La notte prima di andare a controllare, ero seduto in sedia a tavola e si e' completamente crollato e si e' rotto, perché mi facevo male, ho aspettato che mio marito tornasse in ufficio, così poteva dire che il telefono della stanza non funzionava e la mia caviglia. Ho fatto male troppo male, camminato lì quando l'hai fatto tornare. Ero a letto e non ho avuto l'opportunità di informare mio marito o l'ufficio al riguardo, quindi quando siamo andati a controllare in quel momento mi aveva sbagliato la mente e non abbiamo avuto il nostro deposito di nuovo per una sedia che era già rotto nel loro stabilimento non era colpa nostra che la sedia si fosse separata, ovviamente era già rotta o era già stata messe insieme senza attenzione per farsi male a qualcuno completamente insoddisfatto e sarebbe stato come il nostro deposito indietro più sicuro

I'm giving the Pier South Resort 5 stars, even though there were some issues with their restaurant. I feel like any company can make a mistake, but pay attention to how they resolve it for you. The hotel is very nice with stunning ocean views, and the staff members all were very friendly. Great location - many places of interest are within walking distance. We paid extra for a room with a balcony and ocean view. On the dates we were there, happy hour with drinks and appetizers were served on the rooftop lounge, we just needed to show our room key. On our last morning, we planned to have breakfast on the balcony in our room, watching the ocean. We called the in-room dining number 3 different times between 8:45am and 9am, but the phone was never answered. We called the front desk at 9am and they had room service call us back. Room service said that they were understaffed and we should call back in 90 minutes to place our order. Call back at 10:30am to order breakfast when checkout is 11am?! We only wanted a bagel and yogurt parfait, but I suppose if there is nobody there to bring the food, then it doesn't matter how simple the order was going to be. The room, parking and resort fees made this a very expensive stay, so not being able to enjoy it in the way we planned was very disappointing. On prior day we did eat at the restaurant, then after we finished, waited over 10 minutes for our check and after we said we were going to charge it to the room, that took another 10 minutes. Again, the restaurant Toasted was probably understaffed. I understand that is a common issue with many companies, but keep in mind that this is an expensive resort with expensive fees. I discussed our concerns with management, and received an apology along with a satisfactory resolution. We will try Pier South again someday, but at this time I cannot even say whether or not they actually offer room service.
