Located directly on the Cincinnati streetcar circuit, just a half block from the Aronoff Center, or a short walk to all the entertainment in Over the Rhine, Fountain Square, and Downtown. Newly furnished, main living space features a huge comfy sectional with oversized ottoman, 75" TV, and ample workspace for the business traveler.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Must shut off music and limit noise after 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends, unless permission is obtained from neighboring units..The unit should be left in the same general condition as it was found.
