Best hotel we chose in Bandung! Very nice location in paskal area. The room was very big with a unique layout, in fact we chose this hotel because of it. They provide 4 water bottle which was more than enough. The bathroom used a frosted glass, which was not blurring enough, so if you stayed with a friend or work colleague it might be a bit awkward. The breakfast area is located at 9th floor and has outdoor area. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

Overall the rooms were clean and quite big for a deluxe room type. But, the odor from toilet spreaded around the rooms, so made it uncomfortable to sleep as the toilet and shower rooms are not separated by solid doors. Plus, the beds and pillows were stiff and firms, and made me hard to sleep too. Other than that, the parking area is very small, especially for big car. Anyway, there’s free valet parking which you leave your car key to the hotel’s staffs. If you need to book an extra bes, do it fast as they have only 5 available in the hotel. I didn’t get mine since I book it the day I arrive at the hotel.

One word that I can say about this hotel is efficient. Everything about it was very direct without much fuss. The service was professional, prompt and to the point. They'll help you, they take care of your needs, and then they went away. The view at the restaurant (located at the very top of the building) is amazing. As for the room, I find it to be rather compact. But the way that they designed it is smart - to say the least. There were less partition so that it feels larger than it actually is. The bed was firm, the TV was a smart TV, and the bathroom has good water pressure. Just note because of the smart design they implement in the rooms - you don't get much privacy in the bathroom as it is open space concept. The only thing that covered you while showering or going to the toilet is the tainted glass the plastered all over the glass door, which to me is still slightly see through. Might be awkward if you have to share a room with siblings or work colleagues. The breakfast was varied, taste good, and come with a great view of Bandung in the morning. The space - again, as the rest of the hotel - is limited. So if you come at peak hours you might have to wait before somebody get up and leave their table. Overall, it is a nice efficient hotel that truly has decent quality for the price you pay.

It's such a great experiece with hotel santika pasir kaliki Bandung. I want to go back here, this hotel have a good view, good vibes, and excellent hospitality. All staf had a good services, especially guest relation officer Ersya, and receptionist Raihan, rizaldi...love it
