake. Washing machine and drier were super useful along with the washing powder provided. Appreciated supplies like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder etc replaced weekly along with the helpful, friendly team who cleaned and changed linen and towels, also the wardrobe space was great to actually unpack for that period of time. Super comfy, firm bed and plenty of entertainment with Netflix, Foxtel and Wifi all part of the package. A big shout out to the Manager Mocita, who was so responsive, flexible and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when I had some uncertainty around dates. This was truly a home away from home. Also being solo I felt safe and secure - parking is also included in a secure car par, steps away from your day.. A great stay, highly recommended. By the way a nice touch is the selection of local wines to choose from int he apartment, if so inclined, at reasonable prices.
