Being in a wheelchair, my Carer and I were very impressed with the layout of the Deluxe Villa we were assigned during our recent visit, showing off Albany to my brother. It is one of the best villas/accommodation I have stayed in for a long time! Overall it was very comfortable, cosy and all the added little extras were a bonus. The grounds were beautiful, clean and this is definitely our next place to stay when next in Albany - hopefully for a longer stay! Thanks to the team@ Big4 Emu Beach.

Cosy, benvenuto, comodo, pulito, splendido doccia, bella vista della natura nel parco caravana fuori la mia finestra di cucina e molto facile accesso alla spiaggia e vicino al grande caffè a Emu Point. Anche tariffe ragionevoli. Cucina ben memorizzata per i pasti semplici. Grande frigorifero/congelatore. Albany e le circoscrizioni sono fantastiche ispiratori!! Amore mio soggiorno. The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

Consiglia questo posto. Ha tutto quello che ti serve per una vacanza. Cucina ben attrezzata, bagni grandi e moderni. Spazioso soggiorno/divana, come pure spazioso camera da letto. Parcheggio gratuito anche, proprio davanti alla tua unità. Situazione conveniente per la vista, vicino a ogni luogo. Molto pulito anche. Bene. Nessun reclamo.

Una settimana in Albany e così tanto da vedere e fare, splendide viste acqua ovunque, fantastiche passeggiate, i Porongorup, vigneti, foreste e altro ancora. Dolphin Lodge è a 50 metri da Middleton Beach, da dove si può prendere la passeggiata incredibile intorno alla roccia alla città, o il sentiero opposto lungo la spiaggia vicino deserto fino a Emu Point, entrambi circa un'ora. La nostra unità di 1 camera 17 aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per cucinare una cena, un balcone che si trova a est, una camera da letto separata e un bagno. TV decente x2. Lavanderia sul sito ($5 lavaggio). Il direttore e il personale non potevano essere più utili - ci permettevano di cambiare le unità dopo 1 notte, risolvere immediatamente le questioni, mantenere tutto il complesso senza spot. Siamo visitatori regolari a un vecchio amico di Albany, ci fermeremo di nuovo qui

Last time I stayed here it was a long time ago with a boyfriend who I ended up being in a very long term relationship. I have since moved to Albany and lived there before moving to other areas. Finding myself wanting to visit for a couple of days, thought I would see how it has changed. Because of my history with the region, Dog Rock has always been my first choice of accommodation, now that I have stayed there, that has not changed. For those not in the know, it is named for the dog head shaped rock that appears to be sniffing the air. It is located right across the road by a lane leading to one of the city's shopping centres containing a Woolworths, Red Dot and a Leonards Chicken and a cafe as well as other shops. It does wear a collar which in reality is a paint to make it more visible to traffic and it was classified by the National Trust in 1973. The Motel is centrally located with one direction going into town, the other taking you to the end of the road being Middleton Beach. You have a wide variety of attractions very close to you as well as having a marvellous restaurant (Lime 303) which I have eaten at and reviewed on this website, should you care to have a further read. I had a room which I was well pleased with, up the back with a rear view of the bush, in front of me on my balcony I could see Mt Melville sweeping up into the sky. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and it was quiet. There was a mini fridge with an assortment of refreshments within and a selection of tea and coffee sachets on the counter. The shower was excellent and the parking was plenty at the door. I had paid a little extra for a hot breakfast the next day which was well worth the price. (See attached pictures). There were foxtel on the tv which I enjoyed catching up on the movies I had not yet seen. The staff at reception were very personable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone who was going to Albany to stay there.
