"The hotel is located very nicely at the airport. We only need to walk 5 minutes to the check-in area. The hotel is also in front of the bus station going to the city center (~30min), and adjacent to the parking spots for the car rental. Hence, the logistic if you are travelling with car rental and have to leave early morning is just perfect.
Novotel chain hotel quality is already well known for their international standard, and even though the hotel is located very near to the airport runway, the room is very quite."

"The hotel is right in the center of town, not a bad restaurant downstairs. The room had an iron, hairdryer, a few towels, bath amenities and even a fridge. Unfortunately my adapters did not work, but the reception gave me two adapters for the duration of my stay."

"We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel as it has everything we need - microwave, plates, utensils, and toilet is spacious. The receiption even gave us welcome brownies! It’s so nice of them. One thing is - it would be great if there’s a plug under the work desk. There’s no plug around there, so I need to move around for charging. Maybe can resolve by plug extension, it’s not a biggy! It’s walking distance to pak n save, we did that! And next to botanic garden :)"

"La casa 🏠 è molto antica, la famiglia del negozio è molto buona, molto amichevole, la famiglia è bella e elegante, e ogni angolo è molto caratteristico.Il cielo è freddo, il bagno ha un giardino speciale per il riscaldamento.L'esperienza è molto buona!"

"진짜 최고의 숙소입니다~
주방에 기본 조리도구가 다 있고, 숙소에 개별적으로 사용가능한 식기세트와 전기포터, 토스터기 등이 구비되어 있어서 너무 편리했습니다.
숙소는 방2개로 구분되어 있었는데 저희 3가족이 모두 사용 가능했고, 침대 매트리스가 조금 꺼져 있어서 아쉽지만 침구는 깨끗하고 벌레도 없었습니다.
근처에 도보로 10분 내에 대형마트가 있고, 체크아ㅁ웃 이후에 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 좋았습니다~"

"We booked at least a month in advance and requested an EV charger park. They had no parking available at all onsite when we arrived (EV or other parking) and had not considered to let us know this, so parking in town was an issue each night.
Our room was also not serviced on our first day, despite us asking at the service desk that afternoon.
The room was well appointed, spacious, very clean, tidy and quiet.
We would recommend the room, but if you need parking, it would pay to call them in advance."

"La posizione era buona, abbastanza vicina al centro della città, ma non nel centro!
Abbiamo trovato il bagno di doccia insafe per usarlo come doccia.. era molto alto per passare, ingiustificato per stare in piedi e estremamente slippery. Il mio partner sliped e leggermente cadde, che era un richiamo. Un matto non slip sarebbe stato utile in futuro.
Non c'è che non ci sia stato svegliato da un gran bel crocifisso per tutta la notte, ma non molto l'hotel può fare su questo tanto di una nota laterale."

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters).
There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall.
I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience."

I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

UUtente ospiteWhen I arrived I was told I had an upstairs unit. Unfortunately I had a lot of luggage. Changing to a lower level was not possible. But an offer was made to assist me with the luggage.
I drove towards the unit and there is no available parking close by. I drove back to the front desk and explained my problem. They told me that they could move a car to allow me to park. One of the staff followed me back and took care of finding a space and also delivering a cone so that I could hold the space when I went out to dinner. He also came back to help with the luggage. So great staff! But the lack of parking (because they let people leave their cars there when they fly) would make me reconsider staying again.
I’d booked an Economy studio and was given an Economy two bedroom. Unit was a blend of older and newer features. Bathroom was updated but shower stall looked older and not as clean. Good water pressure.
Ordered breakfast at the on-site Restaurant. The waffles with berry compote & lemon curd was a large portion but very tasty. Great coffee.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests).
But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier.
Mr. Sui Beng Teh, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review!
He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry.
Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like ****** and being forgetful on our own properties.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato una camera di famiglia, che era suddivisa in due piani dove il livello superiore aveva il letto grande e il livello inferiore aveva i letti gemelli, che funzionavano bene per i viaggiatori anziani. La cucina era ben attrezzata con un lavastoviglie e una catena di range. Vorrei che avessero fornito il ghiaccio. L'unico grande svantaggio era la situazione di parcheggio dove, nonostante avesse un grande parcheggio, si prelevano NZ$20+ extra per parcheggio overnight.

PPei ChiExcept there's a stain on my bedsheet, the hotel is a great to stay in as it's spacious and other parts of rooms and toilets are clean. 15min walk to Bontanic gardens or to Riverside market and a ****** just opposite.. Was greeted warming by the staffs n a breeze to check in. It's worth for a long stay where all amenities are provided, especially love their Huia series.
Just to note the towels are changed every 3 days but u can have it changed upon request for environmental friendly purposes.

JJen HowdenThe location was perfect for the event we attended. We could park at the hotal and then walk. The aoartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We were greeted in a friendly way at reception and no issues with our booking through an agency. The restaurant on the ground floor offered free room service wich was a bonus.

LLouis ConnorWe were running late and were going to miss the advertised check-in time, so I called ahead to find out what to do. Although no-one answered the phone, we were informed by the automated answerphone that if you missed check-in, they would leave your keys to your room in a lock-box outside reception. This is a major plus for travellers as it can be so hard to execute your travel plans to schedule!
The facilities in The Lodge, where we were staying were mostly communal and hostel-like - people seemed to hang around in hallways. For some this could be a great way to socialise or otherwise intimidating. These communal areas were slightly untidy and unclean. We stayed in a room with en-suite facilities. It was very basic with two large twin beds pushed together to make a King-sized bed. The shower temperature fluctuated massively but we had a comfortable stay.
We did not eat on-site as we found it to be overpriced but we did notice that there was a wide range of social events such as a pub quiz which would have been super fun if we had more time!
