La stanza era spaziosa, includeva anche shampoo da bagno con gel di doccia e condizionatore. Televisione era fantastica!! Ha avuto Netflix Stan & altre opzioni non solo incluse i canali normali. Era particolarmente pulito e aveva un balcone. La prenotazione per telefono mi ha dato la possibilità di avere un prezzo migliore e ho usato i dettagli della carta di credito per assicurare rapidamente una stanza e l'ufficio era aperto buone ore.

Abbiamo appena avuto un soggiorno di 7 notti a Golden Riverina. La posizione è grande essere vicino alla spiaggia e negozi/caffetterie. Per il prezzo, il resort è molto stanco. Ci sono molte grotte mancanti in piastrelle esterne e molte sono chiuse di essere insicurezza soprattutto intorno alla zona della piscina. La switting della chiave diventa frustrante. Non lasciare la tua stanza senza la chiave o si può essere chiusi fuori. È bello potersi muovere liberamente intorno al resort una volta accolto. Per un soggiorno di 7 notti, fornisca più liquido di lavaggio del piatto, ecc. So che potete ottenere da IGA, ma certamente per il prezzo del soggiorno, potrebbe essere fornito abbastanza liquido di lavaggio. Prepari per le scale. Eravamo al 6° piano dal parcheggio senza ascensore per bagagli. Nessun aria condizionata nella camera principale. C’era una signora che stava occupando la porta della piscina e le bolle del bagno, che era molto amichevole, ma che si era distratta dai nostri figli, che si riprese sui loro nomi e le diceva cosa fare, che li faceva confusi e incomodi. Probabilmente non mi fermerò di nuovo se non avessimo una stanza di pavimento al momento del picco.

Recent renovations have made this venue an attractive destination to consider in our choice of hotels in the Gold Coast. While not as luxurious as many other hotels, the room facilities were minimal but adequate for our needs and the cost was good value. Our room was number 22 and was very clean, quiet, spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and strong and parking available. The staff were helpful and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Do not stay here, bedbugs!!!! On our second night of staying here we discovered a bed bug infestation, forcing us to leave the hotel and all our clothes behind. When we first alerted the hotel the next day they continuously berated us for not going to them straight away despite it being 1am when we first discovered the bugs and not seeing any hotel staff at reception when we tried to find them. The manager, Matt tried to say they have their hours on the check in sheet they provided however it doesnt not say anywhere on this that its open till 4am. The main problem of the bed bugs was trying to be shifted onto us for not alerting them in the middle of the night. The hotel staff further attempted to shift blame onto us, accusing us of bringing the bed bugs in despite the whole ecosystem of bed bugs, babies larve and dead ones under the bed that have clearly been there well before our one night stay. The hotel reluctantly gave us a refund for our stay after we requested it, however they refused any reimbursement for the significant expenses we incurred in dry cleaning and replacing our belongings. This experience has cost us hundreds of dollars in new clothes, additional hotel expenses, and cleaning services. We understand that bedbugs can be an issue in hotels, the disappointment lies in the inadequate response and understanding demonstrated by the hotel staff when addressing the matter. It's essential for establishments to handle such situations with empathy and professionalism, aspects that were obviously lacking in our experience. Save yourself the trouble and money - steer clear of this place

Abbiamo preso il volo a Keynes molto presto, quindi abbiamo scelto l'hotel.Il vantaggio più grande di questo hotel è di camminare all'aeroporto.Da qui attraverso la strada è la spiaggia di Wiuna e la spiaggia di Koulengata. Perché qui è lontano dal centro, il governo fornisce autobus rapidi gratuiti per funzionare secondo il tempo predetto.Essi si terranno con grandi canzoni e feste musicali fino alle 3:00.Da questo punto di vista, questo posto non è buono. Anche se abbiamo vissuto lì tre notti, la stanza e il bagno non sono stati puliti una volta.Infatti, abbiamo anche trovato un cavolo.Abbiamo andato a un ristorante con una coppia, ma non siamo molto soddisfatti del cibo. A 20 hour visit left me feeling renewed, relaxed and keen to return. Cycled, swam, walked, ate and slept well. The beach is riiight there, sparkling and so clean! Fish galore. The room was airy, clean and fresh. Everything needed was supplied to a very high standard. Manager Di is a good communicator: really relaxed and clear. The wifi worked. I feel like I've travelled back to the Gold Coast of the sunny 60s. The brochures hardly do it justice. All that was missing was a Holden FJ!

The reception with checking in were 100% friendly -& it was an easy transition!! Not having to pay an expensive security/key deposit as alot of other accommodation facilities*motels/hotels/any form of rentals * was fantastic too. The room was good for the price which out of all this weekend's rates was the cheapest but probably the best overall with what was still left available? All amenities in the pre-paid for room were good but the couch in their made it better also. Only thing I didn't like was the television wasn't picking up all the main channels or it wasn't tuned in properly after the bad weather recently maybe?

Great modern hotel with an amazing rooftop bar. Such fantastic sunset views! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with a wide variety of choices and the espresso coffee was high quality. Definitely recommend a stay here especially if you are flying in or out! The only addition that I think would make it better is a spa and sauna! 😁
