This is a great quirky stay. If it weren’t for the things I list below it would be 5 stars but can’t look past this place is overpriced because of its unique experience. Before going into the serious misgivings of this property, one must read this to understand they market the family rooms as having a “full” kitchen . THEY DO NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN…. There is no oven 1. It is one of the hottest parts of summer here and we couldn’t use the pool. The ladder was broken with very unsafe sharp plastic that could cause some serious harm. I advised the manager who at first didn’t want to even entertain my friendly smiling visit by not looking up from His computer and at first denying it was broken until I mentioned The hazard to people with the sharp plastic causing injury, only then did I get a raise of an eye and say he would get into it. Well left today and not address and pool Open to one and all to severely cut themselves 2. Spa is just a concrete box with water and some bubbles. There are no seats in spa and to enjoy it as a spa you would need to stand up in it 3. Newly renovated family rooms . Our shower door could barely open . Then the water ran all over the bathroom floor and not draining well as the drain had not been properly placed 4. Don’t shower at the same time as someone in an ajoining room as you loose ALL hot water 5. Quite a few cockroaches both big and German . I’m saying that cockroaches in many places but how about a proper Spray or provide insect killer 6. Bedroom ceiling fans would be very useful instead of having to keep Air con on to keep rooms cool during the night. Overall the experience was great. I completely understand people not liking those jobs but perhaps Peter as manager should seek another more appropriate job to his liking . Every interaction be it Email, phone and in person was met with disinterest and hostility . We would return but at a much better price point to reflect the above things mentioned . Note it is stair access only. There is a lift but only operated by staff and staff not always around The accommodation area is able to be accessed by all sorts visiting other areas of the complex so keep doors Locked and kept Safe The general access areas need a good clean Access to the beach is a short walk Accross the road The stair access to our room was incredibly unsafe at night with no lighting and loads of dusty handrails . This could again certainly lead to serious injury

Thanks for the 1 night stay on Monday. Checkin was easy and quick, after reading previous reviews I called to confirm the reservation before I left home. The rooms are all up a few flights of stairs so if you have mobility issues this hotel isn’t for you. The room itself was great. I did bring a few cleanliness issues and maintenance issues to the attention of staff via email today. The floor waste in the bathroom stunk, I covered it with a towel and thankfully the stench went away. The bed linen also had a big orange stain - maybe sauce - but I hadn’t seen it until I was going to bed after hours, so I couldn’t contact the staff to rectify. So I remade the bed in a way that I could avoid the mess. The room itself was bigger than I was expecting and the bathroom too!! The rain water shower head was luxurious. I noticed some glassware, mugs, spoons, kettle, iron, ironing board. But I was disappointed there weren’t any plates or a box of tissues. All in all though I would stay again!!

I just want to say this is the best park of all time. We stay here last year and it was amazing. We came back yesterday and had an issue with our tent and it broke. But the care and the kindness of the stuff and how much they show care. Was incredible. Me and my wife and my kids are so grateful. We will be definitely coming back and there will be A $50 tip to the stuff who help us.

La camera da letto era molto fredda, senza vestiti da letto, ma le letti erano confortevoli se potessi dormire per il freddo. Il riscaldamento era un unico riscaldatore gassoso. L'abbiamo correto finché non è arrivato, fino a quando non si è spostato nelle prime ore quando ho sgombrato le scale per rignirla. Era estremamente profumato... abbiamo riportato questo e spero che sarà esaminato. I pavimenti vicino alle finestre e al bagno delle scale erano correnti in acqua dalla condensazione ...I non sono sicuro che il tempo caldo sarebbe come, poiché ci sono solo fan pedal Noi, nessuna aria condizionata o un tetto.Abbiamo comprato colazione al ristorante.. Non un set di colazione come detto, ma un lacart... non troppo costoso e buono. Considerando la struttura e il prezzo dell'unità, andrei di nuovo lì e è in una bella parte del mondo ... ma non in tempo caldo o freddo.

Questa unità è troppo costosa, siamo rimasti in una doppia unità, entrambi, che è meglio adatta a due coppie o due adulti e due bambini che giustificano il prezzo. Le scale sono quasi una copia di carbonio delle scale, entrambe con quasi cucina completa (nessun forno), eccellente aria condizionata inversa cicli, TV, ecc. Tuttavia, una cartolina molto vecchia, molto fuori latte lasciato nel frigorifero l'unità era eccezionalmente pulita. Quando arrivammo, ci fu chiesto di pagare quello che avevamo già fatto al momento della prenotazione. Non si prega di restituire una volta prenotato, anche se questo non era applicabile nel nostro caso. Altrimenti, il personale era amichevole e utile. Doveva chiedere carta da bagno e comprare latte come solo due piccoli tamburi di latte in frigorifero, aspettando di lavare, asciugare e rimuovere piatti e utensili prima di lasciare e rimuovere tutti i bagagli. In genere lo facciamo comunque, ma ho pensato che sarebbe stato un piacere aspettarsi a questi prezzi, quindi mi chiedo se la mancanza di personale sia la ragione per cui ciò è dovuto e forse in futuro potrebbe cambiare. Nessun buffet o ristorante sul sito.Nessun servizio in camera. Non aspettare nessun pasto. Nessun foxtel come annunciato. Almeno non potevamo ottenere, ma hanno fornito Netflix. Abbiamo preso il nostro cromacast con noi, grazie! La piscina è molto più piccola di quanto non veda nelle immagini. Forse 25 metri? Anche, in pomeriggio, molte cose sono ombreggiate. Non è riscaldata, quindi è molto fredda anche alla fine di novembre. La spiaggia è bella, ma la stanza che avevamo non aveva vista e le unità sono in strada dietro le grandi negozi, così mentre molto vicino alla spiaggia (solo due minuti) non si guarda la spiaggia. Inoltre, molto stretto parcheggio se avete una macchina più grande. Raccomanderò l'unità familiare o doppia per 3-4 persone, altrimenti si aggancia ad un'unità. Probabilmente non ritornerò a meno che non si ritrovi con un altro paio di persone, perché ci sono luoghi più carini con più strutture che non si aspettano che tu faccia il lavoro a prezzi identici o anche migliori.

I arrived Saturday for a one night stay to attend a wedding. Checkin was seamless and I was able to use my NSW voucher which made the room only $55 for a Saturday Night! What?!? Such a bargain. The lady that checked me in (Elenore?) was very friendly and easy to talk to. My room was number 19, which is the second floor. The room was perfect, far better than other places I’ve stayed around the world. Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was spotless and the kitchenette was great and not expected for the price (kettle, toaster, bar fridge (with water jug, little mills), microwave and tea / coffee. 2 plates, 2 bowls, cutlery, glasses and tea towel. I had some issues with road noise, but I’m a super light sleeper, I ended up sleeping with the AC on for abit of white noise. The bathroom has been half renovated - new shower and vanity. But old original floor tiles and shower taps. They still worked fine. But the shower door was abit on the narrow side, so if you are a little on the podgy side you may need to “suck it in” to get in the shower. The floor of the room was all tiles, which creates abit of noise when moving furniture but I never heard another guest and it was fully booked. The only thing I can think of that MIGHT be a major issue is if you have a large car, the parking spaces are narrow and short. I thankfully have a small car, but I’m also short so can’t see the end of the bonnet so it was abit tricky when I left. I hope I have some other events to attend on the central coast so I can stay again. It is the perfect location, a quick shoot over the back of Kariong Hill to get to Woy Woy. Down the hill to Gosford and Terrigal or back along the highway to the northern parts of the central coast. Thanks again :)

La mia famiglia e io siamo arrivati all'hotel molto tardi alle 10:00, l'hotel ha già preparato la stanza per noi e abbiamo passato solo pochi minuti per l'iscrizione. Tutto era tutto a posto. L'hotel pulito è enorme, pulito e tranquillo. Molto raccomandato per il viaggio stradale.

One of the best stays for a medium priced Motel in a long time. The room was very clean and basic the attention to detail was superb. The TV was large screen and we could even watch our favorite stream TV series by using our at home password etc, no trouble, make sure you bring them with you. The shower was excellent, we could use the very large square shower head or a smaller hand held one. Hot water was no trouble and plenty of it. We were able to use a microwave and a small fridge plus there was also an Air conditioner and electric bed blanket with card key for the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area of Gosford.

Stayed here during a last minute business trip. Rooms are simply furnished but very clean and comfortable, all you'd need for a night or two. The microwave oven in the room was a nice touch although it wasn't needed this trip. Rear door access, heating and cooling were good, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet too, despite being only a little back from the main road. Check in was friendly and easy. The car park could be a little tight if you have a large 4WD, but it just means taking a little extra care, nothing that would prevent anyone with a large car parking there. Would definitely stay again.
