Recentemente, mi sono fermato per due notti in famiglia, mi sono servito solo una stanza standard, la mia stanza era situata al piano inferiore (sotto il livello del terreno) e non era altro che un gnomo di grubby. I piani erano sporchi e gridati, anche dopo aver fatto la doccia, dovevo poi lavarmi i piedi nel bagno prima di andare a letto. La TV era piccola e la maggior parte dei canali liberi non erano programmati, il giorno dopo ho chiesto se potesse essere fissato (ma non è mai successo). La porta posteriore si aprì in un giardino morto e sporco con tessuti in alberi secchi, prima pensavo che fossero fiori. La porta dello schermo non si chiudeva, e la parte dello schermo era stata cancellata (come un'entrata precedentemente illegale). La prima notte, dopo aver uscito per un pasto, sono tornata al motel solo per scoprire che qualcun altro aveva parcheggiato in un parcheggio sotto copertura designato. L'unità è vecchia e richiede un pieno in sala, molto triste. Non resterò più.

Paid for an upgrade to a room at the back after reading reviews describing noise levels. Glad we did because this motel fronts a busy motorway and still traffic noise at a bearable level from back row room. Room was large and very clean although 2 small living cockroaches in bathroom. Husband found bed to be perfect but I had trouble sleeping on it. You can’t please everyone. When we arrived around 5pm the main door to the office was locked but a fellow, either a customer or worker was sitting on a waiting area seat in the reception area and told me the manager was not there but I could use a side door. That was no problem as within a minute or 2 the manager arrived and I told him who I was and he remembered I had called an hour before to check on the availability of a suite rather than a room. Only thing that stopped me short of giving 5 stars was the manager’s apparent distain at having to serve a customer. The dear man couldn’t have looked or come across to me as more put out by having to attend my booking. He offered very little information. When I asked about the wifi password ( wifi did not work at all by the way, even with instructions ) he disinterestedly told me it’s on the back of the key. Also on the back of the key was information on what to do if the tv gives a no signal message. I don’t know why he couldn’t be bothered to explain that. So all up, he was a very poor ambassador for the motel and could easily, single handily ruined the start of someone’s vacation vibe with his “ can I just get this over and done with” vibe. I maintained my chirpy and happy disposition in the meagre attempt of cheering up this poor soul. Alas, it wasn’t to be although when I asked about distances /directions to a venue we were to attend, old mate, worker/customer was all for telling me everything I needed to know. Thank goodness I had him to share the information I needed because once that key was in my hand, Mr manager had done his part and no further talk appeared to be necessary! Maybe HE needs a holiday? Other than that, the suite was suitable for a longer stay with microwave, cooktop, kettle and mini fridge/freezer. There was adequate crockery , cutlery, pans, toaster and washing up items to be able to prepare food for 2. We only stayed the one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast from the dining room on site. I knew about the dining room from reading reviews, not Mr Manager.

Le strutture nella stanza sono complete, il letto è molto comodo, la notte è molto tranquillo e dormire fino al mattino.Il prezzo non è particolarmente costoso rispetto al prezzo, è adatto per viaggi commerciali e viaggi familiari.L'acqua, il latte e i piccoli pasti sono tutti gratis.

We were not aware of the late check in procedures but thankfully the staff (Dana) reached out and sorted it out for us, otherwise we might have been locked out! The hotel,building and room looks clean and new. Although it's located right above Taringa train station, we did not hear any sounds from the trains at all during our stay. Covered parking is available for a fee or there is usually street parking. If you are checking in, there is a loading zone next to the hotel. As the hotel is on a steep slope, might be worthwhile parking as near you can to unload. Although there is no housekeeping services for short stays, the front desk are helpful with any requests always. Overall, a great affordable find for a new-ish hotel and minutes away from the CBD, UQ and westfield indooroopilly.

Very helpful, clean and friendly. The only concern I had was the fire escape plan. We were on the ground floor and the outdoor area was surrounded by aluminium lattice work which was welded shut. The only way out was back through the one way hallway to the exit doors. If there was a fire you would have to climb 2m over the lattice to get out. When I asked about it they said it's a brick building so you don't have to really worry about fire....😬

This hotel is stunning. The staff at check in & out were super friendly. Room was modern, very clean and the bed was huge & extremely comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants. Public transport and the city. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the deluxe room on level 1. Only let down is, there is no restaurant at the hotel so no breakfast room service.

I cannot fault this accomodation! From the friendly welcome and service to the above and beyond service I received after leaving an expensive phone charger/cord behind. The manager ‘Jack’ went out of his way to ‘find’ and ‘organise’ a pick-up for me that I am so grateful for. To find that the wonderful cleaners had taken it to the office was so honest that I would like to say ‘thank you’. The very clean and large Family Studio we had was perfect. Plenty of free parking and a no-fuss check- out. We didn’t have any trouble with noise from either the road or other apartments. Free wi-fi. We weren’t far from the City centre or Southbank. Easy to Uber. Will definitely be coming back. A+
