Non ho nulla contro Ibis, dopo averli usati molte volte negli anni. Questo Ibis è perfettamente adatta allo stile. Piccole camere con strutture di base. Recently went to an event at Sydney Motor Parkway and has trouble booking close by. We found the Mercure got us out of trouble but was not perfect by a long way. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but motel had no breakfast arrangements for guests. We were able to have an evening meal at the attached Blacktown Workers Club. This was good value and catered with individual meals or a buffet evening meal. Very disappointed as neither the club or motel had any arrangements in place for providing breakfast. A nearby McDonalds was all staff could suggest. They did have off street parking and it certainly got us out of trouble when trying to book close to the venue.

State a 7 minuti di distanza e lungo la strada dalla strada Est Creek Raceway. Le camere sono di base ma pulite, la receptionista è stata utile e obbligatoria, ci fa sentire benvenuti. Il bistro è stato un buon pranzo, il cibo è delizioso e il personale è stato grande. Il parcheggio non era disponibile a nessun costo aggiuntivo, anche se in aria aperta era ben accurata e molto vicino all'ingresso principale.

Room is poorly designed, with the toilet facing the shower glass. Almost too difficult to sit on it...

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and I, despite multiple changes to our staying dates. Cameron in particular was extremely welcoming and hospitable. Upon arrival the staff offered to take my friend's suitcase up to our room and when we asked, provided us with a microwave and toaster! Our room was well equipped and very clean. Although the hotel's location appears to be far from the city, we had no problem catching trains to and from the hotel. Even trains with limited stops will stop at Westmead station

Please note the date of this review. The current owners have only been there six months, and they are pleasant and very helpful. Although the information is there, it is not immediately clear that parking is very, very limited and needs to be pre-booked. There is an arrangement with the local Westfield, which left me - an elderly solo female traveller - slogging uphill to return to the hotel on the day before garbage pickup. Very smelly and unpleasant. (Returning downhill after garbage pickup not such a problem!) Room was elegant and spotless. But also unclear from the webpage is that there is no evening meal service, only basic breakfast - with a very nice carrot cake - which left me eating a chocolate bar and chips for the evening meal. No, there doesn't seem to be any nearby cafe. All in all, this should be branded as a Hoilday Inn Express. And, no, a microwave oven doesn't turn a room into a suite. I suggest choosing the other Parramatta Holiday Inn. If I'd realised the problems in advance I'd have cancelled and swapped. It will be interesting to see what the new owners make of it when they've had a bit more time.
