Una sistemazione di viaggio molto soddisfacente. L'hotel ha un buon ambiente, circondato da montagne e fiumi, la vista del lago Qiandao + piscina dal balcone della camera, le montagne verdi e l'acqua blu, il cielo azzurro e le nuvole bianche, si completano a vicenda. L'accoglienza è stata molto buona. Ho scoperto che il preventivo online era più basso quel giorno e abbiamo aggiornato la nostra camera. Mia moglie era più soddisfatta. Il cameriere ha un buon atteggiamento, consegna frutta ogni giorno e la stanza è ordinata.

Lo scenario dell'hotel non ha davvero nulla da dire, mi sembra di essere tornato a Bali per le vacanze. Grazie alla zia domestica, ha sentito un piccolo colpo di calore il giorno del check-in. Ha dato acqua a Huoxiang Zhengqi molto intimamente e si è divertita per 2 giorni.

It was wonderful stay! We booked a standard room with garden view and even this one was comfy and spacious. Breakfast is rich, beautiful view to the lake from the restaurant. Another pleasure was outdoor swimming pools, which make you feel like in Sanya or Thailand.

Nice hotel and amazing views of the lake. Good breakfast, but I would have liked some better mixture of Western and Eastern choices. Swimming pools and gym looked nice, but we didn’t use them. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

The hotel is excellent. Amazing view and the staff are very nice. They worked hard to help us find fun excursions. I’m very happy, I picked this hotel.

1. Wrong room allocation, no balcony, it took us more than half hour to clarify 2. Refridgerator did not work, they tried to repair but it still did not work, brought a new fridge in the next morning, we put our drinks in and went out, in the evening our drinks had been hot, the fridge was heating instead of cooling, they again changed the fridge. 3. They made the bed every day and ecchanged the towels, but did clean the glasses, coffee cups and the table. 4. A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

We were really impressed with this hotel. It is in a fantastic location- lovely lake views and right next to the main wharf. The facilities are excellent and there is a good range of food at breakfast, including cereals and pastries. Staff do not speak English but will do their best to help. We would stay again.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time .

Good location close to lots of point of interest. Good view from room balcony. One of the room is leaking water, carpet is always wet you able to see clear water marks.

Wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, the stuff is friendly. The views are charming.
