Il personale di servizio è bello, introduceno la struttura e la camera induzione così attentamente e la camera è così pulita e luminosa, è un buon posto per gli sport e gli entusiasti hanno golf, ginnastica, piscina, campo da calcio, tennis accanto all'hotel, ma l'ambiente non ha troppo ristoranti da scegliere

La luce che circondava la proprietà di notte era disabilitata. Nessun ascensore ... bit triste Una d pulizia, aveva i capelli di qualche tipo nel bagno sul bagno e sulle pareti del doccia e nelle mie foglie di letto ... Non mi consigliera'

Royal Pines was amazing! Free parking on-site, top notch customer service and there are swimming pools to relax in. We saw there was a gym, playground with a large bouncing mat for the kids and a water park next to the large hot tub. They offered is a discount for their buffet breakfast (discounted from $29 to $30pp). We stayed in the spa suite and our room had the most amazing views - this is a photo from the bathroom window. Maybe the windows need a bit of cleaning but apart from that we would not change a thing! Love how all the important information is explained clearly on the TV in the room. The room was massive with a safe, closet for hanging clothes, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, couch, desk and an extra seating area near the foot of the bed. Our spa was very nice and blew some strong bubbles - remember to bring your shower gel/bubble bath. We have previously tried their restaurants, Videre (high tea) gives you a fabulous view of the landscape! The Japanese restaurant provides impeccable customer service and delicious carefully made dishes - loved everything we ordered.

Molto comodo, bel panorama, puoi cucinare da solo, gli utensili da cucina sono completi, puoi scendere in piscina al piano di sotto, l'unico inconveniente è che il trasporto è scomodo, la stazione è un po' lontana, e c'è una partenza ogni ora

Il servizio è molto buono.Puoi bere quasi tutto quello che vuoi nel bar con il buono che ti hanno dato mentre si accede.E puoi ottenere acqua in bottiglia gratuita alla reception.

Room was clean and surrounding was quiet. Hubby was not happy I booked in a ”pub” not a hotel 😆 however, at the end of a tiring day in Surfers Paradise, hubby was happy claiming our free drink in the pub. He got beer, I and another friend got wine and enjoyed a nice time in the bar before going up our room.

The staff were most welcoming upon arrival and very efficient. The facilities were more than adequate for our needs and the coffee bar in the morning down in the foyer was a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

Helped when our home had no power from the cyclone. A great place to bunker down. The cleanliness could have been a little better but outside this is was good.

Nothing to complain about the accommodation itself. Everything is fine: location, cleanliness. But it was one of my worst travel experiences so far. I stayed in a 10 bed female dorm. There were only 3 occupied beds that night. One girl brought a man to the room and had sex on the upper bed at 5 am in the morning. I was really shocked. It was the guest problem so I am not blaming the hostel. I'm just writing what happened that night.
