我是和老婆過來避暑的，入住總體感受非常好，一定會帶家人一起再來的
先説温度，温度真的比山下涼快很多，雖然也有太陽，但是有風，吹着很舒服。
然後是服務，店員態度都很好，因為淡季人少加上我們有需求，幫我們升級了房型，下車的時候還來給了一把太陽傘；還給我們提供了遊玩攻略；我們自己買了西瓜，沒帶水果刀，店員還幫我們切了送到房間來，真的一系列的服務很到位，非常滿意。
最後是房間環境，房間是我入住的比較乾淨的了，看細節也能看的出來，設計也比較簡約但是不失精緻的風格，加上在一個避暑度假山莊裡，環境也很好，晚上很適合散步，很涼快。
我們就來玩兩天，但是真有種不想走的感覺，總之體驗感非常不錯。

GGaryWe stayed at The Regent for two nights and are very happy with the experience. At check-on, June and Nicole were patient with our inefficient Putonghua while introducing hotel services and facilities in details such as pool's open hour, whether swimming cap is included and the complimentary mini bar and laundry etc. The hotel is beautifully designed with dark wood rendering a sense of serenity and elegance. Our rooms enjoy captivating views of the river and Hongya Dong. The interior of the room aligns the design of the hotel with aesthetic details such as red tissue box, red stationery box, collateral with soft floral illustration. The bed is very comfortable, the firmness of the mattress is just rigjt.The hotel offers a range of amenities for our convenience which is thoughtful. The complimentary mini bar included soft drinks, white wine, beer and snacks, a very nice offerings..Each room received complimentary laundry of 3 pieces of basic garment which suit our needs. We enjoyed the complimentary special bath as well, rose bath and lemon bath, it is a fantastic gesture. We had breakfast at the Lounge, the buffet quality and selection were wonderful. The Chongqing XiaoMian was the star. The local breakfast specialities and the western choices were all tasty including the fried mackeral, steamed dim sum and the fresh salad. The hotel pool is nice, it is 25m and is indoor. The Regent is located in the financial district, adjacent to a shopping mall. There is a good variety of restaurants and local stores. The Concierge team is friendly and helpful I was not able to catch the team member's name but he has assisted us with our luggages and saw us off with a sincere smile. We had a very memorable stay!

UUtente ospiteI have only positive things to say about this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Chongqing, especially those who want to explore the Shapingba area and/or be close to the Shapingba train station. It's about a 10 minute Didi/taxi ride away which made my commute really easy. I highly, highly encourage anyone to stay at this hotel!
1. It is newly opened (I believe October-December of 2024) and so it is very clean. It literally sparkles! Housekeeping is really good at keeping the room neat and tidy, which you can see from my pictures. I felt very comfortable staying there and of course, the decor was very nice! There is no smoke smell in the room due to it being newly opened.
2. It is a very quiet hotel. It is only one floor (floor 1 is technically the second floor on top of the lobby) to my knowledge and the other guests are pretty quiet.
3. The laundry room is extremely nice. It is very clean (no moldy smell) and the washer and dryer are separate, so it is very effective. There are two washers and two dryers and they provide laundry detergent and also an antibacterial wash if you need it. The laundry room is on the third floor and requires taking a different elevator to get there. Furthermore, the laundry room is in the same room as the gym but there isn't any heavy laundry smell that will disrupt your workout. There are also sinks, an ironing board, and a steamer (if I recall correctly) in the laundry room for all of your needs! The laundry machines are also quite advanced in the sense that you can adjust the temperature if you want; for example, I dried my clothes on low heat. Basically, all of the amenities are nice.
4. Finally, I have to say that the service provided by this hotel is top-notch. You can communicate all of your questions and such to them on WeChat and they reply promptly and so nicely. I checked out at around noon and a few hours later, while en route to my next destination via train, I texted them asking if they had seen a charger or anything of the sort left in the room as I had this feeling that I'd forgotten something. Not only did they reply immediately, but they even sent pictures of additional things that I'd forgotten, such as my slippers, that I didn't even think of. They helped to arrange a kuaidi (courier) to deliver my forgotten items to my next hotel and even helped arrange for express delivery so I could get it as soon as possible. They didn't charge any extra fees for this; all I did was pay the delivery fee for the courier. And when I couldn't track the progress of my order (just foreigner things), they sent me screenshots every time I asked for updates. Another time they helped me out was when I took the wrong elevator and was having trouble getting back up to my floor; I contacted them on WeChat and someone came to help me right away and explain what to do!
This is a truly wonderful hotel with really caring staff. I highly recommend staying here!

VViaggio, ergo esploroPosto al 24 piano nei pressi della linea metropolitana ed a 5 minuti a piedi dal famoso Hongyadong e dalla funivia panoramica che attraversa la riva del fiume Yangtze. La mia camera era priva di finestre ma vi ho trascorso solo il tempo per dormire. Una scelta comoda per ubicazione.

SShahuhudexiaoyuLa posizione è imbattibile, appena sopra Bayi Food Street, e proprio accanto al cancello c'è Cha Yan Yue Se, che è aperto fino a mezzanotte, il che è molto comodo. Tuttavia, il negozio di prodotti russi di fronte è troppo rumoroso e la stessa musica di sottofondo viene riprodotta più e più volte. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, c'erano molte persone in coda alla reception. Vorremmo ringraziare Evan, il personale della reception, per aver aperto uno sportello separato all'interno, così da poter effettuare rapidamente il check-in e riposare in camera. La stanza che ho prenotato era di livello superiore, più grande. Il divano e il tavolo rotondo erano molto utili, il materasso e i cuscini erano comodi e il piccolo frigorifero aveva un buon effetto rinfrescante. L'unico lato negativo era che l'aria condizionata non poteva essere regolata, quindi faceva un po' caldo quando dormivo di notte. La colazione è al 29° piano, dove si può vedere Jiefangbei sotto. È anche un bar di notte. Peccato che la colazione sia un po' semplice, più o meno allo stesso livello dell'All Seasons. In breve, questo hotel è molto adatto per viaggiare a Chongqing. Le camere sono sufficienti e non è lontano da nessun posto.

MMarta.TagBellissima struttura, la nostra camera al 40esimo piano aveva una vista pazzesca sulla città.
Molto comodo avere lavatrice e asciugatrice in camera, inoltre l’asciugacapelli Dyson una vera chicca.
Abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare la struttura inizialmente, in quanto l’hotel si trova all’interno di un grattacielo dove ci sono altri hotel e all’esterno non è indicato.
Lo indicherei meglio, per il resto tutto perfetto.
Anche la colazione è molto varia e buona.

房間內的環境整潔，風格温馨，彰顯簡約美學，我這個户型包含投影儀，可以靈活選擇直播電視或者手機投屏。房間裏的小冰櫃可以放一些買了的水果或者飲料。電水壺燒一壺水，泡一杯茶，也很舒適（紅茶/烏龍茶）
洗浴室乾濕分離，智能馬桶，體驗下來感覺很好。洗衣房也比較便利吧，有兩台在，我感覺是每次都可以用到，沒有想象中要排隊這樣。
服務上：服務人員真的很好！溝通高效，服務周到恰當！微信溝通反饋及時，超級好的服務！
最後如果是想要逛熱門景點，這家就在解放碑附近，去洪崖洞，長江索道，雲端之眼（就在樓上）來福士……都比較方便的，交通通達度高！酒店窗外望去，江景繽紛，遊輪逶迤推撫波瀾起，加之夜晚明朗多彩的摩天大廈夜景，真的好看！

Avevo una stanza all'ultimo piano.
Il bagno è molto stretto e in mezzo alla stanza.
Inoltre, la hall si trovava al terzo piano perché nell'edificio c'erano diversi hotel. Molto confuso.
Gli ascensori sono molto lenti e l'intero hotel sembra un po' trascurato.
Le pareti sono molto sottili, quindi si sente il russare dei vicini.
La colazione è solo cinese.

La disposizione della camera era ragionevole, la vista sul fiume dalla finestra era stupenda, la qualità della colazione era molto buona e anche la palestra e la piscina erano di alta qualità. È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile e ci tornerò la prossima volta che verrò a Chongqing.

SSEOYEONLa camera era davvero, davvero bella. La posizione era vicina al faro di Hongya e alle principali attrazioni turistiche. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo era ottimo. La vista era fantastica perché si trovava a un piano alto. Temevo che l'aria condizionata non fosse fresca perché era un duplex, ma è andata benissimo. Voglio assolutamente tornare in questo hotel.
