"Il miglior hotel che abbia mai visto a Bandung. Grande colazione, grande ambienza, grande servizio.Anche mia madre in legge B.giorno forniscono una bella piccola torta sorpresa che hanno fatto con amore. La piscina è bella e la camera deluxe è abbastanza grande da permettere a 4 persone in una camera . Raccomando questo hotel ."

"Old hotel but clean n in some rooms they hv change to new ac . What surprise me is that now if u ask fr extra pillow they will charge u fr 15.000/pillow . In every hotel that i stay there is always 1 extra pillow beside this hotel. Thats why now i seldom stay in this hotel whenever i am on business trip to bdg . Fasilitas dalam unit lengkap Unit-unit dilengkapi AC, dapur/kitchenette, kulkas, TV, peralatan dapur, mesin cuci, WiFi. Banyak pengunjung menyebut dapurnya bersih dan perlengkapannya memadai.  3. Pelayanan & keamanan memuaskan • Keamanan 24 jam.  • Petugas yang responsif, misalnya ketika tamu datang pagi dan menitip barang diperbolehkan.  • Kebersihan unit dan fasilitas cukup terjaga.  4. Ruangan yang lega & nyaman Untuk tipe 2 kamar tidur, kamar cukup luas dan nyaman bagi keluarga kecil (pengalaman keluarga 4 orang cocok).  5. Fasilitas tambahan & lingkungan pendukung • Ada fasilitas seperti parkir, rooftop, taman lingkungan, keamanan.  • Lokasi juga mendukung aktivitas sehari-hari: ada akses ke tempat belanja, keperluan umum terjangkau.  6. Nilai positif dari tamu Berdasarkan review dari Traveloka dan situs reservasi lainnya, rating apartemen ini cukup tinggi (di antara apartemen di sekitarnya) untuk aspek kenyamanan & lokasi."

"I've never met such a level of service and courtuosness in my life in the hotels. I was permitted to prolong my stay out of checkout time. They helped me with laundry and were willing to provide any service with the highest level of decency."

"L'Hotel Serena Bandung offre una posizione privilegiata, guadagnando una solida 5 stelle per la sua vicinanza alla stazione del treno Bandung. L'amicizia del personale è esemplificativa, contenendo altre 5 stelle per le loro chiare istruzioni e un'utile demo. Mentre il valore per denaro è decente per un hotel 2-star, il punteggio di 4 stelle, la pulizia e le strutture diminuiscono un po'. Con una classificazione di 3 stelle ciascuna, la pulizia può essere migliorata e le strutture, pur semplici, sono piuttosto mancanti, soprattutto con WiFi disponibile solo nel lobby. In generale, è una scelta conveniente con un servizio amichevole, ma potrebbe beneficiare di alcuni aggiornamenti."

"the room they gave me was a non smoking room with a connecting door connecting to the next room. however, the guests that night was a huge pain. they talked loudly, and smoked so much that my room smells so bad from the smokes. they kept talking until 3am+. i hope you ban those ******. people paid room to get rest. not to hear loud chattering until 3ish in the morning and smell cigs."

"It was BTC hotel but now has a new name and management. The bathroom is a bit dark and old but functional. The room is quite clean and actually I thought after so many years, maybe it would be broken here and there. But it’s much better than I expected."

"Very well located near Bandung's airport and Istana plaza mall and PASKAL. Good if you have a morning flight from Bandung city, since it is only 5 minutes away from the airport. They required 100K IDR upon check in as deposit. However, the room can be cleaner as I already inform to the staffs. And also, since you dont provide bottled water, then don't ever let the water dispenser in the hallway empty. You can do better..."
