No air-conditioned, No housekeeping

Lovely stay. Staff kind and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Great location for me. Overall stay was as you’d expect. I stay in a lot of PI for work and I have to say the stuff at this site were much more engaging and positive than at another’s I have stayed. Thank you.

It would have been a higher rating but for the fool who thought it a good idea to throw a party in the room next door at 1am. Despite my complaint there was still no “goodnight sleep refund” as per their blurb. I enjoyed the quietness of the hotel the other days and the hotel is excellent for the location. There is a walk through the woods opposite to the beach which takes about half an hour through a nature reserve. I ate in the restaurant most evenings, which was fine but not stunning. Why offer a guarantee and then not pay out???

Friendly welcome, helpful staff. Room, bed and bathroom were spotless with everything you could need for your stay (TV, Wi-fi, Tea + coffee, hairdryer etc) Best nights sleep on comfortable mattress and topper. Free parking for 24 hrs, a big plus.

Stayed for 2 nights for a short break, 2 adults and 3 kids. This hotel has interconnecting rooms and staff were helpful on the phone confirming availability and then allocating the rooms to our booking. We had rooms 52 and 54 on the ground floor. Rooms comfortable and clean, check in and parking easy. On the ground floor you do get some noise from the rooms above, and as the weather was warm the room was quite hot and no air con but the fan was useful. However no noise from outside the hotel even with the windows open overnight. We had breakfast on our second morning, absolutely packed with people queuing but staff working hard to get people to tables. We hadn’t booked so sat in the bar area. Great value as kids eat free. Definitely book if you know you want breakfast. Second night there we got a deliveroo food order to the hotel no issues, plus drinks and takeaway pizzas for the kids from the restaurant next door which is handy but unfortunately cannot recommend the pizzas. Rest of the food there might be better. Great location for the south coast and new forest. Would definitely stay again.

Despite the bed being comfy, the room was disgusting. Dirty and in desperate need of refurbishment. Do not stay here expecting it to be at the normal Premier Inn standard, it is nowhere near! I was booked in for 2 nights but left after one. No instructions on how to contact someone if there are issues.
