Da quando siamo arrivati (che era 5 ore prima del check-in) tutto era sorprendente. Super professionista, gentile e di rendimento personale ....camera è super pulita e ben attrezzata. Colazione è anche punto di punta di punta ....molto fresco e diretto al punto. Lo consiglio e lo consiglio assolutamente. La posizione è anche molto buona, vicino ai ristoranti e tutto quello che avete bisogno.

I booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lustenau, Austria, with the understanding that it was a pet-friendly property. As a responsible pet owner, I made sure to travel with my well-behaved small to medium sized dog. Upon checking in, however, I was taken aback by an unexpected and exorbitant charge of 25€ tagged for my pet. Not only did I perceive this as excessive, but this fee was not transparently communicated during the booking process. The hotel's advertising and website did not mention this additional cost. Furthermore, considering that we found no extra amenities provided for pets to justify such a substantial fee, the charge seemed especially unwarranted and unjust. While the rest of the hotel facilities and services were satisfactory, this unforeseen expense greatly affected our overall experience. The lack of transparency about this charge lessened our trust in the services provided by Holiday Inn Express, Lustenau, strongly influencing our consideration for future stays. We understand and appreciate that hotels may charge for additional services or requirements attendant to hosting pets. But transparency during the booking process about such charges is fundamental to maintaining consumer trust. We were disappointed by this oversight and would recommend that future guests with pets inquire about all possible expenses in advance to avoid any unpleasant surprises at check-in the reception was friendly and of course it was not her fault .

In visita al Lago di Costanza, a Bregenz e Lindau decidiamo di soggiornare presso l’Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Panoramahaus nella cittadina di Dornbirn. Ci eravamo già stati prima della pandemia ed era stata un’ottima esperienza. Sarà cambiato qualcosa? La struttura è imponente, tutta di vetro, facilmente raggiungibile dall’ autostrada A14: conta 120 camere e suite un ristorante, un parcheggio sotterraneo, un centro benessere con area fitness, salone di bellezza, health club e piscina coperta e all'aperto. Le camere sono, a seconda della tipologia, ampie e dotate di ogni confort: Tv, cassaforte, asciugacapelli, doccia, ferro e asse da stiro, porta valige e impianto elettrico e di illuminazione di ultima generazione. Pulizia impeccabile: personale professionale e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Colazione superba con ogni genere di prelibatezze, dolci, salate o preparate al momento: la sala si trova all’11° piano. Unica differenza rispetto alla nostra precedente visita è il ristorante che era ubicato proprio all’11° piano con tavoli all’esterno su terrazzo e che, nella bella stagione offriva una vista impagabile della zona. Ora la sala ristorante è al piano terra ed è abbastanza anonima: tuttavia ho visto dei lavori in corso proprio sul terrazzo e penso che tutto tornerà come prima: penso sia la soluzione migliore. Un indirizzo sicuro, un quattro stelle di livello superiore, che, data la posizione strategica è un’ottima base per programmare gite sul lago di Costanza e visitare Bregenz, Lindau e Costanza.

Think twice about staying here in this contactless hotel. On arrival, we had a horrible time “ at self-check in” at a panel mounted on a wall next to the garage. The self-check-in completed on the second try without issuing a room card. After calling the phone number for help, somebody off-site, explained how to get a replacement key card from the machine. From then on, it continued downhill. When we located our room, there were just two bath towels and one soap. Again, we called the number, the distant agent told us to go back down to the ground floor and look for a particular room, without providing an exact description of where to find it, supposedly unlocked and stocked with towels. After another phone call we found the room but it didn’t contain more than one hand towel. At that point we asked for our funds to be returned, as the hotel service is unacceptably poor. We were told on the final phone-call that we could not get a refund for the two nights, but are free to leave, and simply relinquish the funds to them, but no refund. We couldn’t find any soap until the second day, so the shower soap bottle has to be volleyed back and forth to the main sink. The place smells of chemicals likely from cheap quality flooring and furnishings and was still fairly dirty. . A small room with vending machines and dirty tables functions as the “bistro”, again, unmanned. Had the description of this “brand” made it clear that there is absolutely no help, nor manager on-site, and no service, we would never have come in the first place, and it isn’t cheap.

Wir waren im Juni 2023 4 Nächte in dem Hotel, um Urlaub am Bodensee zu machen. Der Bodensee ist vom Hotel aus mit dem Auto in 15 Min. zu erreichen. Das Stadtzentrum von Dornbirn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Dornbirner Bahnhof ist direkt nebenan, das ist aber nicht störend. Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, es hat jedoch auch einige Schwachstellen. Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr neu ist, alles ist sehr modern eingerichtet und der Stil gefiel uns gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch wurde an einem Tag unsere Zimmerreinigung komplett vergessen. Wir konnten dann abends an der Rezeption nur noch die Handtücher tauschen. Das Zimmer wurde aber nicht mehr gereinigt. Das haben wir bisher noch in keinem anderen 4 Sterne Hotel so erlebt und sollte nicht vorkommen. Pflegeprodukte wie Conditioner und insbesondere Tee und Kaffee wurden vom Reinigungspersonal nie aufgefüllt. So konnten wir leider an den letzten Tagen keinen Kaffee oder Tee trinken und der Wasserkocher war somit auch nutzlos, wenn man keine Produkte dafür mehr hat. Leider gibt es keinen Verdunkelungsvorhang am Fenster. Der Vorhang war weiß und dunkelte das Zimmer nicht ab. Somit war es um 5 Uhr in der Früh taghell im Zimmer. Nicht so schön, wenn man im Urlaub eigentlich ausschlafen möchte und das geht natürlich bei einem hellbeleuchteten Zimmer, in dem die Sonne reinknallt, schlecht. Ansonsten hätte man wirklich traumhaft geschlafen, da die Betten sehr bequem waren und es immer sehr ruhig war. Auch gibt es leider keinen Tisch im Zimmer. Wenn man etwas am Tablet oder Laptop schreiben möchte, bleibt einem nur das Bett übrig. Auch fehlen somit Ablageflächen. Für Kleidung sind genug Schrankflächen vorhanden, aber für alles, was man sonst auf einem Tisch liegen hat (Tablet, Laptop, Handy, Tastatur etc.) bleibt nur der Boden übrig. Das WLAN ist extrem schnell und funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wellnesslandschaft gefiel uns sehr gut, war immer sehr ruhig und sauber. Leider liegen in der Wellnesslandschaft keine Handtücher bereit, so dass man für den ganzen Hotelaufenthalt lediglich seinen Bademantel und ein einziges Handtuch für die Sauna hat. Mit einem frischen Handtuch in der Saunalandschaft zu duschen ist daher unmöglich, auch weil kein Duschgel und Shampoo in den Duschen der Sauna zu finden ist. Das sollte in einem 4 Sterne Hotel selbstverständlich sein und kennen wir so aus anderen Hotels. Im Hotel wird sehr für Nachhaltigkeit geworben, leider gibt es im Zimmer und in der Wellnesslandschaft aber nur Wegwerf-Plastikbecher. Das ist einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen und insbesondere nicht nachhaltig und sollte dringend überdacht werden. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Mitarbeiter/-innen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Wir haben meistens im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Die Karte ist sehr abwechslungsreich und das Essen war ausnahmslos sehr gut. Das Essen wird von einem Roboter namens Wilma serviert, was wirklich witzig ist, sehr

The positives first! Nice welcome when we arrived. The room was large and even had a walk in closet. I haven't seen that very often in a hotel! Otherwise, a somewhat boring breakfast, and a strange sound coming from the sink made it a little difficult to sleep. We arrived late and left early, otherwise we would have complained and asked for a different room, but we told the reception when we checked out. Clean and nice hotel, but not quite our style.

Abbiamo visitato l'Hotel Martinspark per un fine settimana. Il personale era molto bello e amichevole. Le camere erano confortevoli e pulite. Hanno una speciale: se si passa la pulizia della stanza, si otterrà una piccola sorpresa; che era davvero bello. In particolare il colazione era eccezionale! La posizione nel centro del centro era super, quindi potevamo andare a fare shopping, cenare e passare la serata nei bar locali. Grande visita!
