Fabulous stay, had everything we needed. Very comfortable for a family of 5, with 3 teenage aged boys. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I have fragrance allergies and they were accommodating to use low chemical/fragrance cleaning in our room prior to our checkin and leave windows open for airing. Reception and hallways were very fragrant, but was easy enough to hold my breath until I got into our apartment. It worked well for us! Supermarket within walking distance, cafes, shops etc, very convenient stay and located very close to our friends home whom we were visiting. When we next visit, we'll look to stay here again!

La camera era grande e complessivamente comoda, anche se alcune questioni. In primo luogo, ci sono due letti nella stanza e abbiamo intenzione di usare entrambi, ma c'era solo un giacca in riserva. In secondo luogo, il bagno non aveva una tovagliola, eccetto per una 30 cm vicino al bacino per la tovagliola. Infine, per una stanza così diversamente moderna non c'è tostapane. Ho prenotato direttamente e poi è stato e-mailato un sondaggio. Ho preso il tempo di rispondere, pensando che sarebbe stato utile (o perché lo chiedono), menzionando i tre punti sopra citati. Ho ricevuto un'offensiva e-mail di nuovo dicendomi che le camere hanno i binari (quelli che sono in foto del sito, ma la mia non l'ha fatto), che se avessi voluto un giacca di riserva per entrambi i letti che avrebbero fornito uno avrebbero chiesto (eccetto che ricezione chiude alle 8 o prima di andare a letto e non si rende conto prima di andare a letto) e sottolineare che la stanza ha riscaldamento (non un sostituto di un coperchio sul letto temo, non molte persone dormono con il riscaldamento andando tutta la notte). Se non volessero un feedback onesti e costruttivo, non dovrei chiederlo, e mi dispiacerebbe non aver perso il mio tempo su di loro.

Our family group of four adults stayed two nights in The Stables Cottage. The cottage was accurately described on the website and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for home cooking, and electric blankets on the beds were welcome for one chilly night. We pre-ordered a Drinks and Nibbles platter which was more than ample, along with the bottle of bubbly included in our rate. Breakfast provisions were very satisfactory - bread, bacon, eggs, yoghurt, juice, milk and fruit. The cottage has a lovely front verandah overlooking a delightful quiet garden. The only minor drawback was bathroom plumbing was noisy in the front bedroom. Despite this, I would recommend The Stables at Clarendon Cottages.

Pensava che le buone recensioni fossero semi buone vicino a dove dovevamo essere , ma le pareti sono sottili in carta, poteva sentire argomenti da altre stanze . Quando ci sono domande, potremmo avere un piano terra quando ho scoperto che eravamo al piano di sopra e ho spiegato che mio marito aveva appena avuto un intervento chirurgico di ginocchio. Mi sono incontrato con scusa per il nostro regolare arrivare prima, dopo essere stato anche detto di $100 obbligazioni all'arrivo non prima. Quando entrano nella stanza, le persone in costruzione vicino alla porta possono vedere direttamente nella stanza così rapidamente chiuse cortine. Le camere e i bagni hanno bisogno di un po' di attenzione, soprattutto la doccia, grande dimensione senza pressione idrica e molto sporco , onestamente ho soggiornato in campi liberi con bagno/doccia più pulito. Il rumore di Stud Rd non ci ha disturbato tanto quanto la persona che andava a gettare le cose un paio di camere giù , se non fossimo così stanchi e così tardi di notte, sarei andato a prendere i miei soldi e a guidare a casa. Queste foto mostrano il doccia , che ha bisogno di una pulita davvero buona, anche quando ho controllato sotto il letto e il divano per assicurarmi che non avevamo lasciato niente, la gomma sotto lì , quindi ho preso per voi e messo in letti. La signora sul desk era molto gentile.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights and for the price that you pay isn't the service that you receive. It all started when we tried to find our room after it wasn't explained to us how the ”buildings” work. As we tried to get back into the reception area, we found ourselves in the fire escape as our tag for the escalator didn't work in that area. We finally got ourselves into the room to find it not so clean. On a day trip to Healesville and surrounding area's we were responsible and left the car at an establishment for the night and got an Uber. It wasn't until we needed the room keys and discovered we left the keys in our car. Unfortunately, this ”Hotel” only has 1 set of keys. We called reception (as no one mans this at all) and we were given the incorrect room key as a spare. Another phone call has us sorted for the key only (no more tags for the security access to the doors and escalator). Prior to this the manager stated he would be home when we get home from dinner to let us in. We rang and rang and rang (14 times in total) no answer. We messaged through Facebook and tried every alternate. Still to date no answer. Yes, we made it difficult for ourselves with leaving the keys in the car however what a * show it is to get access without it. The reception line was call forwarded onto the managers mobile phone which was turned off. The rooms don't get serviced (Please make up my room) daily, not enough soap etc left for the length of our stay. Never again!!

Alloggio di qualità in una grande posizione. Grande valore. Il nostro appartamento studio era confortevole, spazioso e molto ben attrezzato - tra cui un caldo, tostapane, microonde e molte cuttererie, piastre, tazze ecc. C'era anche un bagno (con doccia in soffitta) - questo è un plus, a mio parere. Perfetto per un soggiorno di notte, ma mi piacerebbe per un soggiorno più lungo. Con un grande centro commerciale e una vasta gamma di opzioni da mangiare a pochi passi, la posizione è ideale.

Booked Golden pebble for 1 night stay as I had an event near by and it was closest and seemed reasonably priced and listed as a 4 star hotel and I have been to their yum cha restaurant many times with family. Go for the food not the rooms. The room was pretty basic, with a hotel guide/ room service menu that was dirty and sticky. And was able to scratch off some dirt that was on the little table in the room The couch in the room is basic and looks like they got a couch cover from aldi to make it look better. Hole in the bathroom where the bathtub is. And the pillows were pretty basic. Scuff markings everywhere and the elevator to go to your rooms has people’s names and words carved into the wood I knew I had gotten a good price with how cheap it was and listing as a 4star hotel, but it’s definitely you get what you pay for This is not 4 stars and not luxury If you want a basic room and just need a bed then sure this is the place for you
