The staff who I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and every think in the room worked. The complimentary breakfast was excellent the dining room was clean and well arranged. I would stay at the Ayres Hotel again in the future. I think $200 for one night was a bit much, but that is what it is.

Stanza confortevole (n. 314), grande, con due comodi letti matrimoniali. Anche il bagno molto grande. Poiché c'era solo un cucinino, ci hanno hanno dato prontamente un fornelletto elettrico e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Unico neo della stanza la moquette purtroppo molto vecchia e sporca. Le nostre richieste (cambio salviette, carta igienica...) sono state subito esaudite. Personale molto gentile. Comodo a fianco dell'albergo il supermercato Manolo, con prodotti cucinati di ottima qualità. Chula Vista non è il massimo della comodità per la maggior parte delle attrazioni di San Diego, ma con l'auto si riescono a raggiungere abbastanza facilmente.

My stay here at the Comfort Inn has been a very relaxing and enjoyable one for me and my family. We were given lodging at the Comfort Inn due to the severe flood damage that happened in January taking away our whole lives work and sentimental personal items. It has been a easy transition here the whole staff and management have been curtious amicable friendly and professional. We got close with all the staff and became a new part of my family and I will miss them but I will also come back and say hello. Shout out to Manager Reina, Supervisor Norlyn, Staff: Alexis, Alicia, Rocio, Erendira, Verenice, Magadelena, Steve, Art (Arturo), Maintenance guys Ramon and Manuel.

Tutto era bene, tranne che non puliscano i pavimenti della stanza. I miei piedi erano neri dopo aver camminato in giro! L'intera permanenza. Era completamente grosso. Ho dovuto indossare calze tutto il tempo. Le scale e le scale potevano anche usare un buon lavaggio di energia. Anche la stanza doveva essere accessibile... Ma dovevi scendere su le scale per arrivare in camera, quindi non so come possono chiamare la stanza accessibile.

New hotel in a residential and business area that is currently under construction. Lots of great restaurants, a brewery, and shopping centers within 5 mins drive. The breakfast spread was the best out of any Residence Inns and compatible hotels - individually wrapped biscuit sandwiches, yogurt, pancakes - which was very convenient for packing lunches for the nearby theme parks. Love that Sesame Place is less than a 10 minutes away. they also put out cookies, fruit and juices in the lobby depending on what time of the day it is. customer service was also top notch as we had an issue with an upgrade request but resolved within 3 emails from the GM Miguel with the best possible outcome. this will be our go-to hotel for future visits in the CV area!

Quindi, per cominciare, l'orario di check-in è alle 15:00, mi sono presentato alle 16:15, venite a scoprire che non c'erano camere pronte fino a 1 ora e mezza dopo e a quanto pare, io e il mio ragazzo non eravamo il l'unico che ha avuto a che fare con questo. È stato sicuramente un inconveniente, tuttavia hanno offerto un check-out successivo alle 14:00, quindi abbiamo preso quello che potevamo. Ora, per quanto riguarda l'hotel stesso, era molto, molto pulito! Non ci sono state lamentele a tal fine, bellissimo! A parte avere una camera in ritardo, l'hotel ha soddisfatto entrambe le nostre esigenze. Lo consiglieremo sicuramente e ci torneremo.

L'hotel era in una buona posizione e un hotel nuovo. Le cose che non mi piacevano erano le formiche in camera.. e la hall aveva un odore terribile.. Vorrei anche che avessero una scelta migliore con la colazione al sacco

I was a bit hesitant at first, but I grew to appreciate the hotel over the four night stay recently. The front desk staff are eager to accommodate and friendly, as are all the staff. So onto the specifics: Area: Loved Chula Vista! Felt safe walking around day or night, lots of amenities nearby (7-Eleven next door, mall, restaurants, AMC theatre within walking distance) and easy to get to off of the I-5. It's a hotel in a neighbourhood, so it felt more personable than perhaps a larger chain hotel in downtown San Diego. Room: 2106, facing away from the main road on the second floor, which made it nice and quiet (noisy neighbours in 2107 and above in 3106 aside!). Good storage space, clean, quiet and efficient A/C unit, good water pressure and temp. Bed was comfy, but might be a bit soft for some. A few minor points to note: the toilet seat needed tightening, the cable didn't seem to work (not a big deal, I had my books), and the bathroom sink backed up a few times the first few days, but this was rectified after mentioning it to the Front Desk. Housekeeping: overall, excellent. Extremely minor things were missed each day, but nothing worth calling out, and the ladies were lovely. Room was always clean and fresh, and happy to tip each day. Parking: a bit nervous parking in the exposed front lot, but no issues during our stay with any vehicle, including those parked in the back. Breakfast: Totally worth the $10! Scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns, cereal, coffee, tea, orange juice, etc. Was more than happy to tip each day. Staff: great! Everyone was friendly and happy to help, answer questions, and address concerns (like my noisy neighbours and plumbing events). Would definitely recommend if you're not fixated on being right in San Diego.
