Had 2 issues: Theft of money claim Handphone left behind in grab. Theft of money claim - hotel staff interviewed the masseuse, reviewed cctv footage and shared investigation with me. Grab contacted hotel about the left behind handphone. Hotel reached out to me to ask about it, I gave them a contact person to link up with to return the phone. And that was sorted. Awesome service all round!

It is a Nice hotel, cozy room with tasty breakfast. However, parking is limited, even though you can park in the nearby building.

Great for the price, nothing to complain about. If u dislike loud noises when sleeping avoid the single bed, because all single bed room faced the main road.
