Surprised to see the Room, Cleanliness and the Comforts. True Value for Money, cannot complain. Great Room Size, Ample room and relaxing balcony area, a very good Bedroom and Fantastic Bathroom with washing. Room is very close to Freeway so there is very little sound that you can experience, not that I felt any as I was out most of the day and night it was quiet enough to sleep. Centrally Located 24/7 IGA Supermarket is walking distance, Walking distance for few shops and eatry, hotel have its own Italian Restaurant as well. What can an Traveller ask for more, saying Do not Judge the Book by its Cover is so true with this hidden Gem. Will definately recommend and stay again and again. Very good Receptionist very Customer Focus.

Ho dato un rating medio a questo hotel perché ci sono alcuni punti molto buoni sull'hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti in un appartamento di una camera da letto. Il buono: Grande posizione, spaziose camere, bagno spa massiccio adatta facilmente due persone. Camere confortevoli. 2 TV. 2 con unità di aria con. Molto tranquillo nonostante sia vicino alla strada. Ben attrezzato con tutto quello che hai bisogno. Buona attrezzatura sul sito, ad esempio piscina riscaldata, sauna, parcheggio sicuro. Il male: I primi arrivati hanno doppio prezzo per la mia stanza come avevo già pagato attraverso Booking.com. In secondo luogo, dopo circa un'ora, l'aria condizionata principale, che si trova essenzialmente nel mezzo della stanza, ha iniziato a scorrere acqua in tutto il pavimento, abbiamo messo sotto di essa un buco di gomma e chiamato il manager. Un uomo è venuto a dirci che non c'era niente che potesse fare perché era sabato e l'hotel era completamente prenotato. Purtroppo, abbiamo dovuto rimediare e il fuoco cambiato finisce qualche volta e ha sconvolto i nostri tentativi di catturare l'acqua. Anche il livello di pulizia lascia molto da desiderare. Questo non è un hotel 4 stelle. C'erano crollazioni in tutto il tetto della scatola, riparazioni nelle tende e alcune tinture sul mobilio, e la condizione generale delle attrezzature era scarsa, ad esempio il silicone intorno al bacino del bagno era sbloccato e caduta. La pulizia generale era anche scarsa, e probabilmente non rimarrebbe più.

Svegliati verso una bella vista del porto, aria fresca, direttamente al di là del tram, dove si può saltare sulla ferrata per attraversare al di là del CBD, centro, città chian, ecc in una mera 10 minuti di cammino ! hotel è pulito, nuovo, venendo completamente attrezzato con cucina, parcheggio in loco è disponibile, ci è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuita al livello 2 e BBq pit che era fantastico

We have used this hotel many times over the past years, but this visit was the worst of the lot. The outside areas were untidy with rubbish everywhere that nobody could be bothered picking up. Inside our room was no better, with finger marks and sticky substances on the walls and other flat surfaces. In this COVid era I would have thought more efforts would have gone into making sure the safety of guests was at the forefront. The balcony of our unit had screws and nails protruding out of the decking which was dangerous for bare feet. The place was being painted and I would have thought 7:30 am was a bit early for the workers to be starting a cherrypicker and singing outside guest units. Not sure how long it has been like it, but the parking shelter at the back has been badly damaged and a big section cordoned off which has reduced parking bay availability by a lot.

We booked an extra night because of an operation that I had to have. We were politely asked to have our key card updated. I took one card to reception, and my husband took the second card the next day. The way the receptionist spoke to him was just unacceptable. She was so rude and dismissive, and argued with him about the fact that we had booked an extra night. Her name is Carol, and she should not be front of house in a very nice establishment. I would expect management to speak to this lady about her attitude towards customers. I wonder if she realises it’s the customers money that pays her salary!!

We booked this room pretty late after having to cut a European trip short and needing to transit Perth overnight on our way to SA. For a one-nighter in Perth this more than met our needs. Near new, modern, and clean - it was pretty good(without having any bells and whistles), and well priced for the Perth region. It's within the precinct of Curtin University, and has a great vibe about it. Some cafes nearby too in the morning if you want a quick bite. The one problem we found was that the fridge wasn't plugged in - a bit disappointing but I'm sure could have been easily remedied.

La stanza aveva alcune questioni di manutenzione, come alcune delle luci non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante, socket elettrico libero e il letto di Kingsize scorreva verso il centro. La stanza era pulita e bella e, ovviamente, favolosa vista della città di Perth e del fiume Swan.

Lovely new property with warm, kind staff, good gym, and nice bistro/bar … but know that it is NOT a leisure or business hotel. It exists mainly for families needing to be at the surrounding massive medical complex. Parking is a 5-8 minute walk away so everything has to be dropped off in the lobby then you have to drive to one of the local parking garages and walk back, adding 15 minutes to each direction of your local drive if you are deicing in and out throughout the days. No desk in the room for working, and the restaurant kitchen closes at 2030 (early). So, lovely people and facility, but if you are a leisure or business traveler, don’t choose this hotel because it is geographically 10 or 15 minutes closer to where you want to be in the Perth area … stay at a leisure or business hotel with onsite parking and later kitchen if those things are important to you. You will save the time by not having to walk back and forth to parking.

Hotel carino, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Avrei consigliato di avere una macchina come gli autobus verso/dal centro non sono coerenti. (o camminare!) Dimensione decente della camera ma senza tavola di lavoro. Quindi è molto più un hotel di svago. Andato al caffè per lavorare la maggior parte delle mattine. Molto utile personale, disponibile intorno all'orologio. Pulizia a tempo debito della stanza. Amorevole le luci auto quando tardi di notte, sotto le tavole laterali. Così pensativo. Molto vicino al Kings Park - dove si può riscaldare per un caffè o un pasto. Stanza conveniente e confortevole.
