Spacious room! Great location! Walking distance to Puri indah mall, plenty of space for parking if you are driving. Service was great except the hostess at the restaurant on a night shift (not well trained and not attentive) For food options, with 2mins walk you will have many options from restaurant to local street foods. Overall a pleasant stay. Love the bed, very comfortable, had great sleep everynight

We stayed at this hotel twice in the last 3 weeks. On both stays, the hotel mixed up with the parking arrangements which caused us needing to pay for the parking on the first exit from the parking. Though this caused a little bit of inconvenience, the parking fee was refunded on the same day. The breakfast selections were great and the foods were delicious. The dinner included in the package was also wonderful. The only hiccup was when one of the restaurant staff accidentally threw away a full cup of coffee that I ordered from somewhere else. The staff was very apologetic and offered to make a new coffee to compensate it. Of course the restaurant coffee was not as good as the favorite coffee we bought elsewhere, however, we appreciated the kind gesture from the staff. We were sure it was not done on purpose. Overall, the stays were quite pleasant and the staff were all very friendly.

Room is quite clean, the room price is quite affordable, they offer us a free breakfast and the place is near to Lippo Mall Puri ☺️☺️👍🏻

Near from tol kedoya, the staff good, clean room and all the things are good

This was my 3rd visit and I stayed for 5 nights in an Executive Twin Room. Veranda has always been my home away from home. Staff are super helpful and friendly 😀 (from the front door, reception, house keeping and security at basement), room is spacious and clean, convenient location. Keep up the great service !! 👍👍👍

Idk if the hotel has water heater or not, because I did rotate the handle but the water temperature doesn't change. So I could assume that this hotel doesn't have water heater. The rest beside water heater was actually good.
