Il personale di accoglienza era piacevole offrire un facile check-in. Il parcheggio era disponibile proprio fuori dalla stanza di livello inferiore. Così lontano dall'autostrada il rumore del traffico non era un problema. La stanza era molto pulita e moderna ...come se fosse stata recentemente ristrutturata. Il condizionamento d'aria ha funzionato bene per un po' di riscaldamento, è stato usato per e era tranquillo. La camera è composta da un comodo letto regina, un divano, una tavola e una sedia. Una piccola cucina ha offerto un frigorifero, una macchina per caffè, un tostapane e una microonde. Mini bar articolo disponibile per l'acquisto in frigorifero. Il caffè e le biscotti sono stati forniti, come pure i bagni. La camera è di buona dimensione e molto bello. La pressione dell'acqua è stata eccellente. Sono stanca, ho usato il servizio di stanza per cena, invece di mangiare nel bistro, proprio lungo la strada, ho ordinato e è stato consegnato molto rapidamente. Una buona notte è stata dormita e certamente intendo rimanere qui di nuovo.

We had a great stay and was really impressed with the little touches like the lovely hand soap and shampoo and conditioner, the other great thing was that everything we needed to keep the cabin tidy and clean was provided, the smart TV and free WiFi were also great.10/10 would highly recommend

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico riposo al Bell Tower Motor Inn. Molto conveniente per il nostro soggiorno di due notti con una grande comunicazione lungo la strada da Sonny. I letti erano molto confortevoli, le mutandine e le letti erano pulite e confortevoli, la doccia era forte e calda e era ben attrezzata con te e caffè, caldaia, tostapane, microonde e mini frigo. Se ti piace il mattone esposto e un sentimento retro a casa, mi consiglierei felicemente.

Recently I was required to stay in Shepparton for work, I was delighted to find that there was a mid week price that rivalled the motel the company I work for usually engages with. For business reasons this hotel was better placed for my recent trip. Located across from Victoria Lake, it is very easy to locate. It is also walking distance to the eateries in town, however if you are overnighting the restaurant at the hotel is exquisite. Customer service was professional and welcoming. I arrived about 19:00 and left at 04:30 so I did not really get time to do more than sleep. The room is adequately appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There is a huge chair in the corner of the room that was just wonderful to sink into to watch some television. Shower has amazing pressure and it was a good size. Parking is very reasonable and there is an exit onto the side street making it easy to get in and out of.

The most outstanding thing with this hotel is its location... across from Victoria Lake. AND it's walking distance to the eateries in town. Customer service was great on the phone, however they were short staffed so I didn't actually meet the staff when I checked in. I had to call a number to get a code for the box, and after going backwards and forwards... finally I got the key. Carparking is reasonable - the carpark is accessible from the front or the back. (and they have chargers for electric cars) However, one thing to note... I could not get out at 04:!5 ... it said to push a button? But it wasn't that evident when I was barely awake - so I drove out the front entrance because it was so quiet. ( They request you only enter through the front entrance, then use the back one) I then had to find my room, up the stairs and follow the signs... at this point, I was questioning my choice of motel. But the room was lovely, it was quiet and met all of my needs. I love that it has a full length mirror so if you are going out for the evening, you can ensure you look schmick.

Had a great stay in Shepparton quest staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms had all that we needs and l appreciated the late check out .

I called to book this a few days earlier for business- it was an unusual phone call. I am used to brisk business calls with most motels for this one... it felt like I was calling a pizza store to place a delivery. Arriving at reception on the day I noted that the young lady was professional behind the counter - contrasting to the call. It is located on a busy road, so they ask that you do not park in their driveway...I drove in knowing I had a booking and that there should be a carpark in there for me. I am wondering what happens when it's at capacity and someone drives in hoping for a last minute booking. The busy location of this motel means that they need things not to block the main road, so it is understandable that they have the signs up asking you not to stop on the driveway. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. It is a basic and clean room. I slept badly though... there was a lot of road noise, I struggled to shut it out. The bonus for me is that the TV acted like a normal TV instead of one of the new smart TVs. For the first time in a long time I felt like I knew how to operate the remote control!
