It locates at American River island, ~40min driving from ferry terminal. The receptionist ladies who checked in for us and checked out for us were so friendly and nice. They made us very welcome. The room was very spacious, and faced to the river. Amazing view. Although it was near the street, the room was quite during my stay. No noises heard at that time. The bed was comforty and large. The bathroom was a bit small than what i thought. But it is okay. All facilities are included. The room was provided with microwave/cutley... Also they provide me with complimentary a bottle of wine, biscuits, potato chips and cookies. So glad that we did not need starving until next day (as we came late and no restaurant was open on KI) The breakfast was good, better food and coffee than other Cafe outside. The lady Yuki was very nice and friendly We definitely will come back again and recommend to other friends of mine.

Personale amichevole. Tente lussuoso, molto spazioso e comodo. Bella posizione. Tuttavia, la cucina ha solo microonde, frigo, tostapane e caldaia. BBQ all'aperto. Le docce erano fredde, ma ho solo fatto la doccia tardi la sera, così forse sarebbe stato caldo la prima cosa del mattino.

L'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è molto gentile. L'hotel dispone di attrezzature per lavare il lavandino e è molto adatto per il nostro viaggio di famiglia.Le strutture di accoppiamento soddisfano anche le nostre esigenze. E'un po' umido, probabilmente e' la ragione della posizione geografica.

在袋鼠島kingscote小鎮，整體離鎮上餐飲店很近，房東非常貼心準備了一些食物和飲料給我們，因為島上餐廳都關門很早，還準備了有所有餐廳的外賣訂單的小冊子給我們。還有袋鼠島的original滴濾咖啡也詳細告訴我們應該怎麼使用滴濾裝置進行沖泡。 整體非常推薦這家住宿，乾淨衛生，環境很棒，還在酒店門口的海邊看到了游泳的小海豹😊

A hotel that could be much better if it gets a hospitable and proactive host plus if it gets out of money making to a customer service model. After staying at a premium posh KI Seafront in Penneshaw , moving to a unit like room at KI Seaside Inn in Kingscote wasn’t great. The main perk is a Seaview which most hotels there provide and a clean room. It’s inconvenient for families with kids as there is no toaster or microwave in room- Safety is cited as a reason but then other hotels provide these basic facilities in the country. We reached at noon and the on site restaurant was closed..Ideally you need food anytime, you need to rush out as you can’t heat it either nor can even toast a bread unfortunately. Jaspreet is a smart aleck who handles the hotel well but it doesn’t have much staff as he is the sole person who runs it (owners live in Adelaide) and that gives him a god like complex as he is not very assertive to feedback as you may learn interacting - He is a pind ka desi boy with decent communication unlike a hotel management trainee who is well versed with customer service and rapport. So the feedback mechanism or escalation model doesn’t cut with him. Everytime you will need to ask for things in room be it milk sachets, toiletries but given on a count of 1-2-3 so one has to keep approaching the desk due to no phones in room. If brand conscious it’s fun to read the names as the fridge is Palsonic and TV is Mitsumaru- The fridge with 1 star rating makes noise while you sleep. Restaurant is overpriced as you can easily know looking at prices and we saw the smallest garlic naan ever for dinner with a higher price - it seems to be a standard size in the hotel but it’s less than half of actual garlic naan, so food definitely is cheaper to have outside. As a family with a kid, I won’t recommend this hotel as there are plenty there which serves you well and gives basic amenities to you as needed.
