Unless you have photos of the ACTUAL apartment you are booking DO NOT book here. Whilst securing a rental property during an interstate move, we booked a two bed/bath apartment for two weeks at Bluewaters on Marine Parade in Labrador. We have very quickly learnt that it’s common for holiday apartments on the Gold Coast to be privately owned which means it’s ‘pot luck’ whether the apartment you are allocated is up to scratch. I suspect the Strata use photos from the better maintained apartments. This would explain why the reviews are mixed. Please see the photos attached for examples of the standard of repair and cleanliness we arrived to. I cannot honestly believe that this apartment is being leased in its current state. The fridge, oven, aircon and pedestal fan are WAY past their sell by date. There was a single aircon unit in the main living area (with a not so pleasant noise when operating). There are no ceiling fans at all and no extractor fans or windows in the bathrooms. One of the two pedestal fans supplied was older than me and could not oscillate. The oven is an old, actually ancient, element based unit and not effective for cooking. The fridge is small, missing shelves, rusty, unstable. The kitchen is stocked with a complete hodge podge of items and missing key things like a spatula, serving spoons, ice tray. The broom was disgusting with the added touch of toilet paper used to secure the handle into the broom head. There was no mop/bucket despite 80% of the floor being tiled nor a laundry basket. We requested a bath in the apartment as we have two little ones. There was a bath but no plug to fit. After presenting us with about 5 that didn’t fit, one was purchased for us. There were holes and damage to walls and doors, mould in the window frames and thick layers of dust on light fittings and pedestal fans. I removed the fronts and washed them but I couldn’t do anything about the backs, so options for the bedrooms were dust laden air circulation or none. Did I mention that none of the curtains fitted? So much so that we relocated one curtain from the lounge to the main bedroom so it was dark enough for sleep (lots of light outside the bedroom). On the positives the location is great for kids - several waterfront parks and playgrounds, and the Broadwaters are a short drive. The pool area at Bluewaters is pleasant, reasonably maintained (although some of the furniture has seen better days). They also had a blow up kids slide which was a nice touch. Service was inconsistent and only available if someone was on site. The weekly refresh of linen consisted of us arriving back to a pile of fresh linen and a laundry bag for our dirty items - so they didn’t even change the beds. I am not surprised now that the terms of the rental included no refunds if a stay is terminated early. We would have cancelled after 24hrs otherwise. We’re super disappointed with this accommodation. Really bad room with a view. See photos. We are avid travellers and visit the Gold Coast quite often. We are also both involved in the travel industry. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartments from 23/12/2021 to 1/1/2022. We made the booking via Booking.com and for this 9 night stay we payed $4063.50. This equates to around $450 per night for the 2 of us. When we first arrived in the room we were greeted by someone else's dirty socks left in a corner. Also we found the tap in the bathroom basin was not working. We called reception who said that they will contact the maintenance man to come and fix it. It was quite a long wait before the maintenance man arrived as he had already gone home for the day. Very inconvenient for us and not a great start to our holiday. As per attached photos we found generally this 2 Bedroom Apartment to be in disrepair, damaged, tired, dirty and mouldy. Eg: Dirty socks and rubbish left on the floor Damaged and stained sofa Cracked basin with very tarnished old taps Rusted and dirty cabinet hinges Kitchen power point that is cracked, dirty and not attached to the wall securely Outdoor furniture that is mismatched and very dirty Exposed and rusted and leaking air-conditioning unit Plaster missing from the wall Damaged tiles Vent hanging from the ceiling Doorstop missing completely Very dirty flycreens and frames Large amounts of mould on the kitchen cabinetry Paintwork peeling on the cornice Heavily stained bed side cabinets Damaged TV table Upholstery damage Badly stained toilet Damaged architraves Damaged soap holder in the shower Very old, dirty and used frying pans Exhaust very dirty and covered in dead insects Very old and used kitchen implements Door handle hanging off the bedroom door Guest Information booklet very old and bubbled Damaged and marked internal timber louvres Ceiling paint drips on lounge wall Dirty kitchen cutlery drawers Dirty verandah door frames Marks on the interior of entrance door Other things not mentioned on this list For the whole duration of our stay our Apartment was not serviced even though it should have been. Our view is that the presentation of the Apartment did not match anywhere near our expectations considering the $4063.50 that we paid. Very disappointed!

La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e nuova. Amore il parco auto che collega direttamente al lobby. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno dato un dolce messaggio e si sono considerati mio marito e io siamo stati in viaggio per luna di miele. La parte inferiore era sul deposito di cauzione. La caricavano sulla mia carta e la restituivano solo dopo pochi giorni. Se è un importo di detenzione, non dovrebbe essere alcuna tassa. Se hanno caricato l'importo, la restituzione dovrebbe essere immediata lo stesso giorno. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza valutabile per la disabilità, le porte sono automatizzate, ecc. La ricezione ha detto che non potevano raggiungermi telefonando e non potevano mail perche' ho prenotato via un venditore di terze parti. Sarebbe stato meglio se potessero contattare via e-mail che non hanno scelto di non fare. Questo è qualcosa che potrebbero aver migliorato e sicuramente migliorerà la nostra esperienza di soggiorno. Oltre a questo, tutto il resto era grande! Nota: Quando siamo andati a Mantra, proprio davanti all'hotel era un cimitero. Solo in caso di qualcuno superstizio, questa informazione potrebbe essere utile.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Treasure Island diverse volte e devo ammettere che questa è la prima volta che siamo stati delusi nel parco. Ci siamo soggiornati nella villa di Lagoon, 3 camere da letto, e questi stanno iniziando a guardare molto giù e stanco. Abbiamo avuto un certo numero di problemi da cucina, letti rotti, letti rotti e mancanza di essenze fondamentali. Questa villa non ha nemmeno strutture di lavanderia e solo spazio per 1 auto, anche se dorme 10 persone. Per quanto paghi per la stagione di picco, oltre 600 dollari a notte, mi sembra che ci siano urgenti riparazioni. Abbiamo anche soggiornato per 10 notti e non abbiamo pulito la villa in quel momento. Solo un cambiamento di asciugamani. Ritengo che almeno una volta ogni settimana si offrirebbe un servizio che viene offerto nella maggior parte degli appartamenti, ecc. La villa è diventata grotta e le foglie hanno bisogno di un cambiamento e con limitate strutture di pulizia nella villa non si può nemmeno mop i propri piani. Interessante anche che per il prezzo, carta da toletta, tessuti, ecc non sono riforniti ma devono essere acquistati e riforniti da soli. Il parco sta diventando stanco. Il club dei bambini ha le stesse attività che ci sono state quando ci siamo recati per la prima volta 8 anni fa, mangiamo al bistro un pranzo che in passato è stato un grande cibo pub, ragionevolmente prezzi e molto delizioso. Quest'anno abbiamo trovato un notevole deterioramento della qualità con il mio snitzel gustare come plastica e molto pochi della tavola di 10 hanno finito il loro pasto. Il personale più personale è grande, amichevole e cortese.

Surprise visit to Qld without booked accommodation. Found this place on Booking. Com, The receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was old but fantastic. We were surprised at the size and cleanliness of it. Under COVID I’ve taken to cleaning and wiping down with disinfectant wipes but this place was clean. No black marks found. Quite even though it’s on the main road. Close to China town we walked. Lots of choices for food. We’d recommend and stay here again.

L'immagine non corrisponde alla realtà, l'immagine sembra che l'hotel sia molto alto, è in grado di vedere il mare o la città, ma in realtà il più alto solo 7 piani. La cosa più importante è che alle 12 di mezzanotte, è stato chiamato dall'allarme antincendio, panico e correto giù, e infine l'hotel ha controllato e ha scoperto che non c'era problema, L'hotel non ha avuto alcuna compensazione, nemmeno una scusa!

Hotel bouji meraviglioso con un personale meraviglioso, ma un po' stanco con molte riparazioni necessarie. Colazione incredibile e pranzo a fianco della piscina grande valore. Room was tired but beds comfortable and great view. Indoor pool and sauna advertising has been closed for two years! E la piscina esterna è senza riscaldamento a causa di un riscaldatore di piscina difettoso non ha ancora alcun piano per risolvere , è facile vedere perché Versace sta terminando il contratto e rimuovendo il marchio . La piscina all'aperto con spiaggia di sabbia è un bel toccamento per le famiglie con bambini Visita il bar pesce di piccoli pescatori vicino alla porta per un pranzo di pesce fresco e chip, centro commerciale accanto è anche bello,
