The hotel’s location was perfect. 10 -15 mins comfortable walk to shibati and hongyadong. 2 mins walk to subway. Less than 5 mins walk to Bayi food street.
The service was perfect. Upon check in , staff will encourage you to add them on we chat for easy communication. Response was quick. Example: I asked for the nearest exit to our hotel and also for their number to order food delivery.
Room is clean and very comfortable. Not noisy as I thought it would be despite hotel smack in the centre of many attractions and huge human traffic.
Downside , lift movement is super slow.

Ho avuto la camera concept, che era così bella e all'avanguardia, con una vista incredibile di notte, il letto era così comodo, ma la parte migliore di questo hotel è stato lo staff, sono così gentili e disponibili, ho quasi perso il treno delle 7 del mattino ma lo staff ha fatto di tutto per mettere una sveglia alle 4 del mattino e controllare se mi fossi svegliato o meno, il che è stato super carino

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Sebbene questo hotel sia a una certa distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana più vicina, è raggiungibile a piedi. Essendo nella zona di Jiefangbei, è vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni della città di Chongqing. Ci sono ristoranti e minimarket molto vicini.
Il residence è molto ben arredato ed è quasi lussuoso. Le finiture sono buone e non ho notato segni di usura visibili, il che non sorprende per un nuovo sviluppo. C'è tuttavia un persistente sentore di fumo di sigaretta, che a volte ti insinua. Non è un problema per me, ma sicuramente un fastidio.
Il servizio era eccezionale: il personale della reception era davvero cordiale e non ho trovato alcun difetto. Lo consiglierò.

Mi sono sentito un po' deluso quando sono entrato il primo giorno. Non mi sentivo molto raffinato. Il WiFi era molto lento Quando veniva messa l'acqua nella vasca, non c'era acqua calda per altre persone che facevano il bagno contemporaneamente . Dato che ci sono molti hotel contemporaneamente in tutto l'edificio, devi andare più volte all'ascensore.
Ma dopo aver soggiornato per 4 giorni, ho iniziato a sentirmi come se fossi a casa, e l'aria condizionata era più che sufficiente. Me ne sono andato, ma mi manca ancora un po' la vicinanza a Chaotianmen. Ci sono 2 bagni, comodi per raggiungere i punti panoramici, e il parcheggio è molto pulito. Forse verrà di nuovo la prossima volta. Mi manca Chongqing

I servizi entusiasti dei dirigenti mi hanno sempre prestato attenzione alle esigenze di servizio in diversi momenti, fornendo consigli intime e aiutando a implementare i dettagli, e mi hanno fatto sembrare di tornare a casa calda. L'ambiente di Zhuan Village è ovviamente un Kung Fu. Qualunque sia il giardino di artifici, il giardino di scena, il lago di Zhuan, il prato e così via, hanno tutte le caratteristiche e sono stati fatti un passo dopo l'altro.Se stai cercando un posto dove la tua anima può sospirare, questa gente è assolutamente la scelta!

UUtente ospiteJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

UUtente ospiteLocation was great. Right next to the metro station, although the entrance is a little hard to find the first time. Very close to a lot of the main attractions. I had a river view and it was great, but a weird choice - the large window is in the bathroom. You can barely see it from the room itself, but when you're on the toilet you're on full view to the world unless you close the curtains.
However, I was pretty disappointed by this hotel. From most of the other reviews, you get the impression this is newly renovated and very clean. It's not. There's black mould all around the sink and on the wallpaper behind the sink. There's orange mould in the shower, the grout work in the shower is badly cracked and missing in places, so who knows how much leaks to the floor below. There's weird stains on the curtains. As a guy with very short hair, travelling alone, when I find several long black hairs on the floor, I know they're not mine and the place wasn't cleaned properly. They charge 30元 to use slippers, so I decided to use my socks. Bad decision. Within a day, they were the dirtiest I've ever seen socks. The projector (right above the bed) has so much dust on it, it's obviously never been cleaned since it was installed. The place is well overdue a deep clean.
But that's not even the worst of it. Fundamentally, there is no sound proofing at all in this hotel. The room door allows quite a lot of light in from outside, so obviously it's not going to be very soundproof. But this was BY FAR the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. People getting food deliveries at gone midnight the first night, the second night was relatively quiet. The third night, starting at midnight the couple next door were ”enjoying themselves” and you could hear everything. I presume so could reception, as there was loud music coming from that direction but I didn't go out to investigate. That stopped at 12:30, and a bit later so did the music, and then at 1am, that same guy started watching TV very loudly. At 1:20 I sent a message to the ”24-hour front desk” Wechat to complain. That didn't get answered until 8:30 the next day, when I got a terse message basically saying ”well done! you handled that well.” What I'd done was at 1:35 when reception still hadn't done anything, I knocked on the door and asked him to turn it down. The next night, he was at it again - TV until 2am, but a bit quieter this time, but there was still no sleep opportunity because the room next door was watching TV until 4am. And just to make sure you can't catch up sleep in the morning, the cleaning Ayi starts banging around at 9am. Remember, you can hear absolutely everything anyone is doing in this place. The wifi is right above the bed too, and has bright lights on all the time.
Oh, and facilities. I chose this hotel over others in Chongqing because it advertised guest laundry. I asked about that - she said it was on floor 31. Well the lift that services the hotel doesn't go to floor 31, so you have to go all the way down to ground floor and catch a different lift back up again. When I got there, it seemed to be a music recording studio or something, not a hotel, and they were very surprised a hotel was sending anyone there. When I explained some more, eventually he showed me to the room with a washing machine - but it was just that - a basic washing machine, with no drying facilities, no space to dry things, and seemingly they weren't really sure if I was allowed to use it, so in the end I didn't bother and had to re-use clothes for a second day during my stay in Chongqing.
As I said, the location is great, but there are several other hotels in this building, each having a floor. Personally, I'd try any of them before this one.

UUtente anonimoabbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la prima tappa del nostro viaggio e ci è piaciuto così tanto che lo abbiamo prenotato di nuovo per l'ultima tappa prima di ripartire. tutto il personale è davvero cordiale e ci è sembrato di tornare a casa quando abbiamo fatto il check-in. grazie 小黄 per aver fatto uno sforzo in più per aiutarci a lavare i nostri vestiti di notte perché stavamo finendo quelli puliti. per vostra informazione durante la prima tappa abbiamo lasciato i nostri vestiti alla reception la mattina e li abbiamo potuti riprendere la sera! un ulteriore vantaggio perché non dobbiamo lavare i panni da soli! sono anche molto reattivi su wechat e ci hanno aiutato a sistemare tutte le nostre camere sullo stesso piano, vicine le une alle altre. mi piace che ci sia un'area comune dove possiamo aspettarci a vicenda, prendere degli spuntini e delle bevande (disponibili per qualsiasi ospite). anche la posizione è buona, non dovete preoccuparvi, avrete fame ed è vicino a molte attrazioni! anche la vista dalla camera era bella! nel complesso consiglio vivamente questo hotel per la sua posizione, la loro cordialità e i servizi!

BBingtangjiabingHo cercato davvero in tutti i B&B e ho quasi vomitato dopo aver visto le recensioni ad alto punteggio. Nessuno di loro era soddisfatto della pulizia. Per fortuna, dopo aver visto le recensioni di questo, mi sono sentito come se fossi in amnistia, quindi ho fatto subito una mossa.
Il check-out è alle 13:00, il che è più amichevole per i viaggiatori che amano dormire fino a tardi e alzarsi direttamente per prendere un volo. Il piccolo ristorante accanto al primo piano è un negozio per la colazione. È aperto al pubblico. Il cibo è servito velocemente e delizioso.

La reception ha fornito prima i tappi per le orecchie e il giorno successivo hanno collaborato negli spogliatoi. abbiamo guardato due stanze e abbiamo pensato che fossero simili, quindi abbiamo deciso di non cambiare. L'hotel è molto vicino alla linea 6 e relativamente comodo alla linea 2. Accanto c'è la Bayi Food Street. La reception mi ha anche dato un souvenir. Ho depositato i bagagli dopo il check-out il giorno successivo e mi ha ricordato che posso invialo se devo aspettare a lungo nell'ascensore. C'è un piano (la reception è al 20° piano). GGenOhlsonA cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings.
Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends.
The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on.
There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn.
A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day.
The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish.
The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there.
My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

SSarie BottWOWOWOWOOW location could not be better! Directly across from Raffles and the horizontal hotel towr on the waterfront. Bathtub room has an incredible view. Modern, industrial design. Massive bathtub. Soft mattress. Excellent service. My only notes would be to add some towel or robe hooks in the bathroom and to give a tag for the door if you want room service or ”do not disturb”. Highly recommend. I will stay here if I ever come to Chongqing again.

Location: I personally do not like staying in central commercial areas in whichever city I decide to travel to (due to the traffic and noise), however, I still prefer to be as close as possible so as to be able to and back from the city centre without having to spend too much time and energy which would ultimately turn my holiday into a task rather than a time of relaxation -and so the location of this commercial apartment was perfect for me; 12.8km to jiefangbei 解放碑步行街 (20-30 minutes in a taxi), people’s square 重庆人民广场 (20-30 minutes in a taxi), 9km to ciqikou ancient town 磁器口古镇 (15-25 minutes in a taxi), 14.2km from the graffiti street 重庆涂鸦一条街(30-40 minutes in a taxi), 6.3km from the ronghui hot springs 融汇温泉 (15-25 minutes in a taxi). The room was also perfect for any days I did not want to go out travelling as it is a quiet, green area which is nice for walks, and in addition to that there are so many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs with anything you’d want to eat from Chongqing, and with all the daily necessities you’d need.
Room and value for money: Excellent. The room isn’t exactly luxurious, but at roughly 140 yuan per night, you get more than what you pay for. Clean, tidy, washing machine, kettle, fridge, bath towels, TV, cupboard, wardrobe, table, chairs, balcony etc. everything you need. Hot water works fine albeit the water must run for a minute or so before the water gets hot.
Service: As soon as I booked the room, I contacted the owner and she then proceeded to add my WeChat - from there on she was very attentive and replied to any message I sent her within 10 minutes and even helped me out to get the Chongqing green code when I was on the train from Shanghai. She also offered to send a cleaner to my room any time I wish if I found that my room got too messy.
Summary: Extremely satisfied, and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the main attractions in Chongqing without having to deal with the noise and traffic of the very centre of the city, and who would like the added convenience of being able to wash your own clothes without having to wait for a dry cleaner.
