Hotel in zona TOKO GUNASALMA PANUMBANGAN, Ciamis Regency

Finora così buono.Non lamentarsi.La pulizia va bene.Il personale va bene.Per posizione non molto per noi.Siamo viaggiatori di famiglia con tre ragazzi.

Non male, secondo il prezzo. Ci è solo un'installazione, ma cosa fate se non potete usarla. La TV non si è spenta, mi sono lamentata, ma non ho controllato. Il wifi non è molto liscio, e per favore non perdere improvvisamente il potere, perché stiamo ancora facendo cose. Penso che anche i visitatori sapranno quando andare a controllare.

Horison tanikmalaya un bel hotel, buone linee di pulizia, servizio & comoda camera. Il signor Rifki, la signora Putri e il signor Feby sono così amichevole. Questo hotel con posizione strategica quindi consiglia per gli autobus e i viaggiatori. Ci rimaniamo così felici qui e la prossima volta sarò di nuovo

La mia prima volta che mi fermo in questa struttura, al Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya da oggi 15 Set al 18 Set 2023. Ho portato un bambino, 5 anni, con me che purtroppo è malato stamattina, e ha febbre. Questa pomeriggio, circa 3-4 pm, ho sentito un continuo rumore tratto da tavoli e sedie sopra la mia stanza. Poi ho imparato che sopra la mia stanza è una sala di funzioni. Il personale di banchetto ha trascinato tutto invece di sollevare quei dispositivi.Mio figlio è andato a letto da 7.00 pm a causa della sua medicina, e svegliato da una musica al vivo super alta venerdì sera che ha iniziato dalle 8:00 e il ricevitore ha detto che sarà fino alle 8:00 11:00. E ha anche detto che la musica vive anche in strada di Yudanegara accanto al tetto. Quindi, se si aspetta una sala di prova sonora per una solitudine, non scegliere questo hotel. Se volete unirvi alla folla notturna e festeggiare tutta la notte, questo hotel è adatto per voi. In realtà sono un tipo di questo hotel perché è un servizio molto nuovo, grande da FO e HSKP, (non provate il servizio e il prodotto FB ancora) e tutto funziona in ordine. La TV può fare il netflix e il youtube (televisore intelligente), e darei 5 stelle per queste cose... ma 1 stella per camera insonorizzata.

La stanza è molto polvere. Il wifi non funziona e abbiamo cercato di chiedere un piatto aggiuntivo perché l'hotel dà solo 2 piatto per un letto re per 2 persone, ma si rifiutano la nostra semplice richiesta, è la mia prima volta che l'hotel non ci dà un piatto aggiuntivo se necessario.Spero che il manager possa dare più lezione di ospite al personale.

So on this Eid Al-Fitr season, we went to my husband hometown in Tasikmalaya. And due to so many families coming around, we needed to book a hotel for us to stay for a couple of days. Since it was impossible for us to sleep in my in law’s house. So I started looking for a hotel last minute. And my in law said that they already booked their stay in Amaris so I thought that I’d like to book one in Amaris too. But unfortunately, only twin bed left in agoda and traveloka. So, I decided to call the hotel and ask for a room with double bed. When I said “call” I didn’t expect maximum hospitality since it’s only a 2 star hotel in a small city. But how surprised I was, that actually the staff in the reception area was so so kind. I mean really2 kind and friendly in answering my phone. And turned out they still had a room with double bed. And kept it for me while I was discussing it first with my husband of how many nights we would like to stay. And when I called them back, the other staff answered me and actually read a note which was left by the earlier staff about my reservation. And again, she answered me politely and so so kind. Again I was impressed! 🥺 Long story short, I booked the room for 3 nights during Eid Al-Fitr. By the time we get there, it was already night due to traffic because we’re from Bandung. So it was a late check in for us. But again unlike other hotel staff whom their friendliness decreasing when it’s already late, this hotel staff was so friendly and the check in process took only a minute. Since we were all tired, we wanted to sleep asap. And the staff seemed so attentive about it, and gave a smooth and fast check in and again, so so friendly. Really friendly if something really genuine you can tell from their faces. And the security was also super helpful and friendly. Though it was late. And offered us to bring our luggage to our room. Again, with friendly face and gesture 👏🏻 The room was spacious enough. Clean. No dust whatsoever. The amenities were enough for us three (my husband, my daughter, and I). And we got a room with city view. Which was also a plus. The hotel didn’t provide a phone at the room which I could totally understand reminding the star. But you can always order in room dining by messaging thru whatsapp number available. Or just simply order in the front office and they’ll gonna deliver the food to you. The price was reasonable for a hotel, so affordable. And the taste was great for a 2 star hotel 👍🏻 And the cleaning staff deserves a credit too. They were all so attentive (I mean all the staffs) so they knew that we were staying for 3 nights. And every morning around 8-9 am, they knocked our door (they didn’t have a bell) to ask what time we want our room cleaned. And they really cleaned it, super clean 👏🏻 So by the time we came back from my in law’s, our room was already clean and neat. The bed itself was quite comfy and spacious and they provided 4 pillows so wouldn’t be an issue if you’re travellin

Hotel freddo e adatto perché è ancora molto grasso ... Le camere sono spaziose e estetiche .. Il colazione è anche variabile Solo uno può essere necessario essere notato durante il colazione .. C'è un cibo finito che deve essere riempito immediatamente, in modo che gli altri ancora parte .. Gli altri sono molto bene .. Tks Alhambra..

best place buat yg transit istirahat dr perjalanan jauh. lokasi mudah ditemukan. ruangan cukup buat istirahat. kurangnya karena dipinggir jalan lintas cukup berisik dan cukup banyak suara yg masuk (obrolan orang diluar dll) dan ada insiden listrik padam kurang lebih 30 menitan. selebihnya puas sekali dengan staff hotel yg ramah serta kebersihan toilet nya oke sekalii
