Exactly what we expected, wonderful

Comfortable room ,seems a bit dated .Tea and coffee in room but only for one cup of tea or coffee. Shower a bit slippery. Door on room didn’t shut properly but staff gave us a free breakfast for this which we were happy to have . Breakfast was ok cheap bread ect . But we didn’t pay for it .

Good condition, tasty breakfast, staff are nice and helpful!

My experience for the first time at the Ibis hotel was completely disappointing. The cleanliness of the room such as the bed linens and shower was ok but the state of the carpets and the smell was bad. I got more of a Bed & Breakfast vibes. The fact that this is a chain hotel , I thought the standard would have been better.

Smelly, dingy and noisy. The fittings and carpet were long overdue an upgrade. There was a terrible smell in the ground floor corridor and my bathroom. There must have been some problems with the drains as at smelt like a sewer. Staff were friendly but not too concerned about the smell. Breakfast was ok and what you would expect from a chain. Best avoid this place if you can.

Nothing unique. Carpets were very dirty. Clean bathroom and bed linen. Only arrived at 11:30pm and checked out 9am so as a place to sleep fine but won’t go again

It’s fine; a bit tired and a bit bare, the carpet was basically ready for retirement and a bit smelly, but bed was fine and noise not too bad. Shower fine and decent shampoo / body wash.

We stayed as a stopover whilst travelling home from the Scottish Highlands. the hotel was perfectly situated for a short trip to Blackpool, (15 mins away). the hotel was good except the Rooms and the corridors had a stale Smell

The room was dirty, the carpet was really dirty and had not been hoovered, the room is in need of refurbishment it was shabby and there was mould in the sink plug and pink mould in shower. Dining offer was only pizza

Milk sachet on floor. Taps not wiped over. Glasses in bathroom marked and streaky.

Room 101, Very poor room very basic , lights did not work no towels , no phone to get in touch with reception , massive hole in wall , bed lights not working , no additional pillows . If we were not so tired i would of left . Charge for dogs not seen anywhere on site or website but charged £20

It was ok but corridor had bad odour, room had no hot water in sink tap

Nice hotel with friendly staff, great location for onward travel
