What a great experience we have just had (18-20 Aug 23) From friendly check-in to efficient check out. Stayed in Villa which was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable giving a solid nights rest for both nights. Was tired on first night so ordered in from restaurant - food was excellent with steak cooked perfect to order and all food delivered hot and within 20mins of order. Very quiet as we were right at the back of a very big complex. This may be different if your room is closer to the main road at the front of the complex. Breakfast restaurant staff friendly especially Cho who wasnt shy to share a laugh, very helpful - it all added to a great experience for us all. We had to pick up a very delicate birthday cake the next morning (for 1st Bday)which the Chef kindly allowed us to store in kitchen cooler until needed. Staff more than happy to help. Buffet was more than adequate for 3 hungry people and a la carte (great range) was very tasty. Buffet refreshed constantly with Chef watching on constantly. Only (minor issue) was shower which was a little underpowered and slow to drain. NOTE: Book through hotel site as you may end up paying 'booking fee' Glad we found this gem as we travel NSW - Brisbane often. This is our new go to

Really enjoyed a few lunches at the hotel lately. We have a member of our family though who is Vegan and strictly dairy-free. It would be wonderful if the pub could consider some more Vegan-Friendly options on the menu as it would certainly provide us with a reason to return more often. In this day and age not everyone can eat meat or dairy. The Buddha Bowl is something healthier they offer and it was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately we ordered the Margherita Pizza on the Order At Table on mobile functionality it stated this Pizza came with Vegan cheese. We thought that was great. Of course the pizza came with regular cheese and I had to check with the staff who apologised and said that no, there was no vegan cheese on premises. They were very polite but it was disappointing that both the online menu was wrong, and that this fairly simple alternative wasn't on offer. Hopefully we see some more plant-based options on the menu in the future! The kids meals are great value.

La notte è molto comoda in questo alloggio a motel, intorno al retro del pub e al centro di cena - le letti sono molto comodi e le camere sono ben progettate. Il pranzo al pub è stato eccellente - buon valore e generoso servizio - grazie per averci guardato.

Stato per 5 notti, la camera era buona dimensione, letti molto comodi. La camera includeva piccolo bar frigorifero, cucina, piatti, tazze, servizi di caffè e tè e microonde. Gli impianti di bagno non possono fallire. 10 minuti a piedi a Westfield Garden City shopping. Non abbiamo usato le strutture per la colazione, ma abbiamo notato che la colazione era costituita da cereali, tosta. Molto parcheggio sul posto. Terminal autobus vicino alla porta. Personale molto amichevole e amichevole di assistere. Lo consigliere.

Having read some of the recent reviews, I was expecting to find a poorly presented hotel. Not so! It's such a pity when inexperienced reviewers feel it is their duty to nit-pick and trash a business trying to do a good job for its customers. Anyway, enough of that. We stayed at Sunnybank Star for 6 nights and found the room very spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking in a secure area. What impressed us was the price for a hotel located in reasonable proximity of the Brisbane CBD. We used the 150 bus just outside the hotel for our trips into town. The room was well fitted, good bathroom (yes, dated but clean). The room has 12 power outlets - a first for us with so many devices, chargers, electric toothbrush etc these days. The bed was comfortable with good lighting in the room. The ancillary equipment met all our needs. The house and reception staff were all very helpful and polite and made our stay in Brisbane a pleasant one. Well done Sunnybank Star. We'll definitely be back. Recommend!

7 notti nel letto del re deluxe Studio King era meraviglioso - dimensione, fermezza/softness, letto, spazio intorno; lo spazio di cucina era compatto ma funzionale per una persona all'uno all'altro; la doccia e poi erano molto bello - grande pressione idrica e temperatura e spazio; parcheggio alla porta della camera; camera era verso il retro della proprietà e tranquillo tutto il tempo; le camere non sono servite il fine settimana :( (se il vostro soggiorno include un fine settimana) in generale molto buono

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, il personale di servizio è entusiasta, un ambiente pulito è buono, il rapporto costo/prezzo è alto, il parcheggio è molto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????

Booked this hotel as it was close proximity to a wedding. Check in was easy, the hotel was clean and smell nice. The room was very spacious and looks exactly like the photos. The bathroom was good and the shower pressure and temperature of water was on par. The aircon worked well wasn’t too strong and we were able to keep the room at a steady temperature the whole stay. The amenities at the hotel was good, the pool size was good for the size of the hotel and it was warm and clean. However some extra few seats would be handy for around the pool. The smoking area courtyard was a good touch. There is laundry facilities on site which is free just need to buy your own washing powder. The gym is very simple. The hotel does have room service which finishes at 9pm There is a bottle shop across the road as well as the glen hotel which was very handy! The food was nice in the restaurant and so were the drinks. Very nice atmosphere. Had breakfast outside the hotel and that was nice quick and easy options . Overall I would stay here again Thanks
