I was on trip from jakarta to bandung with my bike, then i decided to stay a night to this hotel, because the place looks very cool! But unfortunately there is lack of smiles/hospitality from the staff. Start from check in, dine in cafe (BUT THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD! Like it!) until check out from the security (ahh.. because i ride a bike i guess, but thats fine). The only one person smile was the girl at front desk when check out. Also the water from washbasin its stinky at first squeaks even the smells is faded after few minutes i dont think this is a good good things to not maintenance, because the place is cool you guys must balance from cover to inside the facility. Anyway i hope the staff more improve about hospitality or learn how to smile, Thanks in advance #106
