This was our fourth visit to this hotel but still lives up to our expectations. The food is delicious, the staff are amazing from the cleaners up to top management they all go out of the way to give you a great holiday. The pool bar staff always make great cocktails a few names Iikay Melek Vaysel Nebie and the lovely Ikiz all staff from different areas who’s names we remember however there are lots more It’s a shame the price has risen so much for next year Best hotel ever

Absolutely amazing. We had high hopes and wow they were suceeded! This place is just phenomenal. We are big foodies and the food here is just unlike any other! We went to Cuphea, Neoman, sunset steak, the Asian & Italian. The Italian was our favourite by far! Personally don’t see enough difference to warrant paying for Neoman again. We stayed in the lake house suite which was so incredible! Zeki our butler was so amazing and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and his service was incredible. Having lunch delivered to us was a game changer and the swim up pool and private pool area was amazing. We loved the entertainment which was really varied. The only slight niggle is the volume is so loud, we couldn’t hear eachother to speak to eachother - we’re 30 years old and fans of music but it was too loud to enjoy properly. Again this is such a minor thing, we had the best honeymoon here it really is the ultimate relaxing holiday destination

Just returned from my 6th visit to The Residence! Another fab week in Paradise overindulging. Aslihan & her team are what make this hotel next level. If you get the chance to book in for the cocktail making class please do, if was fab, we laughed non stop...... maybe that's just what happens when 6 Scots go on a cocktail making class!! Met up with loads of guests we've met over the years. The return rate speaks volumes. See them all again this time next year. All the staff are wonderful however a special mention to young Hassan in the Rep for his exceptional customer service!!

Currently staying at the residence. If you’re looking for complete relaxation then this is the place for you. Staff are friendly, food is great and it’s very clean. The pool is cold but that’s expected in October. You can use all facilities at the hotel next door too. Our room is cleaned daily also the mini bar is restocked. Nothing is too much trouble. One of the restaurants is open 24 hours as well as the patisserie where they have the most insane chocolate truffles and ice cream. Over the road there are some shops selling turkeys finest dupes along with a supermarket and pharmacy. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with the best staff. Special thanks to Hasan and Isik, who looked after us so well, although all of the staff are lovely. Entertainment staff next door also outstanding, especially Catherine, Jenny and Yusuf. Can’t wait to return next year

We were guests at The Residence for Two weeks at the end of May We are regular guests to Antalya in The Regnum Maxx Royal Cullinan Rixos etc so high calibre hotels This hotel’s ambiance service and vibes bettered all the above We were totally blown away with the welcome given on arrival the service kindness and genuine care that your stay was of a high standard Everyone from cleaners gardeners waiters and managers, welcome service and attitude was outstanding We stayed in block 46 with views out to sea thru the wooded area this block receives sun all day and is extremely quiet The room has a jacuzzi style bath (salts and oils included) Power shower iron ironing board hairdryer and straighteners Bottles of branded sprits and a fridge full of soft drinks There are snacks and chocolate replaced daily too Pillow menu and pillow spray! The room is nothing short of immaculate with turn down service included too There is a swim up bar a pool bar and a beach bar Service round the pool is constant from friendly Emily staff who simply can not do enough for you The resort seems to be mainly English guests and the standard of spoken English by all staff is amazing Food is served daily in the main resturant which is all Al a carte you will want for nothing Cuphea is a nice lunch time area also Al a carte) bookable but free in evenings) You can book free The Al a cartes next door too There are 3 Turkish Italian and Chinese Payable steak and fish Balkon has a fabulous Turkish breakfast spread in a gorgeous setting In the lounge there are chocolates ice cream and cakes ☺️ After frequently visiting the top hotels in Antalya with double if not more price tag I can highly recommend The Residance It maybe considerably smaller but service facilities and overall feeling of complete tranquility is second to none I could go on and on .. but dint think twice about booking Enjoy

Just spent a week here and can definitely say the reviews are correct. The service of all the staff is outstanding. The cleaning staff do an amazing job keeping the place spotless, where the service staff are very attentive, you didn't want for anything. Most of the food was excellent, we loved the steak and the main restaurant,unfortunately for us the one near the beach wasn't good. The buffet is ok, but again not our taste. The pool looks amazing but it was very cold and made it hard to enjoy, but i guess its the end of season. The drinks are top quality, and the cocktails especially around the pool were fabulous. The rooms are lovely and the views are to die for, sat on my balcony each day just relaxing and watching the world go by. For those that have a sweet tooth they even have a dessert area with the most amazing tasting treats. Only a couple of niggles, the bath towels are not luxury and very small, and our duvet was too small for our bed. The music was a bit repetitive and dull. We will most definitely recommend and be returning. Just book the place for a relaxing fun break.

We have just left this fantastic resort. Yes, the food is stunning, the entertainment at a different level, the drinks are premium and the resort is beautiful: But ; the real stars are the staff , customer service is brilliant , nothing is too much trouble, if you want something they will make it happen , so much so that the menus are more of a guide ; especially at breakfast and in the bars - just ask for what you would like . I must give a shout out to the guy in the pool bar ( sorry; thought I’d made a note of your name ) absolutely brilliant customer service and mixology skills , we never failed to visit daily and try all his skills. Thankfully I made a note of a waitress who served us many times at breakfast in the Repertory and the Cuphea at lunch - SEDA you are a star , so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, we can’t thank you enough for looking after us so well. While we were there we celebrated our anniversary, I posted a picture on Facebook , obviously tagging the resort at the same time. 2 hours later we received the photo the gift photograph framed and all Says it all about this resort :
