The room was ok for just sleeping over night, Im very disappointed that my dad came to visit for Easter and chose to stay here cause he has stayed here before and found it ok in the past. This time he told them there was NO HOT WATER in the room for him to shower! NOT COOL! NO REFUND, or Discount!! Basically said it was not their problem. Well YES it is!! You don't do business like that! What a poor business mannors! He will never stay here again if I have anything to do with it!

This is a nice place. Each day my Trash was empty each day and over all house keeping was well taken care of

Dead crickets all over the room. It smelled. Not enough towels for the 3 of us. The AC was good.

Ok, it's a little hotel in a little town and we just needed a place to sleep.The A/C was not keeping up and it was over 100 outside.
I went to front and the guy moved us. The A/ C was great. And it has not been on so we went to Sonic to let it cool the room.the room was clean and looked freshly remodeled.Now the outside not so much.
Next morning when packing up I went to find ice for my cooler.There was only a small counter top not near enough.When I told him I needed more than that, he said my son can bring you some in about 5 min.
Literally in 5 minutes the son pulled up with a cooler full of ice for me.WOW!!

Old food in fridge.
Shower rusted.
Expensive for what paid.

It was an excellent value. The only real problems had to do with language barrier. The people running Cisco have very little use of the English language. It was difficult to communicate with them.
