Hotel in zona Pomnik Żołnierzy Polskich, Chorzow

Il weekend scorso sono rimasto in questo hotel per 2 notti. La posizione era molto buona. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto carini e di aiuto. Il colazione e il ristorante sono sicuramente raccomandati. Hanno un sacco di cibo vario e abbastanza scelta per tutti. La stanza era molto grande e così pulita si poteva mangiare dal pavimento :). La stanza è anche completamente attrezzata e le letti sono super comodi! Ci sono abbastanza parcheggio nel parcheggio sotto l'hotel. Buona relazione qualità/prezzo. Devo essere a Katowice di nuovo presto e rimarrò certamente in questo hotel di nuovo. Devo consigliare questo hotel a tutti. (Vin)

Meraviglioso hotel in centro a Katowice, ottimo per visitare la città. Personale cortese, stanza pulita e molto attrezzata con una vista unica. Letto comodissimo. Non abbiamo provato al colazione nè il ristorante. Tornerei sicuramente

Phenomenal service is a central hotel. The hotel was located on a main ***** of bars, couldn’t have been in a better position. We arrived during a snow storm, the hotel had Xmas songs playing with a blow up snowman outside, it really set the mood for Christmas! The receptionist was very polite and offered great information of the area and local food to etc. The bedroom was very clean and offered everything we needed. With being on a main ***** of bars, I was worried about noice as I’m a light sleeper, except my friends snoring.. the hotel offered great sound proofing and this was never an issue. If I visit Katowice again, I will for sure be using this hotel. Thank you to all the staff!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato collegato a visite di parenti e amici e sono stato in questo hotel per la prossima volta, oltre alle circostanze appena dopo l'apertura al COVID-19. E' molto soddisfatto sia delle strutture che del servizio. Tornerò il prima possibile. L'hotel ha una posizione che ci segue, vicino alle principali città della guerra.Slski e il parco tra Katowice, Chorzów e Siemianowice. Vicino all'unico in questa provincia dello zoo, del Planetarium e della Città felice.

Ho trascorso un periodo abbastanza lungo in questo Hotel ben posizionato, che ha offerta di servizi adeguata, camere confortevoli e pulite. Il servizio ristorante offre una varietà di piatti dal semplice hamburger, anche per vegani a gustosi secondi piatti di carne e pesce, ottime le zuppe. Al ristorante il servizio è sempre ben realizzatori cordialità da Tomas Gracze.

Sono stato a visitare la mia famiglia per qualche giorno, l'hotel è vicino, quindi è perfetto. La colazione è stata molto deliziosa e ben preparata ogni giorno. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Non riesco a cucinare.

This is a basic IBIS hotel, one would expected! However, conventionally located in the center of the city. Rooms are small but ok, bath very basic. My room was facing a gas station. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices, I liked the breads and the cakes! Coffee machine takes forever and one have to queue! Therefore, I found it rather surprising that the hotel staff get their coffee during the breakfast hours too and don’t care that this means even longer waiting time for the guests. We had there our lunch, typical Polish dishes once. The food was very yummy! One need to book the lunch in advance! My room was very dusty and bath dirty and floor covered in hair.! I mentioned this at the desk and got a very saucy response that “sometimes the hair do not stick to the mop” - that left me speechless! Another day,I asked a senior staff if my room could be vacuumed (I addressed her in English as most of the staff speaks English well, and my Polish is rather poor]. She snapped at me that I have to speak Polish with her! I got literally scolded for not speaking Polish! That person remained every hostile during my whole stay! I wasn’t even greeted! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior! Many of the staff members are very friendly (e.g. the young man or the young lady at the desk) but many are super unfriendly and simple give a sh... whether the guests feel welcomed e.g. This is something for the management to look into.

Ci sono stato due notti per lavoro. Hotel situato in una posizione un po' nascosta. Il taxista si è fermato duecento metri prima. La strada di accesso è tutta rotta e piena di buche. L'ingresso è con una scalinata, poi la reception è bella. Ci sono tornato dopo oltre 7 anni, quando il locale era ancora in costruzione. La camera è spartana, ma non manca nulla. Wifi free senza password. Tutto comunque pulito. Servizio di reception H24. Buffet colazione abbastanza ampio. Hotel comunque economico.

Bardzo dobry Hotel w standardzie ***. Na Google zasłużone 4,5. Czysto, pachnąco, pokój dwuosobowy lux bardzo przestronny, de facto dwa pomieszczenia, sypialnia i pokój dzienny. Osobno kanapa i fotel w części telewizyjnej. Duży plus za biurko i fotel biurowy. Do tego lodówka, czajnik z zapasem herbaty i kawy. Szafa na ubrania i wieszak z lustrem. Klimatyzacja. Otwierane okna. Przestronna łazienka z wanna z jacuzzi, do tego umywalka, wc, suszarka. Przestronna restauracja, smaczne i obfite śniadania. Dania Ala carte smaczne i ładnie podane. Ceny - na poziomie średnim przedział (40 - 80) za danie. Przestronny parking Minusy - trochę zużyte meble, niewygodny zużyty materac.

Arrivati in tarda serata, usciti dall'aeroporto a circa 500m a piedi. La hall è spaziosa è la sensazione è di un capannone industriale. Check in veloce. Il bancone funge anche da bar. Un montacarichi rosso funge da ascensore. Stanze ampie e pulite, dotate di kit asciugamani. Letti spaziosi e comodi. TV e frigo bar. Buono il bagno con doccia grande. Colazione a buffet varia dal dolce al salato al costo di €10.
