Good hotel, room is spacious, not using water bottle anymore, but refill jug. Breakfast is good, strategic location

Super value for money. Room clean with very comfortable bed. Location is great with a convenient shop right next door. Breakfast exceeded expectations for the price paid. Loved that they had water dispenser on every floor to refill water.

Nice hotel…but the air conditioning was not good enough,not cool enough..other than that it was great.the service and the stuff were excellent.so friendly.😍😍😍

Aston Inn is a household name in Mataram and its location is very convenient.
The service of the staff is very good and their attitude is very good.
The hotel often hosts various events, so it can be a bit noisy at times.
The bed and bedding were very comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well. I usually wear earplugs, so even if there was noise, it was difficult to wake me up.
However, some local residents would bring their children to the swimming pool without wearing any swimsuits.

The place is near old mall. But hotel service is excellent and friendly. The receptionist is very helpful and help us to plan our trip.

The hotel is quite decent. Ok for couples and families. Near to the fast food like McDonald at Matarram Mall, convenient store and even Chatime (Korean fast food) just next to the hotel. Transportation (Grab) are easy to get around. I like that they are eco friendly....every level have a umber of water dispensers as such, no bottled water in the room. Good job!!!

Although location not right at the city center but it is quite convenient to anywhere. Not many food option in the evening.
Cleanliness could be better but compensated with good staff service. Breakfast is simple but enough

Hotel is clean. Food during breakfast can be improved. Quite tasteless for my liking. Maybe can conduct some food tasting or change to new chef.
