We arrived late at night, about 10pm. I had tried to call to find out reception times but had had no luck getting through. Thankfully reception was open until midnight and check in was fast and efficient. The amenities where spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The accommodation pods are on stilts and there is some movement if people are walking around but it didn’t bother us at all. Our room (king bed) had a nicely appointed bathroom, nothing huge but still spacious enough, a large cupboard and an area with tea and coffee making facilities , the bedroom was huge with one whole wall of sliding glass doors which in summer would be amazing for opening up to the veranda which is full length. Fantastic views of the animal paddock and the ocean. All the staff we dealt with where so friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the website has no contact phone number details that I could find and the number I got through Trip.com didn’t seem to work, just went to message bank, and there was no details on the website about reception times. The blinds in our room have a reasonable gab between them so a fair bit of light came though in the morning. I’m a light sleeper if it’s not pitch black so I woke early but nothing too concerning. Both easy fixes for the company to make. The accommodation pods have five rooms in them, so excellent for extended family vacations where everyone gets their own space but are all close by. The restaurant and cafe have fantastic views. There is a huge kids playground but I only saw it from a distance. It looked very nice from what I could see. There is animal feeding tours which would great for young families and grandkids. Highly recommend for a lovely quite holiday. Also on the plus side, very close to the airport and Hobart.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. The room and bathroom were spotless. The location was very convenient, with gas stations, food, and snacks available 24 hours just next door. We pre-ordered breakfast for a discounted price and enjoyed the comfortable, firm bed.

Richmond è un tesoro, la città è bella!C'è più cibo!Questo giardino è anche la più soddisfatta di noi che abbiamo viaggiato in Tur Island. I bambini adulti si sentono particolarmente graditi.La stanza è grande, il divano è super comodo, e il ricevimento del guardiano è veloce di 20 metri quadrati. I bambini amano giocare a nascondino. Quando si muovono, non dimenticano di vivere ancora una notte. Il padrone ha molti animali, due cavalli, giovenche, tre cani e pollo che va.La madre del cane chiama Molly e' particolarmente gentile a giocare con i bambini, il pupazzo chiama Bobby e la nonna di tre piedi.La sala ha molti pannelli storici, grandi scarpe in legno, scatole e piastrelle La stanza ha WiFi gratuita e riceverà un'e-mail calda da più proprietari durante il soggiorno.Forse il cameriere non è così entusiasta come la casa, è Tuu Ou, e può essere alloggiato.

I have started here twice and both times were pleasant. The first time the room was a bit small but had everything you need, the other the room was massive and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant has a nice vibe and the food is good. Well located to get to Richmond and surrounding sites.

Location is near waterfront very beautiful. Perfect if you have a car. 3 mins drive to Woolworth and chemist warehouse and banjo pie! Room is clean and Orana house is well kept with beautiful garden. Nina is a very happy, capable and pleasant host! Breakfast is always served with something homemade by her, fruit bread, scones are fantastic ! One suggestion please include hard boiled eggs on the breakfast table. Thank you!
