Our newly remodeled home is on a great canal located on a corner lot with plenty of privacy but best of all, immediate access to the water. Dock your boat at our private dock and stay in our cozy home that consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. Use our fish cleaning station to clean your freshly caught fish and bring it straight to the grill for dinner. Enjoy the evening in the hammock by the fire pit. We are only one mile away from the public boat ramp. Close to beach and to golf course. We have plenty of parking. All linens and towels are included. Home has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as well as blow-up mattress. SNOW BIRDS welcome. Message for extended stay. The location is only a few miles away from Fort Island Trail Beach area, boat ramp, and less than 2 miles from Twin Rivers Marina. By boat, we are only a short boat ride to the Gulf and on a few minutes away from the springs. There are lots of parks in the area as well as two fishing docks and trails for nature walking or bird watching. We do not have cable or satellite. We have streaming services only. Also, home is elevated so you will need to access home by stairs. *No events, parties, or large gatherings. Also, no pets or smoking in the home. *The maximum occupancy of 6 is flexible with groups that have children under 12 years old. The property is not baby proofed so please bring your own forms of child proofing. *This property includes exterior security cameras facing the entrances and dock area.
