Ci sorpresero con la piastra di frutta, la torta e l'arrangiamento romantico nella nostra stanza. La stanza è molto confortevole, tranquillo e rilassante lontano dalla città, molto accogliente personale soprattutto Chethan, Abdelsamia, Eshe, Saleh, l'uomo del quadriking, e le 2 ragazze in reception. Il signor Chethan - il sotto chef ci ha dato un piatto di frutta durante il colazione e la cena per celebrare il giorno speciale. L'acqua nella zona della piscina è fresca - non così fredda e non così calda.Abbiamo fatto alcune attività come archeria e quadricycling, incluso nella nostra prenotazione.

Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island offre ai viaggiatori l'opportunità di vedere maestosa fauna selvatica, vagare libero in un ambiente protetto appena al largo della costa di Abu Dhabi. Ogni stanza ha l’accesso alla spiaggia ed una piscina privata bellissima. L’acqua del mare è trasparente e cristallina. La stanza è arredata in modo consono all’ambiente circostante ed è pulita ed offre tutti i confort. Hotel ha due strutture in gemellaggio, una Spa eccezionale ed un Kids Club che ha un’accoglienza speciale! Campi da tennis a disposizione dei guest. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. le piscine sono molto belle sopratutto quella del Desert Island.Al ristorante Olio si mangia bene il menù è molto vario ma sempre lo stesso senza aggiunte con piatti del giorno. La colazione può essere migliorata considerando che si tratta di un 5 stelle, mancano ad esempio waffle e pancake. Si può approfittare dell’opportunità di fare un safari per vedere gli axis deer, giraffe ed uccelli locali.

Very nice island and was greeted gleefully by a team of staff who were very nice at the jetty to get on the boat headed for the island. Ramesh from Srilanka was very nice guy who was really good at his job. Elly was the guide on the boat itself and great guy too. Reached the hotel on the island and was greeted by George who was very kind and explained everything very well. Overall great stay. Only drawback was the pricing of the activities which I felt were overpriced and also didn’t get prompt responses on the hotel app chat even though I was specifically told that was the fastest way to communicate. Food and staff at olio Italian restaurant was super. And let and probably the best part of our trip was the safari and a guy called younis who was super informative and made it a memorable trip. Also one thing been noticing recently with quite a few resort hotels is the staff look artificially happy not like they want to be there. Anyway overall great stay and one night is more than enough to be honest on this island as during this month of January sea water is super cold so can’t really swim in the sea and enjoy the beach. Pools were temperature controlled so that was great. One point to be noted is while arriving the staff were extra friendly and helpful but while leaving not much communication and no water or wet towels provided either. It felt like they welcome u greatly but then send u off on ur way without real care. 😎🤷🏽♂️

Our One Bedroom Villa (villa 14) was impeccably prepared, ensuring complete privacy, just as we requested. During our stay on a half-board basis, we were treated to some of the most delectable meals we've ever had, thanks to the talented Chef Wajdi. Each breakfast and dinner was a culinary delight, showcasing an array of flavors that truly elevated our experience. The entire team was always ready to assist, whether it was bringing a buggy car or keeping our private pool pristine. The villa itself was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring the most sumptuous mattress and pillows that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. What makes this place truly special is the unique opportunity to be completely isolated in the heart of the desert, enjoying our own private pool and stunning surroundings. It's a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. We can't wait to return to this magical destination again and again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff, whose dedication and warmth made our stay truly special. We want to extend a special shout-out to the unsung heroes—the pool cleaners—whose meticulous attention ensured our oasis was always pristine. I stayed this resort at 2016, there are many good memories and fun times, we joined activities each as falcon show, dune drive, which no places and local tours can provide the good experience like this. So I book again for my 2nd visit. However hotels was closed because of some reasons. At the beginning we disappointed. Hotels finally provided another resort for us in Sir Yas Island, the experience there are also great! That's give my family a memorable moments. Thanks for kind arrangement Anantara team!
