The hotel was clean
Reception took a while to come to book us in and the supervisor was polite but not friendly
The car parking is poor due to posts making it hard to park easily

Rooms and corridors smelt of vomit. Drunk folk at reception. Difficult to access the hotel with double parking.

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff we met were apathetic and lazy. Reception remains unattended for long periods. The room was dirty and on a day we did not want the room servicing and put do not disturb sign on, someone was in the room whilst we were out for day and left the bathroom with a pool of water on the floor. At the buffet breakfast we had to ask on 2 mornings for items to be topped up we had to ask for cutlery and when it was brought out it was dirty, the cold orange and apple juice were watered down so much there was no taste, we had to ask for cups and glasses. Worst of all the majority of people using the eating area were people being temporarily housed and they were slobbing about and throwing food. The final straw was our room next to a door in the corridor near reception and it was being slammed all night and on our second night the people being temp housed were screaming and fighting in the corridor. We left the hotel a day early and booked into another hotel. Avoid this place like the plague.

Needs a clean from top to bottom but apart from that the staff brilliant and food was very nice and helpfull

Unclean sink, toilet and bath. Ash tray with ash in room. Drinks tray not thoroughly checked. Corridor door broken, corridor floor full of dust and litter. Room floor carpet needs a deep clean. Very noisy outside despite closed windows. Only positive was a clean and well made bed. Yet the mattress did my back no favours.

Good Location, with lots of shops and supermarkets around. Not to far to walk to city centre. Nice restaurant & Bar. The Parking is very Narrow and you can damage your car if not careful. The Car Park overall needs some BIG improvement for all customer Parking
