Questo è il feedback che ho lasciato all'agenzia che ci ha allocato in questo hotel. . ”Siamo molto contenti della assistenza che ci ha fornito il Sig. Omar con le sue informazioni e la sua gentile disponibilità: è stato perfetto. Purtroppo però rimane l’amaro in bocca per l’hotel Yene Hue dove ci avete alloggiato. La stanza aveva un bagno decisamente da rimodernare (piastrelle rotte, rubinetti chiusi dal calcare, acqua calda che non funzionava), ma soprattutto abbiamo trovato un cuscino (compresa la federa) sporco di sangue, il materasso pure era sporco (d’altra parte mancava del coprimaterasso), peli e capelli fra le lenzuola “pulite”, una lampada che non funzionava, la coperta che era in condizioni vergognose con numerose macchie decennali. Per farla completa non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Abbiamo chiamato, alle ore 18,00 l’assistente alla reception (gentilissima) che non è riuscita a farla funzionare e dunque, visto che il manutentore non si faceva trovare al telefono, le abbiamo chiesto il cambio della stanza. Purtroppo il tira e molla con il suo boss che non voleva consentire questo cambio è durato fino alle 21,00!!! Assolutamente inaccettabile. Non potete compromettere il vostro ottimo servizio mandando gli ospiti in un hotel come questo che tutto è eccetto un 4 stelle, ma neppure una stella. Date un’occhiata alla cabina ascensore e ditemi se si può presentare così ad una clientela.” . Ecco, credo non ci sia null'altro da aggiungere.

UUtente ospiteOk! Hotel Peninsula Valdes: camera 210 non aveva batterie di chiusura elettronica al momento dell'arrivo, dovevano sistemarla in quel momento. Camera ragazza con vista parziale sul mare, tutto bene in generale con alcuni dettagli di pittura e mobili di diversi stili riuniti, ha frigorifero, TV ragazza, buona aria condizionata, scatola di sicurezza, buon vestito e molto buona pressione acqua ne bagno, letto abbastanza comodo anche se il letto matrimoniale sono due letti singoli insieme. Hotel molto ben situato davanti al mare e nella zona centrale. Una buona colazione e molto bello salone per la colazione con vista sul mare. Luoghi comuni molto carini e confortevoli. Ha spa e garage. Personale molto amabile. Wifi un po ' lento. Molto buona esperienza in generale.
