L'alloggio al Barn non è mai deluso. Situato a pochi minuti da Mount Gambier, gli edifici, giardini e attrazioni di questo grande sito sono semplicemente seconda a nessuno. Pacifico e tranquillo, ci sono molti spazi, carichi di parcheggio e si trova a pochi minuti da tutto quello che il Monte deve offrire. Ieri sera siamo rimasti nelle suite del primo re: grande, segreto con un patio semi privato circondato da giardini ben mantenuti e un bagno molto confortevole e grande.

Perfect Country Escape, only minutes away from the conveniences of My Gambier but it feels like it is worlds away, wake to the calls of the birdlife, a short stroll along the road and you’ll see all of Ol’ McDonalds Farm Animals. A perfect home base for exploring the Limestone Coast, or to simply unplug from the world while watching the fire burn with a cuppa

Lovely big, well located, caravan park with nice gardens and great kids facilities with indoor pool and playground. We stayed in three bedroom cabin which was clean (for the most part- some dishes from previous tenants were returned to the cupboard dirty) and spacious. Will note that heated pool was rather lukewarm and was hard to stay in for long as an adult- kids had no issue though! Staff, while a little brusk on check in, responded quickly and efficiently to a couple of issues we had. On a whole a great stay though a little on the $$$ side.

Siamo arrivati in questo parco cabina senza prenotazione. Il personale che ci ha controllato è stato estremamente utile nel trovare la cabina migliore disponibile per le nostre circostanze. Le cabine in questo parco sono in fase di aggiornamento / ristrutturazione. Anche se la cabina che abbiamo soggiornato non era stata rinnovata, era molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con tutte le strutture necessarie (forno a gas e cottura, microonde, tostapane, caldaia, tutti i cuttery, crockery e vetro). Lavanderia di parcheggio con nuove lavastoviglie di qualità e asciugamani. Molto conveniente.

We stayed in room one. The positives were the room was clean and there was a recent coat of paint on the walls. They had hot showers and foxtel on the TV. The views over Mount Gambier were lovely and it was in a quiet location. The negatives, the bathroom was small and run down, there was no place to hang your towels, though clean where you could reach, up above was covered in black mould. They give you mismatched crockery and cutlery which in our case was dirty, probably due to the fact you had to wash up in the small bathroom sink. The air conditioner was noisy and could hear next door make their cup of tea. The parking was difficult for our room due to the curve of the road and a car parked next to us.

Che cosa divertente trovare in una città con un numero elevato di motel da scegliere! Da l'inizio il fattore decisivo per rimanere qui era semplice: la piscina interna riscaldata - 5 stelle per questo solo dopo circa 2 settimane sulla strada. Il bonus aggiuntivo è stato trovare questa gemma in Mt Gambier - sistema di prenotazione facile, carino benvenuto membro del personale, un'unità molto comoda 2 camere da letto, i più comodi letti che abbiamo dormito, una notte senza rumore e in pochi minuti a piedi, Un grande pub australiano - “Il Sud Est” offre un'ottima esperienza di cibo.

Having swimming pool was so nice and refreshing.

The Henry is ok if you are looking to just put your head down. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Was reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Bathroom light flashed like a disco we advised cleaners to report which she did but nobody came to fix it. The globe needed replacing.don’t know why this wasn’t picked up by the pre clean. This was a standard room double bed plus single. Other rooms may be better ? Hot water pressure was good. These rooms are very outdated but as I said you get what you pay for. tv had foxtel which was good. It was just a head down place for us and I’m assuming for most people staying in these type of units. Not much around here walking distance it’s very quiet but a close drive to attractions. We went use restaurant so can’t comment on that. If the light had of been fixed it would have been a decent stay. I don’t understand why these things aren’t attended to.

Loved spending the night in a place with history. Lots of information about the goal located around the site. The room as expected was small- it was a goal cell after all. The bed was comfortable- a double so giants beware. Any larger would not fit the room :) The heater warmed the room nicely. The kitchen area was clean and had what we needed. Lots of styles of cells to choose from. Having courtyards the goal would suit a group of friends or family get together. I understand you can hire the full complex. Good walking distance to the city pubs. Parking out the front. Some rooms have shared facilities. Remember, you are booking an experience. I your after luxury then this is not the place for you.

Questa casa era un grande luogo per fermarci nel viaggio da Hobart a Adelaide. Le camere recentemente ristrutturate sono pulite, confortevoli e spaziose, mentre sono ben progettate. La gestione e il personale erano amichevoli e utili, anche al punto di aiutarci quando abbiamo capito che avevamo una batteria piatta e ci facevamo una tazza di tè mentre aspettavamo la RACT.
