Small room abd nice room. Do not expect some fancy hotel. It just good enough for transit & have a rest.

I think this is the worst accommodation I have ever been in and I would recommend anyone looking into it to save yourselves the awful experience and go stay somewhere else. Garbage is never removed from the rooms unless you beg the staff to do it several times, however the main issue is finding the staff in the first instance as there's never anyone in the front desk, nor on the phones they provide for urgent calls. The absolute worst was finding cockroaches lurking into my suitcase in the middle of the night. At this point I call my relatives to be immediately picked up form the place with no intent on spending another second there. When I reported the issue on the next morning, the staff where impossible to track firstly, and secondly they were unapologetic. I asked for my money back for the remainder of the stay and this was refused. I also asked to speak to the owner or to have a direct contact to call and complain, but this was also refused. They were not even sorry and showed absolutely no care about the situation or to myself. All they cared was too keep my money which they did.

Io sono seduto in questo hotel mentre scrivo questo recensione. Sto fumando, cercando di non permettere che questo hotel rovini il mio viaggio a Sydney, ma è difficile. Questo posto è pieno. Le strade e gli scalini non si vuotano. Notiamo le stesse zone sporche ogni volta che camminiamo sulla strada, le piastrelle sono lasciate fuori dalle porte per ore in un momento. Ho appena chiesto al dipendente dell'hotel che forniva servizio in camera alla porta accanto con una massa di piatti sporchi fuori dalla porta, per favore, prenda i loro vecchi piatti, come sono stati li' per sei ore. Mi ha detto coraggiosamente che lo farà. Ok? Non controllano regolarmente i pavimenti per vedere quali esigenze sono state raccolte o pulite? Le tavole che ci si aspetta di utilizzare come rack per bagagli perché l'hotel non utilizza più rack per bagagli sono sporche e polverose. Si sente come questo posto è in un costante stato di caos. Il lobby è costantemente affamato con gli ospiti sposati che stanno solo intorno.Abbiamo pagato oltre 500 dollari a notte per una terribile esperienza. Fate un favore e restate altrove.

Best view in the world , even better customer service and bar much more attentive really enjoy visiting here but feel this year it was even better just a great location , friendly staff from concierge through to the guys at the rear entrance just great

I booked this hotel for the aespa concert with my friend and it was the best stay’s ever first on our way to the hotel we got to go on the Sydney Harbour Bridge on the train and see all of northern Sydney but when we got off it was only just down the hill from the northern Sydney station so we didn’t have to carry out a big luggage for but also our room was awesome because we got a view of the Sydney Opera House and Luna Park so I really do recommend this place

Hotel was not clean, kettle was full of dust could not even use at all. did not want to drink dust water with dirty kettle. and mirror was full of dust and carpet was dirty as well. Also I have booked total 3people with little girl for set price from the website, they have charged the money with extra person without telling me. After the conversation, the manager said they have given me single extra bed without my request and charge the money. The extra single bed they provided we did never even touched it! What is the reason for the people to booked in from website if they going to charge the money themselves everything own they thought without the telling the customer. before you want to charge the money please clean the hotel properly first and provided better service. even I checkout at 9:30am next morning nobody was in the reception to serve the customer. very very disappoint the service you provided now I am awaiting to refund money they charged me different from the website. If you want to charge extra you need to speak to customer before they enter the room and make sure what they want and what you are going to do then you can let customer know how you going to charge with what service and rules then customer will understand. without explain and information you should never charged the money dodge way. what you are doing is completely wrong. should never happened with anyone who visited and pay to you. they never deserve that.

The amenities and all utilities provided were very good, The rooms were clean and decent sized, Staff was cordial and helpful. The best part is its location. Close proximity to the Harbour bridge, markets, malls - everything is stone's throw away. Enjoyed my stay fully.

In visita a Sidney mio figlio ci ha e si è regalato una notte in questo hotel. Ha pagato in più per la camera con vista sulla baia ma ce ne hanno data una al sesto piano e la vista c’era si e no, perchè davanti all’Opera House c’è un palazzo e quindi nn si vede molto bene e anche per il ponte stesso discorso. In più ad un lato stavano ristrutturando un palazzo e noi avevamo quella panoramica li…che dire,ci siamo rimasti un po’ male perchè non ci è sembrato corretto, però…. Per il resto l’hotel è molto carino ,pulito e ha una bella piscina sul tetto. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Li intorno ci sono parecchi locali dove cenare perchè in hotel si cena solo in alcuni giorni se non erro. Mi sento di consigliarlo anche se attenzione,verificate se vi danno la camera che volete (se la volete con vista chiedete dell’ottavo piano. Noi non lo sapevamo e ci è andata così)

My daughter and I had a wonderful girls weekend at the Pullman. Conveniently located in Circular Quay and a short walk to Sydney Opera House, the ferries, The Rocks and also the train from the airport and the light rail/tram. The staff are professional and attentive and breakfast was spectacular with amazing harbour views.
