Booked as ” free cancellation, pay at property” on booking site. On arrival checked me in, unpacked, received urgent request to call reception. Lady yelling ” credit card deined”. I was confused, I hadn't given them my card at checkin. I eventually understood they meant the card I used to boom the room. I'd thought payment was on checkout. She was then yelling ” we have a right to charge your card whenever we want.” Repeatedly. When I explained the confusion and asked to pay for 1 night immediately, she was then still rude and angry and then stating ” fine but you will be out by 10am, you'll need to leave by 10am, no later” Acting like I waS trying some major criminal enterprise instead of a misunderstanding. Nowhere in the multiple messages and confirmations from the booking site did it mention anywhere I had to pay in full on arrival. They didn't mention it at checkin just gave me the map, and key, then had this complete fit on the phoneafter I'd unpacked. They could have been nice. Used some manners. Said, ok lets see how it goes begore checkout tomorrow or something. I was crying but this one lady wouldnt let up with her disgusting attitude. . I was down for my sons bday ( id dropped him at his father's and as my son is chronically ill I just expected to have some $$ to spend for his bday outing and then I got paid again during my stay). I was able to move things ( borrow) and called back and paid within 10 minutes. No apology. No thankyou. No response when I said ” you could've been nicer to me.” Nothing. I might have given it a better review but I was insulted and sad the rest of my stay. No respect at all. Also they advertise WiFi, which was one of my requirements. On checkin I confirmed this and the other lady literally said ” oh you can't rely on the WiFi. I hope you have lots of data.” It doesn't even find a WiFi network. So don't believe this. My room also had hairs in the shower, on the toilet seat, crumbs on the floor, a Donna with no cover and small marks. The tv reception is not good and neither is the phone reception. There are parks and shops nearby. But I wouldn't recommend anyone I care about stay here as I'd want them treated with dignity.

Abbiamo prenotato un biglietto in anticipo qualche settimana fa, e il mio partner e io siamo arrivati a casa qualche ora dopo l'iscrizione. Siamo andati a fare la campana e mentre aspettavamo diversi minuti fuori per farci entrare, abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata dalla casa (siamo stati fuori nel freddo, non so perché non ci lascerebbero entrare? E ci hanno detto che per qualche ragione di igiene non potevamo stare nella nostra stanza quella notte. Ho offerto di venire più tardi, ma hanno detto di no. Era molto scomodo, perché era tardi sabato pomeriggio e non avevano nemmeno avuto problemi a contattarci prima che arrivassimo al luogo. La persona sul telefono era abbastanza buona da offrire un altro posto per rimanere vicino, ma tutto era fatto sul telefono e era molto confuso e sinceramente molto frustrante. Se non fosse arrivato in quel momento, avrei controllato molto più tardi e potrei non essere riuscito a prenotare in qualche posto, rendendo questo un grosso sconvolgimento, che avrebbe potuto essere salvato se ci avessero appena chiamati prima.

We and our friends stayed for 4 nights on powered sites in your park in May. It is a lovely well maintained park with good access to public transport. However there is a BUT coming. There was an intensely strong smell of sewage around our site, so bad at times we could not sit outside. This made enjoying the wild life and surroundings impossible. When I reported this,I was told it was due to the dump point. NO it was due to the sesspool behind the bins. No odour from the dump point. Our friends on the opposite side of the park, a long way from this area could also smell sewage. Upon speaking with our neighbour,a permanent, she said she had reported it several times. The Wifi is severely limited.I used it for about 2 hours, when we arrived to see what Perth city had to offer and check public transport timetables. The next morning when trying to log on I found that apparently I had used my 4 days worth of free WiFi but there was an option to buy more. Not on our whole 6 weeks on the road has this occurred in places where WiFi was readily available. If you can't get in a capital city, where else could you?

ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. FOOD WAS GOOD, SO GLAD THERE WAS A RESTURANT ONSITE AND DID NOT HAVE OT WALK TO GET FOOD. SHUTTLE BUS WAS GOOD AS YOU DID NOT HAVE TO WIT AROUND FOR A TAXI.

The staff here went above and beyond to help us. We had a very comfortable stay (2 adults & 2 young children). If you are looking to stay near the airport, I would recommend booking in here. We will be sure to book next time we are in Perth. .......

Excellent location for travellers. Nice staff. Make sure you tell them if you plan to arrive after 6 pm. Large room with mini kitchen (microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery, dishes). Laundry on site. Nice bathroom with roomy shower. Lots of storage plus a safe. Clean modern decor. Close to airport (taxi about $40 but you could use public transport) and there is a bus to Perth city centre right outside (takes about 30 minutes). Lots of local shops and restaurants. If you’re travelling with a rented vehicle and you have been on the red dirt roads there is an expensive car wash next door and a cheaper one just up the road. We stayed here at the start and end of our Western Australia camping trip and it was perfect.
