Leggendo le recensioni precedenti mi chiedevo cosa potevo trovare, ma questo è un posto perfetto per stare. Sì, è data e la pittura non è perfetta. La nostra stanza sembrava avere aggiornato i pavimenti. Era pulita. Servizio giornaliero di cameriera. Servizi igienici gratuiti e caffè, ecc. La cucina era adatto per il riscaldamento di pranzi a microonde e per la pasticceria di pane di aglio. Non abbiamo mai usato la parte superiore del forno, ma sono sicuro che sarebbe stato bello per chiunque volesse cucinare una verdura. La piscina non era calda, ma buon tempo se si desidera fare qualche breve passo. Il ristorante era delizioso e il personale molto amichevole e utile. Aperta 4 notti a settimana ma a pochi passi da qui si può ottenere buon cibo al pub, al ristorante indiano e cinese un po 'più in alto sulla strada. Foodland è a pochi minuti a piedi con posta, chimico e altri negozi nel piccolo centro. Se hai una macchina, sei a 20 minuti dalla città, vicino a alcune delle vinerie, allo zoo safari, Hahndorf e Victor Harbour. Il gioco è ovunque in SA e considerando che vi è un grande villaggio di pensionamento lungo la strada, la sala da gioco può aiutare a pagare per un ulteriore riqualificazione delle camere. Se cerchi un posto tranquillo e confortevole fuori città, questo posto è adatti al conto.

Dopo un disastroso cominciamento del nostro viaggio a Adelaide, abbiamo perso il nostro volo precoce per un matrimonio, ma l'abbiamo fatto in tempo per la ricezione. Abbiamo controllato Mick O'Shea, alle 8:45 quella notte, e mia moglie e io eravamo stanchi di alzarmi da le 3:00, il mio occhio sinistro era doloroso, e tutti i negozi erano chiusi, così non potevo lavarmi gli occhi. Michelle, al ricevimento, ci ha prenotato nella nostra stanza e ha controllato il primo kit di aiuto per un lavaggio di occhi salici che mi ha fissato l'occhio doloroso, siamo andati in camera e i letti erano così comodi che dormivamo come bambini. Il grande servizio non è finito lì, siamo venuti a cena la notte prima della partenza e Michelle ha guardato la nostra prenotazione di cibo e ci ha dato un bicchiere dolce con complimenti mentre mia moglie giocava a pokie, Michelle è venuta per un chat amichevole... i pasti e vino è stato fantastico, non abbiamo mai sperimentato questo tipo di servizio prima ... Michelle grazie grazie per aver fatto della nostra esperienza di fine settimana a Adelaide un piacevole che sicuramente rimarremo di nuovo.. altamente raccomanda ...

Booked table for 4 in Bistro on Tuesday for 12 noon lunch. Arrived 10 minutes early no problem and was shown to table overlooking the beach and Jetty. What a pearler day great weather great service and top class food. Drinks also varied and good value. Not sure which hotel some of the poor reviewers went to but it obviously wasn’t this one. Keep up the good work. We have rebooked to return in June for a bimonthly luncheon Regards Peter

La stanza e l'hotel erano bellissimi. Il personale della ricezione erano grandi e i caffè dal bistro erano ben preparati e deliziosi. Ho avuto solo una visita molto veloce per la notte a Adelaide, e in realtà l'hotel era solo un posto per dormire. Il letto era comodo e la camera era grande. Credo che il trasporto pubblico sia vicino, ma non l'ha usato o ha avuto alcuna possibilità di esplorare l'area immediata. Quanto so che il bistro/caffè è l'unica caratteristica aggiuntiva che offre la proprietà.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, il cibo è molto delizioso, l'unità di intrattenimento e divertimento, è molto adatto per viaggiare insieme alla famiglia, il servizio post-vendita di Trip.com è molto buono

Jackie e la sua squadra, la più amichevole che abbiamo incontrato, la stanza è stata ben progettata con tutto quello che ci serviva e la pulizia cinque stelle grazie alla prossima volta che prenoteremo in prossimità di uno degli studio in alto e non sarà un soggiorno d'emergenza felice nuovo anno

The Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given it’s ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and that’s so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as you’re happy with basic ammenities in a great location.

March 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apartment and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apartments had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apartment has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apartment to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apartments had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apartments are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartments are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. The apartments are brand new so they are clean, fresh & modern.
