Non posso colpire il personale, molto amichevole e utile. Il bar era grande. Purtroppo non c'era nessun ristorante disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno a causa della mancanza di personale. Tuttavia, erano disponibili snack bar. La camera era ben strutturata e non può essere mancato il comfort del letto, la qualità della doccia o le strutture in generale. La nostra stanza è stata costruita durante la nostra visita, che non ci aspettavamo, ma è stata una bella sorpresa ottenere degli asciugamani freschi e avere il nostro letto quando siamo tornati da un giorno all'altro. La musica è così alta da sotto, sembra che ci sia un oratore proprio dentro la stanza! Da le 8 alle 2:00, non potevamo nemmeno guardare la TV, perché il volume dalla TV non era abbastanza alto da svuotare la musica. L'abbiamo detto alla signora dietro il bar, ma, quando era in prestito da un altro hotel, non aveva idea di come rimuoverlo per noi.

Have stayed in Adelaide many times for both business and holiday, and this hotel now will be my first choice. Great rooms and facilities, views, location, parking . Hotel restaurants are the best and great staff who are all friendly and go out of their way to help. You just dont get all that these days. Well done to all.

I Have Found Since Staying Here The Management Have Been More Than welcoming, Not to Mention Very Warm Kind Management. They Ensure you are Comfortable. The Virtual Reception Assistance are Fabulous and Kind People also. Beds very comfortable, The Cleners are extremely good at their job. I have felt safe and secure. This Backpackers i would have to say would be one of the best in the world if you are looking to Travel to South Australia this accommodation is a must stay

L'accesso alla Quest è piuttosto difficile quando si utilizza la mappa di Google. Soprattutto quando sono arrivato dal ponte dall'aeroporto di Adelaide. Forse è necessario contattare la mappa di Google per aggiornare le linee guida.

Our check in was very easy and with a pleasant staff member (Mathew), Our room was comfortable but needs some updating. Unfortunately the weather was miserable and the driveway to our room had quite a lot of water which covered a couple of very deep holes. Our room was behind the hotel which protected us from any road noise. A free drink per person is given on arrival plus 25% discount on all meals during the stay. The meals we had were of good quality and service was excellent. The bar staff are very pleasant and prompt.

Tried to book a room at the pub and was given three different prices within about two hours which I thought was quite strange but when I got there and had a look at the ”establishment” I was not disappointed. Very interesting place ? Appeared to be nothing like the online pics and more like a very down market den. Having said that, if that's your thing and you can get a room for a very affordable price then good on ya.

Hotel Heritage ben riparato. L'esperienza di check-in potrebbe essere stata più semplice con i processi, ma alla fine in pista. Buon personale ovunque andammo. Comfort King Coil letto. Molto pulito in tutto. Nuovo bagno. Nuova TV con Netflix. Spazio di soggiorno di dimensioni studio, e spazioso in bagno. Le scale fino alle camere - un po' difficile con bagagli. Signaggio in sala di benvenuto, riferendo a un frigo, è necessario controllare l'impressione del cliente. Wifi ha aiutato a pianificare la nostra giornata. Bella tocca con prodotti da bagno e asciugamani bianchi. Caffè e tè istantaneo decente. Ingresso chiave della camera sicura. Chiave codificata dal livello stradale. Generale, molto buono e raccomandato. Vicino a 5 stelle. Grande posizione vicino alla costa e shopping.

I don’t usually write reviews and I know you don’t know me but… can I tell you Julie Anne was so amazing that I would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone with a family. We got the family suite as we are a family of 5 (which sucks in hotel land) last minute due to our flight being cancelled. The room was clean, the set up was amazing.. 3 kids in one room with a TV and us in an adjoining room with a queen/double (also with a TV) and a shared bathroom with shower. Beds are comfy, hotel restaurant was a 1 min walk.. oldest teenager didn’t want to come for dinner but joined us later given it was so close.. Wine was $6/glass and BWS also attached so we got to take advantage of the chilled glasses in the room fridge. If you are on the fence - I’d say go for it. We aren’t talking the Ritz but for what we wanted and what we were willing to pay this was right on the money. Also I hope Julie Anne’s boss reads this because my daughter couldn’t believe how amazing she was with us and will probably talk about her for the next year!! #just book it!

Little bit far from downtown but it just takes 30' by bus. Good value hotel in Adelaide, very quite, shared kitchenette extremely clean. Fully recomended. Friendly and helpful staff.
