Abbiamo appena goduto tre notti meravigliose di soggiornare in questo bellissimo hotel The Albert Mosman. Un piccolo gem nascosto che merita una grande reputazione come il migliore in un alloggio di lusso. L'Alberto si è innalzato e ha superato tutte le aspettative di un amichevole arrivo in camera nostra. Tutte le strutture erano di alto livello e di nuovo puro lusso. La colazione era servita con sorriso amichevole e il cibo più delizioso. Torneremo certamente presto.

I booked Roar and Snore for my 10 year old son's Christmas Present and him and I (his Mum) stayed there last night. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left it was excellent. We were greeted by friendly staff, iced tea and water whilst everyone checked in, followed by a Welcome to Country by the amazing Lez. Truly moving moment. The first walk around was very relaxed and on the most perfect of summers evening, hard to beat! We went onto dinner, it was yummy and there was plenty of it. The drink selection was great and then we moved onto camp. The views are the best you are going to get of Sydney and with the most gorgeous sunset it was simply WOW! After checking out camp, and enjoying the views with a glass of wine, fire pit, cheese and biscuits we went out for another walk about, all the while hearing the Lions with their soul moving ROARS! The Taronga team of staff Amy, Jacinta, Lez and Mike where just fantastic, knowledgeable, funny, kind and patient and really made the experience 10/10 The tents and beds were great, very comfy and the aircon was perfect. We woke early and enjoyed sunrise & coffee before our 2 animal encounters, which we both LOVED! Extra shout out especially to Lez and Jacinta for going above and beyond with their kindness, and human connection with both me and my son. We will remember this adventure forever.

Questa è un'esperienza!!! La stanza era perfetta e grande e comoda. Abbiamo fatto una stanza di vista animale con un grande Koala a piedi da noi. Così cool. La tour del santuario era così divertente e la lunghezza perfetta nel tempo. Il tempo che ci ha portato al zoo è stato bello e abbiamo fatto delle sezioni un po' in un momento in cui siamo venuti e andati. Il colazione era davvero bello per un colazione incluso. Le viste sono eccellenti. Usare l'autobus e la ferrata per tornare a Sydney è stato semplice e facile. Non so se lo rimanderemo a Sydney, ma se lo facciamo, rimarremo assolutamente qui.

L'appartamento Studio ha tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno facile, da occhiali a buffet di ghiaccio, anche lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie.. e una vista fab sul porto e città se in superior apt. Così conveniente per autobus e ferry per viaggi rapidi alla città, spiagge e zoo. Tutto ciò che potresti avere bisogno di scendere con Art Deco Orpheus teatro, supermercato e altri negozi, caffè e ristoranti. Grande passeggiata lungo il porto e fermate di caffè. Abbiamo soggiornato 11 giorni e trovato Donald e Paul estremamente amichevole e utile in ogni modo. Grande visita per il nostro 50° anniversario di matrimonio e per vedere nostra figlia e nipoti. Grazie ragazzi... saremo di nuovo! Sue e Michael

Hotel was not clean, kettle was full of dust could not even use at all. did not want to drink dust water with dirty kettle. and mirror was full of dust and carpet was dirty as well. Also I have booked total 3people with little girl for set price from the website, they have charged the money with extra person without telling me. After the conversation, the manager said they have given me single extra bed without my request and charge the money. The extra single bed they provided we did never even touched it! What is the reason for the people to booked in from website if they going to charge the money themselves everything own they thought without the telling the customer. before you want to charge the money please clean the hotel properly first and provided better service. even I checkout at 9:30am next morning nobody was in the reception to serve the customer. very very disappoint the service you provided now I am awaiting to refund money they charged me different from the website. If you want to charge extra you need to speak to customer before they enter the room and make sure what they want and what you are going to do then you can let customer know how you going to charge with what service and rules then customer will understand. without explain and information you should never charged the money dodge way. what you are doing is completely wrong. should never happened with anyone who visited and pay to you. they never deserve that.

I think this is the worst accommodation I have ever been in and I would recommend anyone looking into it to save yourselves the awful experience and go stay somewhere else. Garbage is never removed from the rooms unless you beg the staff to do it several times, however the main issue is finding the staff in the first instance as there's never anyone in the front desk, nor on the phones they provide for urgent calls. The absolute worst was finding cockroaches lurking into my suitcase in the middle of the night. At this point I call my relatives to be immediately picked up form the place with no intent on spending another second there. When I reported the issue on the next morning, the staff where impossible to track firstly, and secondly they were unapologetic. I asked for my money back for the remainder of the stay and this was refused. I also asked to speak to the owner or to have a direct contact to call and complain, but this was also refused. They were not even sorry and showed absolutely no care about the situation or to myself. All they cared was too keep my money which they did.

we were happy for the privacy provided and helpful staff. Very organised and very enjoyable with the hospitality of the staff. We will inform our kids who always travelling to Sydney. Fair and reasonable fares. Easy to walk to all important business places and food stores.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel – truly a wonderful place. The unlimited bread and tea offered a comforting touch to my experience. The service was exceptionally nice, making my stay memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom amenities, including good shampoo and conditioner, added to the overall positive impression. Lastly, the hotel’s strategic location near a bus stop made it convenient for travel. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Rydges Sydney. The recent renovation made the rooms very nice and cozy. All the staff were amazing and genuinely cared for the guests. I would especially like to shout out Sujan at the front office—he was very kind and helpful, he did make sure that we are comfortable during our stay. I am sure Rydges is very happy to have amazing staff like Sujan, who are doing amazing work to make hotel’s standard high. When we mentioned that it was our first time visiting Sydney/Australia, he gave us great recommendations for sightseeing. I would highly recommend Rydges North Sydney.
