We loved our cottage. We understand that a major fire destroyed the main lodge, so that has probably set the place back a bit, but the cottages are clean, tidy & cosy. The heating is great & there's everything we needed for basic cooking. Curley the Currawong bird is a bonus, as he brought berries to our door in exchange for the odd biscuit!

We stayed in the Roland Cottage which far exceeded our expectations for only $180 a night in peak season. It’s a little further away from Cradle than most of the main hotels, but in a way we liked this better as it was quiet and peaceful - there aren’t many cottages and they are set right against beautiful bushland, making you feel like you’re in the forest. The cottage has a well-appointed kitchen with all the cookware you could possibly need, plus a microwave, kettle, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Coffee, tea and sugar were also provided. Best part of all though was a huge spa bath with bubble bath provided, lovely after a long day of hiking! We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Tuttavia, se siete solo a visitare per un paio di giorni, come noi, allora è un 45-minute guidare al Cable Mountain Visitor Centre che è dove si deve lasciare la vostra auto, ottenere il vostro parco passaggi e prendere l'autobus al Cradle Mountain Lake St. Clair National Park. Se non vuoi farlo, puoi passare un giorno a fare le fantastiche passeggiate dall'hotel. Molto buio e un po' stanco e non molto pulito. TV era di base e Internet era lento. Ancora una volta, i bagni sono enormi con bagno bagnato vista la foresta piovana e doccia separata. Bello balcone ma la sporca cenere lasciata sul tavolo lo rovinò. Il cibo era molto buono, il servizio era molto lento. Uno dei nostri festeggiamenti non beve e non avevano birre zero, solo il brillante bianco non alcolico che era servito caldo, sigh.... Tra gli uomini, tranne Tracy e Akeisha, c'era una generale apatia, che erano brillanti e sembravano guidare il posto. Lemonthyme ha un tale carattere; c'è una vicinanza, ma manca solo l'atmosfera; forse perché era solo metà piena. Il nostro soggiorno 2-night non è stato un grande valore per soldi @ $500 a notte per cena, letto e colazione; questo è il dollaro migliore e l'alloggio non fornisce il livello di alloggio e servizio di alta definizione che il prezzo suggerisce.

A review 8 months ago says the spa wasn’t working. It still isn’t. The place has been seriously neglected. The gym equipment and kids bikes look like they have all been taken from someone’s hard garbage pile. Bikes rusted and flat tyres, gym equipment faulty. Even the basketball and soccer balls are worn/flat. The pool table, the cues are worn and there is no chalk. The sauna isn’t working. The cottage we stayed in had broken window and busted hinges on cupboards, the smoke detector isn’t working. The tree house is covered in grime. The washing machine lint filter was blocked with mouldy lint and I had to clean it. There is a DVD box in the games room with a sign which says to put dvds in here if they aren’t working. The box is full and this gives a good indication of how much time and effort the owners put into maintaining the place. The staff member gives you the wifi access and outright acknowledges how bad it is. It’s 2022, if you are going to provide wifi make it work otherwise it just annoys people. You will see their Facebook page does not allow reviews and seldom has any interaction from any clients. The place has been let go and for near on $300 a night, it is seriously over priced for the almost ghetto like facilities. I would come back if the price was about 1/3rd of what it is because despite the condition of the place, I think my naive children enjoyed it. Like others have said, the view is amazing and the staff member is friendly but that’s about as good as it’s going to get. Most people are happy to part with money for good quality and service. If you are one of these people, you are going to be very disappointed. Very unfortunate as the right business owner could turn this place into something very very special, which it appears it once was.

The room was pleasant & clean, the heater worked ok, & the bed was very comfortable. One drawback is that the door to the room was a lightweight door so anyone talking in the passage was loud enough to sound as if they were in the room. The view from the room was relaxing, but alas I didn't see any wildlife, that's nature for you. Unfortunately half the rooms were without hot water on the first morning, so it was a cold shower. The evening meal was ok, but not the greatest. Being on a tour we were lucky enough to have a cheese & wine tasting afternoon, which was fun. There are some paths through the grounds at the back. It was pleasant walk, where I did actually see some wildlife, lots of skinks. They run off pretty quickly.

十分滿意！位置就在景區服務中心斜對面，車停在自家小木屋前面。儘管説夏天遇上一個超級大風天氣，我們還是打開了暖氣，非常好用，廚房配置也足夠（附近沒啥超市，要提前採購）。餐廳早晚餐提供時間有限且需要預訂，畢竟那邊人手有限，我們時間不靠譜所以沒有嘗試。可以去餐廳買咖啡，味道還行，餐廳位置絕佳可以遠眺搖籃山。前台小姐姐很友好，注意入住時間。

We managed to do early check-in before official time. However, we realised the cottage was not clean at all as rubbish wasn't cleared, floors not vacuumed & towels left hanging around, likely by previous guests. So we had to return to reception to feedback & they immediately got housekeeping to do the job. Reception staff could do better with more smiles though. Cottage was quite roomy for 2 pax, but could be a bit tight if 4 pax were to stay together. Pretty basic accommodation but it was strategically located near Cradle Mountain visitor centre. Overall, a unique experience to stay in a mountain cottage like this, just that free WiFi was only available at reception & not in the cottage itself.

Camera: il sito web di viaggio non può vedere il tipo di camera!La realtà e le aspettative sono in declino!Soprattutto noleggio una suite spa. 𥚃 è solo un grande guaio con sei cucchiaini d'acqua (non triangolo)! Cibo: promozione del colazione!Non molti tipi, ma meglio di alta qualità!Tarven fast food non è sorpresa! Finalmente, ⋯ Penso che prenoterò questo hotel di nuovo!A parte le fragilità sopra, la nostra famiglia ama ancora questo hotel, anche se il prezzo è di 3000 yuan per notte!
