This is an amazing place. They’ve taken an original motel on the old pacific hwy and made it such a cool hotel. Rooms are spacious and incredibly the clean. Booking was simple, the pre arrival contact was super professional and the staff are seriously good. The girl that checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the pub, which is a destination in itself. Whenever I’m working in Ballina or Byron I make this my stopover.

Arrived at Motel only to find (after a frustrating look-around) a pamphlet on one of the Motel doors to head to the Middle Pub in Mullumbimby to check-in and get your Security Key. It can get extremely busy at the Pub and patience is required as it depends how many staff they have on. A sweet young woman was run off her feet serving Patrons as well as checking-in Motel clients. Easy check- in, only took a couple of minuets. Parking can be ‘tight’ on site but plenty of parking out the front of Motel. Ask them about Wifi BEFORE you leave Check-in! I didn’t and spent a while trying to find an ‘info’ folder in the Motel room (they don’t have one) and had to ring them up to ask where the code was for their Free Wifi. Ours was stuck to the main mirror on a very small tab that you could be forgiven was non- important. Check out the photo I have posted. If you zoom, you will be able to make it out on the mirror bottom left… Super impressed with our room. Queen plus single beds…. Main room was clean,tidy and smelling fresh. The only negative I have was the Bathroom is abit dated and unfortunately had mould in the shower stall and on tiles. It didn’t look like the walls were cleaned either. Air-con was good, small T.V, bar fridge nice and cold. Great sleep and key went into Secure Box downstairs when we left.

The front desk staff were lovely and accommodating, and the grounds, pool, and bungalows provided a wonderful retreat. However, be aware that some bungalows are right on the road, so it’s worth requesting a different location if possible. It would have been considerate to be informed in advance about the large group of 90 media staff staying at the same time, as their loud singing and yelling after 11:30 pm disrupted our sleep and their behavior dominated the poolside area. Additionally, we were surprised to learn at checkout that we couldn't use the pool while waiting for our flight. In our experience with other resorts, the amenities typically remain available until departure. This might be something to consider for future stays.

Siamo stati a Aloha Byron Bay per la nostra recente conferenza di lavoro, prenotando l'intera zona per il nostro grande gruppo (12 ppl). Le strutture disponibili in tutta la proprietà erano incredibili - tra cui 2 piscine, BBQ, Cucina all'aperto/casa piscina, cereali estremamente generosi, colazione e frutta opzioni, prodotti splendidi nei bagni, e frigoriferi, spazzatrici e curler nelle bagni. L'intera esperienza di prenotazione fino a check-out è stata incredibilmente facile. Brenda e l'altro personale erano tutti bellissimi e così accoglienti e accoglienti. Ci saremmo certamente rimasti. Questo è un bellissimo studio in una posizione fantastica. Vicino alla città, ma molto tranquillo. È possibile sentire l'oceano! Passeggiata est fino alla bella spiaggia di Belongil. Sarebbe un divertente luogo per avere il libro di famiglia più unità.
