"Always happy being here. Cuma tipe kabin ini ga cocok untuk anjing senior. Karena tangganya lumayan tinggi. (Note doggyku umur 11tahun) Kakinya ga kuat bolak balik. Anakku sih senang di cabin mainan air di jacuzzi sama toysnya. Cuma next time kayaknya bakal di deluxe glass house. Biar doggyku jg enjoy bisa mondar mandir keluar masuk tmptnya. Best thing adalah view dari bed. Bikin malas bangun dari ranjang kalau pagi2. 🤣"

BbernaQuiet, relaxing, boutique hotel. Cabinets smelled musty and made the room smell like that too, maybe housekeeping could air them out more or place dehumidifiers. Some mold on the seals on the bathroom glass partition, which should be easy enough to replace. Food could be better. Overall though, it was great stay for us who were looking for a quick getaway from the city.

FFarah9307I’ve book the hobbit room type & my child love the concept so much & it is so near to the playground & swimming pool. It just the breakfast place is so far we have to walk from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok & the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

EEffaefufuFrom the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles.
Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional.
Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery.
What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs.
Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options.
Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven.
We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return
And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

EEleasha ChanBasic hotel with no facilities except the swimming pool. Was shocked to know that the staffs still allowed people to swim when its raining heavily. The breakfast was a big no to me. All food were cold except perhaps the eggs area. The food were all opened up and not covered thus causing at times flies flying around. The room amenities was also basic but the one I cannot accept is that the shampoo & bath soap bottles were totally emptied. I had to call them to fill up, the staff came with a block of soap only & I had to tell them to refill those 2 bottles to which they cam half hour later & gosh, I think they add in water which makes the liquid so watery. With so many hotels nearby, I will not stay here again.

È passato molto tempo dall'ultima volta che sono stato a Puncak, forse più di 15 anni, sono tornato di nuovo qui con i bambini e ho deciso di soggiornare al Royal Safari Garden, e questa è stata la scelta giusta.
Posizione: molto strategica, con mini market, parco safari e punto ristoro.
Servizi: completi!!! Non solo camere, ma mini zoo, spettacolo di uccelli, parco acquatico, colazione con animali, parco giochi, sala giochi e tanto altro.
Servizio: tutti erano molto cordiali, a partire dalla sicurezza, alla reception, al concierge, al personale del ristorante, alla presenza in piscina, tutti erano molto bravi, cordiali e molto disponibili.
Consiglio personale se potete fermarvi più di una notte perché non basterà pernottare, un hotel molto piacevole per una vacanza con la famiglia.

TTresa SHotel ini bisa dibilang salah satu yang terbaik di kawasan tersebut. Pelayanan stafnya ramah dan membuat tamu merasa nyaman. Ditambah lagi, hotel ini menawarkan pemandangan gunung yang luar biasa, benar-benar memanjakan mata.
Namun, ada satu catatan kecil: saat menjelang siang, udara mulai terasa panas sekitar pukul 10 pagi. Akan lebih baik jika hotel menyediakan AC untuk siang hari di jam jam tersebut. Meski begitu, di pagi, sore, dan malam hari, AC sebenarnya tidak diperlukan karena udara di kawasan puncak sudah cukup dingin secara alami.
Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap di sini tetap sangat memuaskan, terutama untuk menikmati suasana pegunungan.

UUtente ospiteIl personale era molto amichevole e utile, bella posizione, ma la mia camera attaccata a WC e doccia non ha un bacino o uno specchio. Il manico di finestra della camera non è sicuro specialmente per la famiglia. La cucina non ha una microonde o un caldaia d'acqua. Ho anche informato alla ricezione. Spero che la mia prossima visita sarà un battery Services & I consiglio di visitare il Visit Urban view Resort.
